Watch: Justin Bieber Releases A Commercial For His Perfume Called ‘Someday’

Earlier today we got to see photos of Justin Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez chillin’ together on holiday in Maui, Hawaii (hot off of their smoochy smooch at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night). Right now, we get to check out some more Bieber action that is just TOO ridic not to share. As you may or may not know, Bieber is releasing his own celebrity fragrance … a perfume for girls called Someday. Today we get to check out the first commercial for the smell … which you can see in full below.


The lesson learned here — all you Bieber devotees — is that if you wear his perfume, he will magically fly into your room and innocently love up on you. Sounds like a good deal to me. Are any of y’all planning on plunking down the major ducats to smell like Bieber smell?

Marilyn Manson Releases A Snippet Of New Music

Last week we saw strange photos of Marilyn Manson hanging out with Lindsay Lohan at a tequila party in LA but this week we are hearing about new music from the rocker. MM has updated the official Marilyn Manson site with new images and new music from a planned upcoming 8th album. With only the caption “I am among no one (excerpt from an undisclosed song with an unreleased title) from Marilyn Manson”, a 26-second snippet of music has been shared … which you can listen to below.

HMMM … having been a fan of MM‘s music for many years now but soured greatly by the last couple of really, REALLY terrible albums … I’m cautiously intrigued to hear more. IMHO the last great MM album was Mechanical Animals (tho, Holy Wood wasn’t too bad) but I’m hoping that the man and the band (what’s left of it) still has more good music in them. I’m curious about this new album … but I will have to reserve judgment until I hear more.

The UK Cast Of MTV’s ‘Geordie Shore’ Pose For Hot Tub Photos

Late last month we got our first look at the UK cast of MTV‘s Geordie Shore — the English version of Jersey Shore — and today we get to see the cast posing for a bunch of cheesetastic promo photos for the show. Since the cast has a lot of Jersey Shore trashiness to live up to, they’ve got their work cut out for them … but one look at these photos and you can tell — they are up to the challenge.

With the stars of The Only Way Is Essex heading off to Marbella, BAFTA in hand, for a post-season break and their would-be replacement Made In Chelsea failing to set screens alight, reality show fans have a gaping hole in their midweek light-entertainment schedule. The stars of MTV’s new programme Geordie Shore are hoping to take over. Jay, Greg, James, Gary, Charlotte, Holly, Vicky and Sophie ignored the grey clouds in Newcastle yesterday to strip down to their swimwear and pose for photos in a hot tub to promote the show, which premieres tonight. The cast of the series are cut from the same cast as the TOWIE lot: fake-tanned, fake-eyelashed and with a penchant for partying. But while The Only Way Is Essex maintains that the cast are going about their regular lives (although some scenes are set up purely for your entertainment), the Geordie gang have moved into a luxury house, complete with shared bedrooms and a hot tub to house the inevitable risky business. Like their American counterparts in Jersey Shore, the reality star hopefuls will take on jobs together at a promotions company by day, that’s if they are not too hungover from their antics on the Diamond Strip the night before.

Lord have MERCY … I can’t even deal. But, I have to admit … I’m really curious to see how this new crop of wannabes comes across on TV. I don’t know that we will get to see Geordie Shore here in the US but I wouldn’t mind checking out an ep or two … even if I have to watch online. We know the JS cast can bring the trashy … do YOU think this new Geordie Shore cast can rival them in trashiness?

Cristiano Ronaldo Steps Out With His Baby Son Cristiano Ronaldo, Jr.

