Janet Jackson and her boyfriend Wissam Al Mana were spotted leaving dinner last night in Beverly Hills. See candids of the couple inside along with some gorgeous photos of Halle Berry at the 13th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards.
Last night in Beverly Hills, the 13th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Halle Berry looked simply radiant in her Elie Saab Haute Couture gown. Can't remember the last time I saw her in red--GREAT color on her. During the ceremony, Samuel L. Jackson presented Halle with the Lacoste Spotlight Award. During the presentation, Samuel told the audience, “My dear friend and colleague. Don’t you love her name? It’s like a stanza of music.”
At the end of the evening, Halle snapped a pic with actress Kristen Davis. Looks like a beautiful night for the beautiful people.
Also in Beverly Hills,
Janet Jackson and her boyfriend, Wissam Al Mana, had dinner at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills last night. The paprazzi hounded them and bombarded them with flashes. And Ms. Jackson looked none too happy. Janet is back in the States after launching her "Number Ones, Up Close and Personal World Tour" in Asia. The North American leg of the tour kicks off on March 7 with three nights in Chicago. Other stops on the tour include Toronto, Boston, New York City, and Washington, D.C.
And this is how Janet and Wissam roll though the Hills. They make vintage look fab.

Check out the photos of Mrs. Bey paying tribute to Nigerian legend Fela Kuti while rocking the stand-out new spring Gucci collection when you read on... As we reported days ago, Beyonce has not responded to criticisms of the shoot saying she is disrespecting herself by allowing her skin to be darkened--and it looks like "blackface" to some readers. The answer when you read on.... It's Paul Wall baby! He repped for the fab folks over at Power 106 in L.A. last weekend playing in the celebrity basketball game.
And I see there was no need for him to do "Celebrity Fit Club" like he was approached to do because he seemed to handle it himself nicely. His fab wife, Crystal, looks like she's lost some pounds as well. The couple brought their two kiddies to see the celebs and ballers. Looks like a fab night of family fun. Congrats to Paul!

Would you commit a crime to meet your idol? A man in Glendale, CA did and he landed himself in jail over his antics to meet Lil' Wayne. Get the deets inside, plus Chris Brown's restraining order has been modified. Find out how after the cut...
"Yeah 3x" singer Chris Brown appeared in court with his attorney Mark Geragos for a probation progress report yesterday, and he got great news. His restraining order, following the brutal beating of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, has been replaced by a "level one order." Chris is now allowed to be around Rihanna, provided he doesn't "...annoy, molest, or conduct surveillance of the person on the order." Although Rihanna wasn't in court, her lawyer, Donald Etra, said "I have spoken with my client, and she does not object to it being modified to a level one order." Chris' road to redemption has been long, but Judge Patricia Schnegg complimented him on his progress. During a prior progress report hearing, she told Chris,
Chris pleaded guilty to assault in 2009 and was sentenced to five years probation and more than 1400 hours of "labor-oriented service."
In today's foolywang news... Last Friday, Lil' Wayne found out that some fans will do almost anything to meet him. 20-year-old Marco Negrete was arrested and held on $20,000 bail after his scheme to meet Lil' Wayne went bust. Law officials from Glendora, CA say Marco snuck onto the set of Lil' Wayne's latest video, posing as a background dancer. Eventually, people on the set discovered that a number of valuable items including a portable computer, a Louis Vuitton purse, a wallet and tickets to last weekend’s NBA All-Star game were missing. Cops used the laptop's GPS system to track down the culprit. And when he was discovered, Marco told police he took the items hoping he could return them to Weezy in person. SMH. Unfortunately for Marco, the items he stole didn't belong to Lil' Wayne. Womp Womp. Marco pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Read on for deets on NBA baller Chris Bosh's baby mama--yeah, the one who he had a restraining order against and claimed stalked him--joining the foolery when you read on... News hit last week that "Basketball Wife" co-star Suzy didn't plan on returning for another season. She just couldn't get used to all the attention she claimed. So they've already got a fill-n on deck...Miami Heat star Chris Bosh's ex girlfriend and baby mama Allison Mathis (pictired in inset pic). While it's not 100% certain that she's taking Suzy's place, there's whispers she may be giving Royce Reed--Dwight Howard's baby mama--the boot. According to TMZ:

