EVENT FAB: Fanny Still Going Hard To Promote New Album Posted: 04 Sep 2010 04:20 PM PDT Last night, famed photographer Derek Blanks hosted an "up close and personal" event for Fantasia at Justin's in ATL to celebrate the release of her new album. Fantasia is still on a non stop promo tour for her new album Back to Me. Everything she is doing is currently working in her favor because her album is #1 on the Billboard charts. Check out pics of her singing her heart out for a packed house last night... <!--break--> Fantasia debuted the new blue streak in her hair as she showed off her shoes. Hey Keke Wyatt. R&B singer Sammie stopped by. Ne-Yo's baby mama to be and a friend made an appearance. Fanny performed for the packed crowd. Notorious actor Jamal Woolard also stopped by.          Actress Terri Vaughn posed with Derek Blanks. Well it looks like Fantasia is on the road to recovery. Congrats on the album Fanny.

EVENT FAB: Celebs Kickoff Ludaday Weekend In ATL Posted: 04 Sep 2010 12:55 PM PDT ATL is definitely the "hot spot" this weekend. Ludacris kicked off his 'Ludaday Weekend 2010' last night and stars galore came out to party with him. Check out the pics... <!--break--> The Ludaday festivites are going down this weekend in Atlanta and a whole gang of stars are helping him celebrate, including his gorgeous girlfriend Eudoxie. Last night, was Day 2 of the the 5th Annual Ludaday Weekend festivities at Primal Night Club. Several celebrity friends including, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Lance Gross, Vin Diesel, Larenz Tate, Terrence J, a host of NBA players including, Atlanta Hawks Josh Smith, NBA legend Allen Iverson, Kenyon Martin, Tracy McGrady, and recording artists Day 26 were in the building. Terrence J and his skinny self stopped by. Luda's Fast and Furious co-star Vin Diesel made an appearance. Teyanna Taylor and her short shorts took a pic with Luda. Ludacris, his girlfriend Eudoxie, and Keshia Knight Pulliam took a pic. Loving the ladies' laid back looks. By the way, Keshia is rocking her new cut. Keisha Knight Pulliam and Lance Gross posed together for a flick. They kinda make a cute couple. Willie stopped by and chucked the deuces for the cameras. Ne-Yo Clears Up Statements About T.I. & Nicole Richie Covers InStyleUK Mag Posted: 04 Sep 2010 11:16 AM PDT   Ne-Yo took to his twitter account to explain some statements he made about TI's situation that he felt got taken out of context.   More on Ne-Yo's statements and Nicole Richie's shoot with InStyleUK Mag when you read on...   <!--break-->   An Associated Press article quoted Ne-Yo on the TI/Tiny arrest saying:     "I just feel that he makes a lot of poor decisions when it comes to the people that he surrounds himself with. " The article alleges that Ne-Yo also said that he's not familiar with the company T.I. surrounds himself with, but he pointed out that 9 times out of 10 when he gets in trouble, it's not him, it's the people that he's with. Well a few folks got bent out of shape.  And then Ne-Yo said his words were taken out of context.   So he took to twitter to explain:       So now we really know what Ne-Yo thinks.  Does that clear it up for you?   Source   In other news, Nicole Richie is on the cover of InStyleUK Mag's October edition. EVENT FAB: Serena Supports Big Sis Venus At The US Open Posted: 04 Sep 2010 09:45 AM PDT Since Serena couldn't compete in the US Open because of her injured right foot, she stopped by to support her big sis Venus.  Venus beat Mandy Minella in the 3rd round at Arthur Ashe Stadium. More pics of the Williams sisters when you read on... <!--break-->    Venus rocked a shiny, black dress from her own sports line, Eleven.   Here's Serena in the stands with friends.  Check out the nails and mathing bling ring on Serena. Cute. Serena made a quick trip to the producer's booth to give some commentary and she looked great.  Something must've surprised Serena. Still fab in her hot, red mini.  Both ladies looked fab. Congrats Venus.

Faith Evans Slapped With DUI Charges + Kelly Rowland Covers "Pride" Magazine Posted: 04 Sep 2010 09:22 AM PDT Faith Evans may be serving some jail time and Kelly Rowland gets beautiful for PRIDE magazine. Read more for the deets... <!--break--> Last month, Faith Evans was popped by police for driving under the influence in Los Angeles. Well yesterday, the L.A. City Attorney filed the case and has charged Evans with two counts of misdemeanor DUI. Her arraignment is set for September 16. If found guilty, Evans faces six months in jail. Damn. Let's pray she keeps the faith because she has an album and reality show dropping soon. Source Singer Kelly Rowland is gracing the cover of the September issue of Pride magazine and looking gorgeous.
