Bravo To Camille: Where's The Beef???

Posted: 24 May 2011 12:50 PM PDT

camille-grammer-bravo.jpg

Last season, on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it seemed like Camille Grammer had problems with everyone. She fought with her costars, her ex-husband, even the producers about every little thing to do with her life and the show. While to some us this kind of behavior is considered annoying, to Bravo, it was considered ratings GOLD.

For that reason, it was a no brainer to ask Camille to come back for the show's second season. With her on board, the show would have its own personal touch of crazy drama that only she could provide. However, the cameras have already started rolling on the new season…and Camille isn't bringing her A game! Actually, we're hearing that Camille has taken a complete 180 turn and is acting "subdued" and is "really boring" during tapings.

And that is NOT what Bravo is paying for!

So, according to people on the production staff, producers have pulled Camille aside to let her hear the harsh truth - if she doesn't start stirring up trouble and causing scenes, its curtains for her! But, there is a conflict of interest. Part of Camille's, um, "charm" shall we say, from last season was her feud with now ex Kelsey Grammer. No one is quite sure what was agreed upon in their divorce settlement, but everyone's pretty sure the #1 condition for Camille to keep her $50 million is to keep her trap shut about Kelsey and his new bride. As someone on the productions staff points out:

"She is caught in a real dilemma. She wants the attention. But she's not stupid. She's not going to throw away $50 million for some stupid show. She is not going to act crazy and allow Kelsey to use that to argue for full custody of the kids."

Oh yeah, the kids. We forgot about that little tidbit too. Course she wouldn't want to lose her kids - who else does she have left???

Dare we say, we think Camille might be making a wise choice in trying to bring her drama level down a notch or two for the sake of her family. Still, for the sake of the viewers at home, it might be wise of Bravo to stir the pot more on their end. We know you have your ways of making things happen! Let's see you work your black magic, Andy Cohen.

Prince Charles Receives Free Honorary Degree

Prince Charles degree

In a ceremony at St. James Palace in London on Monday, Prince Charles received the best type of college degree one can receive — the type you don't have to work for! LOLz!

We kid, we kid! We're sure he deserved the honorary degree from London Business School.

However, with the the economy in the shape it is, he'll probably have to start with an internship than work his way up, but eventually we know he'll be a successful businessman. Ha!

Congrats on the degree, your Highness!

Drama On The Set Of New Spider-Man Movie! Crew Members Trapped For Three Hours!

Oh no! The Broadway curse has weaseled its way onto the set of the new Spider-Man movie!

Thankfully, no one was hurt!

Three production grips found themselves trapped mid-air yesterday for three hours while working on the new movie, The Amazing Spider-Man, in Manhattan. The grips were attempting to build a platform six stories high that would support a camera set up on the roof of a building in Chinatown when a malfunction occurred on the crane they were on.

It took the FDNY three hours to finally rescue the three men as the computers for the crane, as one of the grips explained later, "went blank…like someone turned off the dark switch."

Thankfully, firefighters were finally able to get use of a cherrypicker - a crane on a truck with a basket at the end - and got the men down safely. With no one hurt and with every precaution taken to ensure the men were safe from further danger, we think the movie's fairing much better than the Broadway show has.

Let's just hope this isn't a bad omen for worse things to come!

Baby Bump Watch: January Jones Edition

Looks like she doesn't have a care in the world. Obviously, she is unfazed by Zach Galifinanakis' attack on her yesterday!

First things first- that baby bump is a'growing fast! Mom-to-be January Jones took herself shopping yesterday, keeping herself active and busy while she nurses the little tyke inside her tummy whose father is still TBA.

We know someone who is definitely after the potentials list - Zach! Woo, did he lay some heat onto her in the Shortlist interview, huh? Allow us to explain!

While out promoting The Hangover 2, a reporter told Zach January had named him one of the funniest people in the biz. Taken aback by the compliment, he began to recount the pair's first and only meeting at a party not too long ago. He explained:

"That's really funny because, if I remember correctly, she and I were very rude to each other. It was crazy. I was at a party — I'd never met her — and she was like, 'Come sit down.' So I sit at her table and talk for 10 minutes, and she goes, 'I think it's time for you to leave now.' So I say, 'January, you are an actress in a show and everybody's going to forget about you in a few years, so f*cking be nice,' and I got up and left. And she thinks that's funny.'"

