Penelope Cruz Talks About Johnny Depp's Fart Machine Pranks

Posted: 26 Mar 2011 12:40 PM PDT

Here is something we never knew about Johnny Depp. He loves to fart. Preferably, electronically.

While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Penelope Cruz shared some inneresting details about her Pirates of the Caribbean co-star's flatulent pranks on set!

In the middle of praising Johnny, she begins to talk about his sense of humor and drops the bomb:

"I guess everybody knows he owns a fart machine, right?"

LOLz!

No! We did not! Please go on, Penelope.

She continued to elaborate to Jimmy Kimmel and it turns out Johnny has had a penchant for farts for quite some time.

When she first worked with him on the film Blow, he used a plastic fart machine to cause mayhem on set, but has since upgraded to one with a remote control!

Do yourself a favor and listen to Penelope share her experience with Johnny Depp's fart machine (her cute accent makes the word "fart" even funnier) while working together on the latest Pirates film.

PLUS! Keep watching the clip to check out the trailer for Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides that aired exclusively on the late-night!

CBS Evening News Roundup: Katie's Most Likely Out, But Who Shall Replace Her?!

Posted: 26 Mar 2011 12:20 PM PDT

katie-couric-to-leave-cbs-evening-news-replacement

Hmm…decisions, decisions!

Although it hasn't been confirmed, everyone pretty much knows that Katie Couric will be leaving her position as the anchor for CBS Evening News once her five-year contract expires in June, and no one seems particularly certain on who is going to succeed her!

According to sources close to the situation, chairman Jeff Fager is looking at potentials both inside and outside of the network, although the biggest contender at this point is veteran 60 Minutes correspondent Scott Pelley!

Fager has apparently been favoring the newsman since Couric began contemplating the move, but apparently the position is not set in stone, because network execs may want to see someone with more celebrity than him to boost ratings!

Inneresting - especially because that's why they brought Couric in the first place, and yet the ratings still didn't pick up! Makes us think that maybe Fager should go with his gut and pick Pelley!

Who do U think should take over for Couric?? Scott Pelley or someone else?

Charlie Sheen Hasn't Really Sold Out Much Of Anything

Posted: 26 Mar 2011 12:00 PM PDT

Charlie Sheen Two For One?

Want to go to the MaSheen's Violent Torpedo tour?

You'l have to wait in line easily just go buy the tickets, because there are thousands of them left.

Really. Thousands:

At this point there are so many tickets available that groups and scalpers are trying to get rid of them, fearing that they'll ultimately have to sell the tickets below face value.

A quick search on StubHub.com shows that more than a thousand seats are available for both of Charlie's gigs at Radio City. Chicago and Detroit also have more than a thousand tickets available.

Dang, Charlie, we thought you were selling them out like whoa!

No only are there thousands, but:

"Everyone, including Charlie, got greedy asking over $575 for some tickets. They booked way too many dates at way too many venues, and then Charlie was all over TV giving it away for free. You go on TV to promote your show, to tease the public into buying tickets, but in Charlie's case he did so many interviews that folks have had enough, and now he won't be able to give those tickets away for free."

We agree with that. If he wanted to sell out tons of shows, he was way too transparent about things in interviews and on the news and was basically giving away what the show was to be for nothing at all. And he did it all so fast that his light has burned out and nobody really cares to see him up on a stage anymore.

Bummer, Warlock!

We'd suggest stepping up your crazy game, but at this point it would be truly dangerous for everyone and yourself. Maybe tone it down and cancel some dates? Get help and go back to finding acting work?

Just a thought!

More EXCELLENT additions to the cast!

Sources close to Zack Snyder's production of Superman have revealed that both character actor Michael Shannon and Edgar Ramirez are being considered for unknown villainous roles in the revamp!

Inneresting!

Both Lex Luthor and General Zod are being thrown around as this version's new set of baddies, so we're anxious to hear if they'll be taking on those roles, or if this version will be going in a different direction!

What do U think?? What villains do you want to see in the Superman reboot??

Everything is happening so fast for Rebecca Black these days. (That is to say, Friday, Saturday and all the days that come afterwards.)

Seems that the young viral star is being pulled in a hundred different directions and she isn't quite sure how to handle her new found fame. Dim the lights and cue Ryan Seacrest on a white horse, as he's come to her rescue!

This morning, Rebecca was on his show and her mom explained to him how overwhlemed they've been with everything that has been going on and all the offers coming in. Immediately wanting to take credit for her success to help, Ryan referred them to Debra Baum, one of the best music business managers in the biz! Now, Rebecca is signed to DB Entertainment and the real magic can begin!

Like a new song!!! HA! (No, seriously, get to work!)

FUN! FUN! FUN!

Pharmacy Linked To MJ's Death Shut Down

Posted: 26 Mar 2011 10:00 AM PDT

Michael Jackson Pharmacy Closes

The pharmacy that sold Dr. Conrad Murray the massive amount of Propofol has now been shut down by the state of Nevada, and plans to file for bankruptcy in the next 90 days.

Good!

There seems to be a lot of shifty business going on around the circumstances of Michael Jackson's death, and it's pretty shady that the pharmacy shipped multiple packages of the drug to Dr. Murray's girlfriend's place just a few months before MJ tragically died.

Doesn't sound like a legitimate thing to do to us!

How do U feel about this news??

Mickey Mouse To Get His First Feature??

Posted: 26 Mar 2011 09:40 AM PDT

Mickey Mouse Might Make Full Movie

After 80-some-odd years of being one of the most recognizable cartoon characters globally, the mouse himself could finally be getting his first full length feature film!!

That's right guys, Mickey Mouse might be getting primed for a feature debut over at Disney!

Disney vet Burny Mattison says:

'I am working on just an idea of my own which is basically a Mickey, Donald, Goofy feature film idea. We have to present it first to the bosses to get the green light.'

Sounds like a great idea!

With the commercial success and somewhat rebranding of the cartoon icon through a few videogames these past years, it looks like the target audience is primed for a mouse resurgence!

And along those lines comes this news:

"…in a parallel but separate effort, Disney has quietly embarked on an even larger project to rethink the character's personality, from the way Mickey walks and talks to the way he appears on the Disney Channel and how children interact with him on the Web — even what his house looks like at Disney World."

Don't change him too much, guys! We all know that character reboots barely ever work for classic cartoons like this, using words like "edgy" and "hip" all over the place.

It'll still be inneresting to see what they have in store, though!

Do U think it's a good idea for a Mouse Makeover?? Excited about a movie??
