AWKWARD? Brandy's Ex Flo Rida Hits Her Louis Vuitton Event...With New Girlfriend Eva

Flo Rida and his girlfriend Eva Marcille hit up Brandy and Shaunie O'Neal's Louis Vuitton charity shopping event yesterday on Rodeo Drive.  And it could have been a super awkward moment as Flo and Brandy used to date just a couple months ago--and it didn't seem like a mutual ending.

 

But since Brandy's seemed to move on, she made sure to look fab in a cute purple dress and her cute Louis bag and rocked some cute poses for the cameras.  Pics when you read on....

B Rocka was pretty in purple yesterday at the Louis Vuitton boutique in Cali for her carity event.  She teamed up with "Basketball Wife" Shaunie O'Neal to do a charity event for her celeb friends.

Including her ex Flo Rida and his new girlfriend Eva Marcille.  Something's different about Eva....

Cougarific co-host Shaunie made her arrival in a cute all black look.

And had her man Marlon there with her.

Nice.

Trina and Brandy's brother Ray-J came out to support.

And so did Cookie Johnson, Elise Neal, and Shante Broadus.

 

Leopard was the print of the day I see.  Cute look for Elise.

Amber Rose hit up the event looking...

I hate to say cheap but....

The outfit is just very ill fitted and regardless of how expensive it might be, she manages to make it look like it came from the vintage storage space of 5-7-9 clothing store.

And Omarion and his red suede loafers were there a well.  Fab charitable times.

LeBron James & Jay-Z Party It Up With Gabby, Dwyane Wade, & Friends For 2011 "2 Kings Dinner"

LeBron James' and Jay-Z's annual 2 Kings Charity Dinner and Party went down last night at Craft in Century City, CA.

 

We've got the pics of Bron, Jay, Savannah, Dwyane Wade & Gabby Union, Chris Bosh and his fiance' Adrienne, and more inside...

Savannah made sure to look like perfection on her man's arm last night.  She rocked an uber cute black strapless mini dress complete with  ruched swetheart bodice and ruffles on the lower part of the dress.  Perfect black heels and turquoise clutch topped off her look.

Loving her hair and makeup as well. 

The other WAG of the Heat, Adrienne, dressed in all black on her man Chris Bosh's arm last night.  She showed off her engagement ring on the same hand as she had bangles as big as her leg.

Would have been cute without the opaque back tights.

Gabrielle Union and her Heat man looked hot on their arrival.  Dwyane Wade rocked a dapper black suit with black "dressy" sneakers.

One of the best looks I've seen Gabby have in a minute.  Sexy black, white, and silver low cut dress and slate colored heels. 

And hair and makeup are on point.  Fab.

Gabby kicked it with the fellas.

And Lebron and Jay got suited up for the event.  I see Jay is rocking the mustache and grown out hair look.

Roc Nation chick Melanie Fiona was there.  Not feeling this dress.  Looks like a beach cover-up.

SPORTS FAB: The 2011 All Star Slam Dunk Contest

The 2011 All Star Slam Dunk Contest was held last night and we have pics from some of the night's most impressive dunks after the cut...

 

The 2011 All Star Slam Dunk contest was held at the Staples Center in L.A.

Up above, Washington Wizards JaVale McGee brought out a second hoop for one of his attempts and simultaneously dunked on two different hoops.

In this impressive slam, JaVale dunked three balls - two he was carrying and one off an alley from teammate John Wall.

 


 

Blake Griffin of the LA Clippers was just ridiculous during his dunks.


 

For this one Blake finished with his elbow through the rim.


 

Blake's first dunk of the night was a two-handed, 360-degree slam. 

 

 

In what would become the contest decider, Blake, jumped over a car as the choir sang "I Believe I Can Fly" to win the contest.

Black folks stay bringing out a choir for any and everything.  They didn't even let the soloist finish his part.  Dude was about to go in. SMH.


 

DeMar DeRozan, of the Toronto Raptors, made a classic dunk by putting the ball between his legs before slamming home this try.