Apparently so! Although we're with you, Zach - we don't see why! That was pretty rude, of both of you! And kind of uncalled for…on both sides!

Maybe she just has more important things on her mind right now than igniting a feud with you…like her little one on the way. Maybe it'd be better if you both just agreed to rise above this and move on.

It seems the cast of Jersey Shore might need some extra security guards around, but not to protect them from crazed fans, to protect them from each other!

Reports are just being released that Ronnie and The Situation got into a huge fist fight last night in Italy.

Sources aren't certain of the exact reason behind the fight, but it apparently all began with an argument between Ronnie and Sammi Sweatheart.

The fight ended with Ronnie suffering just some minor cuts on his hand and The Situation covered with huge red marks all over his face.

OUCH!

Violence is never the answer!

Adele Talks Selling Out And How She Keeps Herself From Doing It!

Posted: 24 May 2011 11:30 AM PDT

adele-talks-selling-out-and-how-she-keeps-herself-from-doing-it

All the more reason she deserves all the success she's had this year!

She stays true to herself and her convictions, even if it's the opposite of what everyone else in similar positions is doing!

In her new interview with G Magazine, Adele opened up about how she tries to retain her integrity now that she's become such an incredible superstar, and claims that she's given herself five rules that will keep her from selling out or from becoming tabloid foddler!

She explains:

"I think it's shameful when you sell out. It depends what kind of artist you wanna be but I don't want my name anywhere near another brand. I don't wanna be tainted or haunted. I don't want to be in everyone's face. I'm a big music fan and I get really pissed off when it gets like that … and I don't want people to get like that with me. I was furious when they did that on [re-releasing her debut album with extra tracks] 19. I said 'No' and they did it anyway. Just mugging off your fans. I will not do festivals. The thought of an audience that big frightens the life out of me. I don't think the music would work either. It's all too slow. We had three nights on hold at The O2 and I was like 'I wont play a festival. You think I'm gonna play a fuckin' arena? Are you out of your mind?' I'd rather play 12 years at the Barfly [small venue for indie bands] than one night at The O2! So I've made all those decisions and some people are pretty mortified. They think I'm mad."

Wow! We really respect her for taking control of the way her name and music are marketed, and we have to respect her for her!

She knows who she is and she wants to stay true to those convictions, so if that's how she wants her to career to be, then more power to her!

It's clearly working! So keep it up, gurl!

We can't express how much we respect you enough!

Bono And The Edge Are Performing On The Idol Finale!

Posted: 24 May 2011 11:20 AM PDT

Bono And Edge On AI

That's pretty rad, we have to say!

But we weren't quite sure why, or what they'd be promoting (because let's face it, everyone who does American Idol is doing it to promote something else). That is, until we found out!

Here's what's going down:

After winning the Top Touring Artist Award at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 22), U2 members Bono and the Edge are set to perform on the "American Idol" season 10 finale this Wednesday. An announcement posted on U2.com confirms that the bandmates will appear alongside cast members of the Broadway musical "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark," which is currently back in revamped form and running in previews with one new song, and classic hits from the band, woven into the production. Bono and the Edge are the show's composers.

So we're going to get to see a little Spidey action along with some classic stuff! Great!

This is a good way to get people to tune in… because just recently it was revealed that a staggering 7 million people went out to see U2 on their last tour. Maybe literally half the world will end up voting for their favorite Idol this time around?? HA!

Excited to see it, guys!

Will U be watching??

The Lawyers Cometh! Arnold's Mistress Hires A Law Firm

arnolds mistress hires a law firm

And you thought things got ugly when Arnold and Sinbad rivaled over that Turbo-Man doll in Jingle All The Way

Last week, we learned that Maria Shriver had reportedly hired lawyer Laura Wasser to represent her in potential divorce proceedings against her husband.

Now, Arnold's mistress Mildred Patty Baena has ALSO brought on legal representation for usage against her former employer.

She's currently being represented by Los Angeles-based law firm Jacobson, Russell, Saltz & Fingerman.

Lawyer Michael Saltz has announced that they have "no plan to file litigation at this time."

Looks like we're right in the midst of the calm before the storm.

Enjoy it while it lasts, Arnold!
