Xtina and boyfriend Matthew Rutler were spotted having a VERY public make-out sesh in the backseat of their car as they left Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, CA Saturday night. The two could NOT keep their hands off each other! We're not sure why she's still with this guy, but at least she seems happy and in love. And thankfully they hired a driver this time. | Mariah Home From The Hospital After Getting False Contractions Posted: 27 Mar 2011 12:20 PM PDT Phew! It was a close call for Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon Sunday morning. After feeling contractions in the middle of the night, Mariah rushed to the hospital with anticipation that she was about to give birth to her twins! And not only that, but on the same day as her wedding anniversary. Aw, that would have been such a sweet anniversary gift for the couple. It was just a false alarm though as the "dem babies" weren't ready to come out just yet. The star tweeted:

Lindsay Authorities are still unsure if they want to pursue criminal assault charges against the formerly hard-pAArtying actress, and have reached out to witnesses to find out once for all whether or not it was Lindsay or Dawn who was the "aggressor" the night in question, and if they would be willing to cooperate with a trial, if it were to happen! Uh-oh! Here's hoping this comes back in gurlfriend's favor - we think she's got quite enough to worry about as it is - especially now that she won't take the plea deal! Ugh. It never ends! She has left a bulk of her $600 million estate to two AIDS charities. Her famous jewelry collection, worth an extraordinary $150 million, will be auctioned off and will be donated to the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and amfAR, the AIDS charity she helped found in 1985. A financial planner commented on her fortune, saying, "From what I understand, she seems to have been very wise about her investments." Dame Elizabeth was known to have been avid collector of jewelry, antiques, and art. So inspiring. |

Fergie dined at Yellowtail restaurant with hubby Josh Duhamel then partied it up with her friends afterward. She was in such a good mood, she even gave impromptu performances of Imma Bee, Sweet Child O' Mine, and Time of My Life while dancing at her VIP table. Looks like she had a great birthday! | Bret Michaels Sues CBS And Tony Awards Over Head Injury! Posted: 27 Mar 2011 09:40 AM PDT Bret Michaels is blaming his fall at the 2009 Tony Awards for his severe head injury. If you didn't watch the Tony's that year (or didn't see the countless videos that were posted the morning after), Bret was hit in the head by a piece of scenery as he was exiting stage and suffered a busted lip and a broken nose. A few months later, he suffered a near-fatal brain hemorrhage and has been in and out of hospitals ever since. He's now suing both CBS and the Tony Awards for his head trauma. His attorney, Alex Weingarten issued a statement:
The lawsuit also claims that the producers of the awards show failed to give him instructions on where to stand during his performance and was only told to "simply exit the stage from the rear." It also reads:
Bret is suing for unspecified damages and is taking issue with the way the producers dealt with the press afterwards. He's also suing for the cause of his subarachnoid hemorrhage. We're actually surprised it took him this long to sue the awards show. It was a pretty nasty fall and he may just have an actual case here. [Image via WENN.] |

| Viggo Mortensen Drops Out Of Snow White Posted: 27 Mar 2011 09:00 AM PDT What a shame. Viggo Mortensen has dropped out of negotiations to play the male lead in the upcoming film, Snow White and the Huntsman. Viggo's been rumored to play the role of the Huntsman, however sources sources say he backed out after the studio couldn't afford to meet his $8 million salary demands. Sadsies. He's also been rumored to be one of the frontrunners to play the villain in the upcoming film, Superman: The Man of Steel, which means dropping out of Snow White would give him the chance to do Zack Snyder's reboot. Viggo was perfect for the Huntsman role so we're sad to see him go, but maybe this will be a bonus for us if he's ready and willing to do Superman. |