Serge Ibaka, of the Oklahoma City Thunder, did one of his slam dunks from the free-throw line. Serge  had his foot almost completely behind the charity stripe.


 

For this dunk , JaVale started from the baseline and had to duck his head to avoid hitting the backboard.

 

DeMar made this dunk on the first try as he caught his own alley-oop and scooped it up with his right hand before slamming this reverse.

Visually, it was a stunning event to watch.

Blake Griffin Wins 2011 All Star Slam Dunk Contest (VIDEO)

Blake Griffin literally leaped to victory tonight, walking away as the 2011 All-Star Slam Dunk contest winner by making his dunk while jumping over a car.  Get the deets and see the video inside...

 

LA Clippers star, Blake Griffin, beat out Washington's Javale McGee in the final of the 2011 All-Star Slam Dunk contest.  Earlier in the Saturday evening broadcast on TNT, Blake said the hardest part of the contest was keeping it fresh and new, since most tricks had already been done.  Still, he managed to shock and thrill the audience with his winning dunk.

With former NBA baller Kenny Smith as his mentor and hypeman, Blake paced around the floor as the Crenshaw Select Choir entered the court.  Kenny took the microphone and got the audience excited about what was going to go down.  . 

As the choir got into formation, Kenny requested that a 2011 Kia Optima be driven onto the floor of the Staples Center. 

Then in an amazing move, Blake started running towards the Kia and as he leaped in the air, he caught a pass from Clippers teammate Baron Davis, who was holding his hand out of the sunroof, and he dunked the ball as he jumped over the car.  All of this happened as the choir sang "I Believe I Can Fly."

It was an amazing moment that will surely go down in All-Star history.

In honor of L'Officiel Paris Magazine's 90th anniversary, the staff thought it would be a great idea to put the triple threat diva, Beyonce, on the cover. In the issue, Beyonce channels an African Queen theme, and pays tribute to the renowned Fela Kuti. 

But some people are taking issue because the magazine darkened her face. Read on to find out why some folks are so angered by her photoshoot... 

 

Beyonce will be on the cover of L’Officiel Paris March 2011 rocking a gold dress from the Gucci Spring 2011 collection and paying tribute to the legendary Fela Kuti. The magazine's photoshoot has caused quite a stir.

The English translation of the article reads:

“The Fashion magazine is about to celebrate its 90th birthday. To celebrathe this anniversary, the festivities start with the March issue, with Beyoncé on the cover. She agreed to pose for an incredible fashion shoot, with the theme of African Queen, paying a tribute to the legendary Fela Kuti (a political singer who died in 1997). Far from the glamourous Sasha Fierce, the beauty posed for the magazine with amazing fashion designers clothes, but also in a dress created by her mother. A return to her African roots, as you can see on the picture, on which her face was voluntarily darkened. All the pictures will be available in the collector edition, on sell at the end of this month.“

Some argue that the magazine used blackface for her photos while others believe no offensive should be taken at all. *side eye*

Although many Americans won't sit well with these photos, Beyonce did allow her skin to be darkened and the magazine defends its position by saying it's a return to the singer's African roots.

CANDIDS: Shay Murphy & Teairra Mari Spotted Around L.A. + YBF Chicks Hit London Fashion Week

What's better than a day of pampering on a rainy day? Eddie Murphy's daughter, Shay, was spotted as she was beginning her day of getting beautified. We have have pics of the teenage beauty plus flicks of Teairra Mari leaving lunch.

Over in London, Fashion Week has began. Check out which fashionistas and celebs landed front row seats to the hottest shows...

After getting her eyebrows done at the beauty salon in Beverly Hills , Shay headed over to the nail salon with a friend to finish her day of pampering.

The Murphy clan sure love their manis and pedis. Must be nice.

Elsewhere in L.A., Teairra Mari was spotted looking rocker sexy as she was leaving lunch with friend.

Cute look.

She even smiled for the paps.