Last July, we learned that soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo became the proud father of a baby boy borne of a woman he reportedly had a one-night stand with. We got to see the cute little boy, named Cristiano Ronaldo, Jr., in December with his grandmother (who is essentially raising him) but no photos of father with son. In fact, in January we saw photos of Cristiano and his girlfriend Irina Shayk on holiday in the Maldives … sans baby. Today, after almost a year, we finally get to see Cristiano and his son Cristiano, Jr. together as the father and son was spotted in Portugual over the weekend.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been pictured for the first time with his baby son Cristiano on a day out in Portugal over the weekend. And, in the first shots of 10-month-old Cristiano, the resemblance between the father and son is uncanny. With a head of downy black hair and olive skin, little Cristiano looked adorable as he was carried by his proud father. The baby also appeared to have taken after his father in terms of his love of designer fashion, as he was wearing a Burberry checked shirt, denim jacket and matching Burberry baseball cap – which he wore backwards to make it more trendy. Also on the outing was Ronaldo’s girlfriend Irina Shayk, who looked chic in a tight pair of grey trousers, black vest top and white blazer jacket. And it seems Russian model Irina has adapted well to the family style of life, as she was seen cuddling up to her boyfriend’s super-cute son in the back of the car. Irina has remained loyal to Ronaldo despite the revelation last year that he had become a father. The baby was allegedly born to a 20-year-old British student following a fling with the star after they met in a London club.

At last … father and son together. Since the baby was born, he has been in the care of Ronaldo‘s mother (mainly because Ronaldo has been bizzy with his soccer career … and vacations) but it’s really nice to see the father and son together — at last. I’m not sure that these photos of the Cristianos together is a sign that they will be seen together more often but at least we know that the little boy knows who his father is. He is a cute kid, ain’t he?

‘Jersey Shore’s Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino Reportedly Gets Beat Up By Ronnie Magro

For the past couple of weeks, we’ve seen fun photos of the cast of MTV‘s Jersey Shore filming the upcoming 4th season of their show in Florence, Italy — including photos of Deena Nicole‘s “near death” experience where she almost fell off a bridge — but today we learn that things have taken a serious and violent turn on the Italian set of the show. TMZ is reporting that a physical fight broke out between Mike The Situation Sorrentino and Ronnie Magro and photos show Mike with bruises all over his face and cuts all over Ronnie‘s hands. It would appear that Ronnie laid the beat down on The Sitch … much to MTV‘s glee, I’m sure.

Ronnie and The Situation got into a MAJOR fist fight with each other last night in Italy … TMZ has learned — and based on the post-brawl pictures … the Sitch got his ass kicked. The two arrived separately back to their apartment hours ago — Situation has red marks covering his face around his left eye. Ronnie’s knuckles were torn up and bleeding. Details around the fight are still unclear — but big surprise … we’re told it all began with a blowout between Ronnie and Sammi.

Considering how much pleasure MTV has in glorifying the violence on Jersey Shore, particularly at the hands of Ronnie, I’m sure the network is dying to air this footage. We’ve seen countless instances of Ronnie‘s explosive rage … usually, he just destroys material objects tho, IMHO, he has looked very close to getting violent with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Sammi Sweetheart Giancola. I am not at all surprised at this report that Ronnie got physical with Mike. I’m sure we’ll be hearing more about this incident … and, naturally, we’ll see it play out when the 4th season of Jersey Shore airs on MTV later this year.

I Love A Really Good ‘Cosmo’

Yesterday was David’s and my last and sole full day here in Las Vegas and I have to tell you … we had a blast. We spent part of our afternoon getting to know The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, our temporary home away from home, checking out all of the amazing shopping, the cool bars and their 3 pools. We spent our evening dining at the ABSOLUTELY delicious Comme Ça restaurant here in the hotel. Comme Ça is one of our fave LA restaurants so we knew we were in for a treat last night … but we were NOT prepared for the absolutely TO DIE FOR sumptuous meal we enjoyed last night.


Oh man … OH MAN … now, I have had great meals in my time but I think I can honestly say that last night’s dinner at Comme Ça was one of the best ever. We supped on delicious oysters, fresh king crab, perfectly prepared pork belly and the MOST delicious dish we enjoyed — the bone marrow and ox tail jam. Trust me people … LIFE CHANGING … it was so good, I can’t even describe. I love watching food shows like Top Chef and they always prepare the most delicious-sounding food. Our experience at Comme Ça was like that … but we got to eat it. If you are ever in LA, you gotta come to the Cosmopolitan … we truly love it here for a great many reasons … the accommodations, the location, the artwork, the food, the service. I am not a fan of LV by any means … but I could really come to love Las Vegas if all of our visits were as wonderful as this one has been.