Posted: 22 Feb 2011 01:17 PM PST LeBron James and Jay-Z helped launch the Sprite Spark Parks Project during NBA All-Star Weekend, as you already know. Every year before their "2 Kings" dinner and charity gala, the two stars put on a charity event. And now we have pics and details of the duo (along with Beyonce) inside giving playgrounds and fun back to the kiddies. Also, find out which man with a "golden voice" just landed a reality show...
During NBA All Star Weekend, Lebron and Jay-Z launched the Sprite Spark Parks Project.
The project is investing $2 million in renovating basketball courts, parks and playgrounds across the country. Jay and Bron Bron recently visited the first b-ball court the program renovated in the L.A. area.
Beyonce also stopped by to see the first basketball court renovated through the program and to support her hubby. Sweet! Here's video from the charity event. In reality TV news.... TMZ reports that Ted "Golden Voice" Williams will be coming to a tv screen near you. Ted has signed on for a new show called "Second Chances At Life" that will look at Ted's battle to rebuild his personal life and career. The show will film in three locations: Brooklyn (his hometown), Ohio (where he was homeless) and Los Angeles (where he lives now). Williams arrived with her sons. What a cute family. Professional football player Greg Jennings arrived with his kiddies and fam. Mr. Nelly walked the green carpet. He hit up the Playboy Mansion this weekend to have his new album launch party. Actress Sharon Leal posed with her little guest. The next thing for Travie McCoy is clearly a face tattoo because it seems like the only naked part of his body. Terrell Owens waved to the fans during his arrival. Venus Williams hit the green carpet in a cute pink mini dress. Actor Bobb'e J. Thompson posed with Shannon Brown's wife Monica. Loving the Louboutins. The outfit is cute, her makeup is flawless and the hair is laid. Work Monica! Lisa Leslie arrived with husband Michael Lockwood. Snoop Dogg rocked Adidas.

| Misa Hylton Shows Off Her New Plus-Sized Clothing Line--Madison Star Posted: 22 Feb 2011 10:07 AM PST She's not only pushing hair wigs and weaves, she's launching her own line of plus sized clothing named after her daughter Madison Star. Diddy's original baby's mama, Misa Hylton, showcased her new ish in the fashion show at LIVE! On Sunset retail store in Cali.
Pics of Misa with her friends Faith, Carl Thomas and Hoopz when you read on... Misa had her celeb friends, as well as publicist Echo Hattix (second from left) and "stylist" Joe Exclusive (second from right), on hand. Yes, that's VH1's Saaphyri on the far left. Misa opened up an online boutique a while back, and it looks like she's keeping the party going with her new Madson Star line.
Hoopz came out to support. So did Real and Chance and their other brother. These dudes will NOT go away.... Teairra Marie and her Rapunzel braid came through. Faith Evans, who Misa has been friends with since she first appeared in Faith's man Biggie Smalls' "Big Poppa" video with Diddy, and Carl Thomas (who was at one point on Diddy's Bad Boy label) performed for the occasion.

Renee Berry, the half-sister of actress Halle Berry, says that the actress has cut herself off from their family. Renee, the daughter of Halle’s late African-American father Jerome Berry and Edwina Taylor, says she remained “very close” to Halle while they were growing up (and Jerome was involved with Halle's mother, Judith Hawkins) but things have changed.
She continued...
One point of tension between the sisters was their relationship with their dad Jerome. In previous interviews, Halle said Jerome was abusive.
But Renee remembers Jerome in a different light.
Seems like Renee misses Halle and they just need to have an open conversation about their father and their bond as sisters. I hope they can work it out.
In other Halle news....
Remember we told you that Gabriel Aubry said Halle throws little tantrums? Well, TMZ caught up with Eric Benet and asked him about her "other" side. But first they asked if the former couple kept in touch. Eric said they hadn't spoken in years but he wishes the best for Nahla. Then in a very uncomfortable moment, they asked him if Halle was "good" to his daughter India Benet. You can see that Eric felt VERY awkward. Lastly, Eric was asked if his close friends ever gave his ex-wife a "scary" nickname. In another awkward moment, Eric didn't deny the nicknamed but told TMZ, "Man...you bringing up ancient history."