Over in London,

YBF British supermodel Jourdan Dunn walked in the Jeaeger show.

Singer and RocNation artist Alexis Jordan sat front row at the Jaeger show and wore a dress by the designer.

She also gave a live performance at a concert that night in London.

Brit native Corrine Bailey Rae sat front row at the PPQ show during London Fashion Week.

She rocked a simple black look and a fresh face.

2011 ALL-STAR PARTY ROUNDUP II: Shaq, Lamar Odom, Keri Hilson & Others At All-Star Weekend Parties

As the 2011 All-Star Festivities continue, we have another roundup of who went where and why.  See pics of Lebron, Lamar, Amar'e and other one-named NBA All-Stars after the cut...

 

Not only do celebrities get to sit front row at the best events, but they also get free swag too.  Above, Eva and Mario stopped by the gifting suite for Converse.  I wonder if they both got a new set of kicks?

 

At another gifting suite, Brandon Jennings and Teyana Taylor were seen together.  Perhaps they are still an item?

Dwight Howard and Tony Cornelius posed on the red carpet for Dwight Howard's Exclusive NBA All-Star Weekend Celebration.  

Rick Ross is doing the L.A. thing this week.

Meagan Good went to Sean P. "Diddy" Combs 2011 NBA All Star Weekend Event.

She surprised us with the return of her signature denim cutoffs which she paired with a little lace up above, and some ripped stockings below.  It's time for someone to offer her a jeans collection of her own.

Melody Thornton supported Diddy's event.

And we spotted the big man himself, Sean Diddy Combs.

Actress Jennifer Freeman was seen at the ESPN Magazine's After Dark NBA All-Star Party at My House.

Loretta Devine and Lamar Tyler also attended the ESPN Magazine's After Dark NBA All-Star Party.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom hosted an All-Star Weekend Event for Kevin Hart.  

And of course the man of the hour, Kevin Hart, was in the house.

 

LeBron James was spotted at the After School All-Stars (ASAS) Hoop Heroes Salute Party.

Amar'e Stoudemire was at the ASAS party too.  I wish he would have tucked his shirt in.

Chris Bosh got dapper for the event.

Chris Brown was also a part of the crowd.

Cookie Johnson posed with Nicole Ari Parker and Boris Kodjoe at the ESPN Magazine's After Dark NBA All-Star Party.

 

Faith Evans rocked the mic at The Magic Johnson Foundation All-Star Weekend Private Shopping Event At Nordstrom.

And Faith brought up singer Carl Thomas....remember him?

Shaunie O'Neal was there.

Vanessa Bell Calloway was there.

I love LeToya Luckett's outfit. And those mustard brown shoes are cute.

Marlon Wayans came to support the foundation too.

Keri Hilson found herself some cute earrings.

Kanye West tapped famed director Hype Williams to shoot his new video "All Of the Lights" featuring Rihanna and Kid Cudi.  It's his latest single off his platinum selling album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.  Get ready for the technicolor and flashing lights that Hype uses in this electric vid.

2011 All-Star Celebrity Basketball Game, Lamar Odom Puts The Pressure On His In-Law

Trey Songz, Lil Romeo, Nick Cannon, Common, Magic Johnson, Lamar Odom, the Biebs, and more all hit up last night's All Star Celebrity Basketball game in L.A.

 

We've got pics of the celeb coaches, who took the court, and who was cheering on the sidelines, when you read on...

Lamar Odom was on hand to support his brother-in-law Rob Kardashian.  TheYBF.com was on the scene to catch all the action last night.  And Lamar wasn't shy about telling us his expectations of Rob.

"He did okay, as long as he didn't embarrass the family," Lamar told us jokingly about Rob's performance.

 

We also stopped to chat with player Lil Romeo who was excited to play and see a legend on the court again.  When asked who was the most trash talker on the court, he laughed and dished, "Scottie Pippin, of course!"

And about being able to play in the game he responded, "Excited! Its amazing how many people came out to this weekend and I'm glad I got to play."