As you can see, David even got into the spirit of our trip … we have just loved every moment of our stay.

But, alas, the time is drawing near for our return home. We fly back to LA this afternoon so … thank you Cosmopolitan, thank you Las Vegas for everything!

Lindsay Lohan Loses Her Top In The Miami Ocean Tide

Over the weekend we saw photos of Linday Lohan (and her exposed nipples) in Miami, FL on the set of a photoshoot for Plum magazine and today we get to see photos of L. Lo playing in the Miami surf with her family and friends. Lindsay, who has a habit of being unable to control her boobies, accidentally lost her bikini top as she was overtaken by the ocean surf … the poor thing :(

Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a break. The 24-year-old was left red faced in Miami Beach yesterday when her bikini top fell down while she was frolicking in the surf. She attempted to preserve her modesty by wrapping her arms across her chest but she failed to cover up the wardrobe malfunction. The Mean Girls star did her best to laugh off the moment as she emerged from the sea. Lohan was initially playing it coy, hiding behind an orange scarf, but eventually showed off her figure as she went for a swim with a friend.

Lindsay is due to return to LA soon to be punished for her jewelry theft crime and was seen crying by the pool after she received a phone call. It is believed that Lindsay‘s 120 day jail sentence will be reduced to 2 weeks of house arrest but, well, I guess anything’s possible where she is concerned. As for those boobs, well, Lindsay has shown them off countless times so … what’s one more boob slip?

Kylie Minogue Has Got ‘LOVE’ For The Beatles & Cirque Du Soleil

Kylie Minogue may have ended the North American leg of her Aphrodite Live 2011 Tour in Las Vegas, NV on Sunday night but Kylie decided to stick around Sin City for a bit longer to enjoy the fun of LV. Kylie and her friends — including her parents Carol Ann & Ronald Minogue and her boyfriend Andrés Velencoso — attended the 7pm performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage Hotel and Casino last night. After the show, Kylie and her parents went backstage to meet and pose for photos with the cast of LOVE. Check out some of their cute photos below.


I understand that Kylie and co. got their sip on with bottles of Veuve Cliquot and had a blast. I LOVE seeing photos of Kylie doing fun, normal stuff here in the US. Funny thing is that David and I talked about seeing a Cirque show last night and we **almost** went to see The Beatles LOVE. OMG … I would’ve DIED if we ran into Kylie at the show. Ah well, seeing these fun photos kinda makes up for missing her. She is adorable! LOVE her love for LOVE.

Watch: Beyoncé Performs ‘Run The World (Girls)’ On ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’

Yesterday we got to watch video of Beyoncé‘s amazing performance of Run the World (Girls) from the 2011 Billboard Music Awards Sunday night. Today we get to see Bey perform the song at the United Center in Chicago, IL during part 1 of Surprise, Oprah! A Farewell Spectacular on The Oprah Winfrey Show which aired yesterday. This performance is different from the one she performed at the BMAs but it is just as hot, just as impressive. Check it out below.


As you may recall, a source divulged to me ahead of time that Beyoncé would not only be performing on The Oprah Winfrey Show but that she would be bringing along with her 60 backup dancers. I was very curious to see how that performance turned out and B did NOT disappoint. I know some people don’t like this song but I really like it … it’s infectious and once I hear it, it’s in my head for the rest of the day. I am so impressed with Beyoncé‘s dancing for this song … homegirl is killn’ it! I’m not sure which performance I like better, this one or the one from the BMAs. Which one do YOU prefer?

Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez Go On Romantic Holiday In Hawaii

Tweeny-bopper lovebirds Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, who you may recall shared a supercute on-camera kiss at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, have made their way from Las Vegas, NV to Maui, Hawaii for a little romantic getaway. The Biebs and Gomez traveled together and wasted no time stripping down to their bathing suits to hit the beach. Check out below some photos of the young couple in Hawaii.

Fresh off their big night – and big kiss – at Sunday’s Billboard Awards in Las Vegas, Justin Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez took their teenage love tour to Maui. Photographed on a boardwalk down to the ocean, a shirtless Justin, 17, carried a towel, while Selena, 18, wore white denim shorts, a hot pink bikini top and toted a leopard-print bag. Aloha, young love!

Yeah, these two are the hot new Hollywood couple … their every move is being chronicled so that all the little Bieber fans out there in love with the lad can gnash their teeth in despair that Selena Gomez is the object of his affection. I’m unaware of any beach kissing going on between these two just yet … but I’m sure those eager photographers will keep their eyes and lenses peeled for more Justena smooching.

Watch: The Cast Of ‘Glee’ Performs ‘I Love New York’/'New York, New York’ On The Season Finale

Tonight is the season 2 finale of Glee and in the ep the cast performs a really fun, very inspired mash-up of the Madonna song I Love New York and the Leonard Bernstein classic song New York, New York … and right now, you can watch that mash-up performance in FULL as you count down the hours until the Glee finale airs tonight. Check out the performance video below.


While watching the performance video above, you may recognize that the Glee cast filmed the performance in Times Square, Washington Square Park and Central Park … photos that we saw HERE, HERE and HERE. Chicago Bulls Basketball Player Joakim Noah Fined $50,000 For His Homophobic Slur

Yesterday we learned the sad news (and saw the disappointing video) that Chicago Bulls basketball player Joakim Noah hurled a homophobic slur at a fan on national TV during Game 3 of the Bulls NBA playoffs game against the Miami Heat over the weekend. Today we learn that the NBA has decided to fine Noah $50,000. for the offense … which is half of the fine leveled against LA Lakers basketball player Kobe Bryant last month for the same offense. But, the NBA explains, Bryant‘s slur was aimed at an NBA official so that is why his fine was higher. Apparently, it costs less to call fans “faggots” than it does to yell the same thing to an NBA official.

A contrite Joakim Noah was fined $50,000 Monday by the NBA for directing an anti-gay slur toward a fan during the first quarter of Sunday’s Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals. The NBA office announced that Noah was fined for “using a derogatory and offensive term from the bench.” A league spokesman said Noah was fined less than the $100,000 assessed the Lakers’ Kobe Bryant for using the same term because “Kobe’s fine included discipline for verbal abuse of a game official.” Earlier in the day, Noah apologized again as teammates rallied to his defense.
“I just want to apologize,” Noah said after a team film session at their local hotel. “I had just picked up my second foul. I was frustrated. He said something that was disrespectful toward me and I lost my cool. “People who know me know I’m an open-minded guy. I’m not here to hurt anybody’s feelings. I’m just here to help win a basketball game.” Noah spoke with league officials early Monday morning. “Sometimes fans say things that are overboard,” Noah said. “But it’s on us not to react. If you react, they win. And I did. It was a bad decision on my part. And I’m going to face some pretty severe consequences.” Several teammates came to Noah’s defense and said the fan directed a slur regarding Noah’s mother. “What Jo said is something out of frustration — he has to do a better job of controlling his emotion,” Bulls forward Luol Deng said. “But that fan should have been out of the game. He should have been thrown out way before. He just kept going at him, and in an emotional game like that, and things not going Jo’s way, it’s just human nature to react. I know Jo and I know he didn’t mean what he said at all. “At the same time, there are times when a fan like that — honestly, I feel like jumping in the crowd and hitting him. We’re humans. And the camera is not on that fan at all. I know Jo apologized and everything, but people have to see it the other way, too. Everyone says things they don’t mean. He let the emotion get the better of him. But honestly, with a game like that, hearing that fan — I wanted to do something about it, too. Unfortunately for Jo, he has to pay the price.” Bulls big man Taj Gibson said the abusive fan targeted Noah relentlessly. “I was able to hear it, but I can’t basically say what they were saying,” Gibson said. “It was really over the line. It was going on for the entire time Joakim walked back to our bench until he sat down, and they kept getting on him the whole time. At first, he looked, Joakim looked to see who was saying it, and the guy just kept going. I know the crowd — the crowd looked at the guy, too, like come on, leave him alone, it’s over. “He was really loud. He was a big guy, too. He was intoxicated. When I saw him, I was just surprised, because he kept going and going. Normally a fan may say a couple things and sit down, but he just kept going at Joakim. And it was Joakim the entire time. Even when I was sitting on the bench with Joakim, even when the plays were off, he was still going. Basically the whole game.” Noah knows he didn’t handle it well. “It’s a big game,” Noah said. “I got frustrated and let my emotions get the best of me.”


Despite all the back-up from his teammates (who clearly think that it is excusable to hurl homophobic slurs at people — idiots, really — out of frustration), I’m glad to hear that Joakim Noah does sound truly sorry for his offense. Look, I get that fans yell really nasty things at athletes (many of those things are homophobic in nature, I’m sure) but until we learn that homophobic and racial slurs are inexcusable to use under any circumstances, we still have a long way to go toward exercising tolerance and acceptance of one another. I get it, Noah was frustrated and angry … why not call the unruly fan an asshole, a fucker, a dipshit, a moron, etc. If the fan had been of a different race, I highly doubt a racial slur would’ve slipped so easily from his lips … because we have learned as a society that racial slurs are among the most horrible things to say. We must learn that homophobic and other like offense terms are also completely off-limits. Sadly, I doubt that this sort of offense will end anytime soon in professional sports … but now that we are all watching, are all aware and are championing the punishment of such behavior … well, maybe there will come a time when calling someone a “faggot” (or similar type slur) would be so unthinkable that the word will fall out of use altogether.

Lenny Kravitz Has Been Cast As Cinna In ‘The Hunger Games’

Woot!! The final major piece of casting for the upcoming film adaptation of The Hunger Games is now complete!! Late yesterday, Lionsgate Films announced that musician/actor Lenny Kravtiz has been cast in Games as Cinna, Katniss Everdeen‘s fabulous and heroic stylist. As you may recall, late last month we learned that Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci and Kravitz had all been offered roles in the film … and as we now know, Harrelson will play Haymitch Abernathy, Tucci will play Ceasar Flickerman … and Kravitz has won the coveted (and beloved by fans) role of Cinna!

Lionsgate and the filmmakers of The Hunger Games have announced that iconic musician and actor Lenny Kravitz (Precious) has been cast in the role of Cinna in the adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ worldwide smash hit novel. Said director Gary Ross of the casting decision, “When I saw Lenny’s work in ‘Precious’ I was just knocked out. It was quiet and strong and understated and open hearted; all qualities which define this character. I’m really looking forward to this ride.” Cinna is Katniss Everdeen’s assigned fashion stylist for the highly ceremonial lead up to The 74th Annual Hunger Games. Though he’s a mild mannered first time stylist, the designs he creates, such as the “Girl On Fire” costume for the tributes’ live televised debut, are show-stopping. With odds being set, wagers being placed, and wealthy benefactors able to occasionally intervene in the games, a high public profile is tantamount to a huge advantage for any contestant entering the arena. The stunning and unique designs Cinna creates for Katniss define her public identity, and in an all too real way, could also contribute to her very survival.

Yes, Yes, Yes … LOVE this casting. I mean, people, we had to know that Lenny Kravtiz was going to be in the film considering we got the heads up that he was in the running for a role weeks ago. Cinna was the last major part to be cast and he was the last of the rumored actors to be cast in the running. I think he will make an EXCELLENT Cinna. Kravtiz‘s performance (short but very good) in the Academy Award-winning film Precious is proof that the man has the acting ability to bring this important role to life. Also, let’s not forget, Lenny Kravitz is an extremely stylish man … one who looks believable as a stylist in everyday life. Yes, I am very pleased with this casting. Now that filming is about underway in North Carolina on The Hunger Games and all of the major characters have been cast … we can get down to counting down the seconds until The Hunger Games hits theaters next year.
