Britney Spears Shares 2 New Promo Pics From Her Episode Of ‘Glee’

Earlier today we got our FIRST LOOK at Britney Spears IN tomorrow’s episode of Glee, aptly titled Britney/Brittany, and right now we get to check out 2 new promo photos from the ep which show Glee actress Heather Morris rockin’ 2 of Britney’s most iconic costumes … her sheer bodysuit from Toxic and her red rubber bodysuit from Oops! I Did It Again:


These photos were first shared on Britney‘s official iPhone app over the weekend and then Britney shared them with everyone else on her official Twitter profile. I am so excited … I can’t even stand it. Tomorrow can’t get here fast enough for me. Wee!!

First Look: Daniel Radcliffe In ‘The Woman In Black’

Here is our first look at a grown-up-looking Daniel Radcliffe on the set of the upcoming new horror period piece film The Woman in Black, which began filming production in England earlier today:

Daniel Radcliffe is set to turn all mean and moody as he swaps Harry Potter for Hammer Horror. The actor, famed for his lengthy stint as the boy wizard, is pictured during the first day of shooting on his latest project The Woman In Black. The spooky period drama is being made by the revived British horror movie firm Hammer and scripted by Jonathan Ross’s wife, Jane Goldman. Radcliffe, 21, was spotted in Victorian dress as he started work in his role as lawyer Arthur Kipps, filming just outside Peterborough. In the film he stars as a young solicitor who is sent to a remote spot to sort out a client’s affairs following their death. During his stay he is increasingly haunted by a mysterious ghostly figure, with local villagers unwilling to explain the significance of her appearance. Filming on the production will continue until December around the UK.

Well lookie here … DanRad is lookin’ so manly. He looks good all done up in his Victorian costume. While I really can’t stand period pieces I might be very interested in seeing Danny boy in this flick. It bodes very well for the film to have secured Radcliffe in the lead. I can’t wait to see more.

These photos were snapped on the Greenwich, England set of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides earlier today. My guess is that Johnny has to braid his real hair so that he can be fitted with his Jack Sparrow wig. I’m just glad that Mr. Depp ain’t trying to make the corn rows thing happen … like, for real.

Wyclef Jean Hospitalized Due To ‘Stress’ And ‘Fatigue’

Last Wednesday we learned that Wyclef Jean finally decided to throw in the towel and end his run for the Haitian presidency. Today we learn that poor Wyclef has been hospitalized due to “stress” and “fatigue” … yikes!

Following an unsuccessful bid for the Haitian presidency, Wyclef Jean has been hospitalized in New Jersey for “stress and fatigue.” The news was posted on Twitter by Haitian organization AFaceAFace last night (Sept. 26) and later confirmed on the former Fugee star’s Twitter account. According to HaitianBeatz.com, Jean has been suffering from severe headaches for weeks, which became so unbearable that the singer forced himself to check into a hospital. “He has been following a very heavy schedule, that has taken him to Europe twice, Asia and Africa, at the same time he’s working to finish his upcoming album and he has been meeting with a few head of States during the General Assembly Session at the U.N.,” says a source close to Jean.

Ugh … it really sounds like the stress he has been enduring for the past few months has finally taken its toll. To me, this is just another indication that Wyclef Jean was in no condition to make a serious run for political office. If the “stress” and “fatigue” of just trying to get on the election ticket was enough to put him in the hospital, I fear to think what the real stress and fatigue of running an entire country might do to him. Here’s hoping Clef just spends as much time recuperating as possible. His strengths lie in the world of music, he needs to recover so he can get back to do what he does best.

Edward Norton Expresses Interest In Working With Christopher Nolan

Back in July we learned that Edward Norton, the actor who most recently played Bruce Banner/The Hulk on the big screen, would NOT be appearing in the upcoming big screen adaptation of The Avengers as The Hulk … but today, we learn that Eddie is interested in playing another comic book character in another big screen movie adaptation. In a recent interview with IGN, Norton spoke *very highly* of director Christopher Nolan (who reportedly has completed the first draft of the script for the next Batman film) and even suggested that he might be interested in playing The Riddler in the next Batman film should the offer be presented to him:

Edward Norton has been discussing superhero movies, with the actor admitting that he’d love to work with Christopher Nolan on a Batman flick, and saying that he only has good feelings towards The Avengers movie. Speaking exclusively to IGN to promote new movie Stone, Norton said that he loved playing Bruce Banner in The Incredible Hulk, and that he has no hard feelings regarding Marvel’s decision to go with Mark Ruffalo on Avengers. “I think I said everything I want to say in the one thing I put out about that” he explained. “It was a great privilege to do it, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of everybody’s support and positivity towards that because I love those films too. And I hate it when they miss. I hate it when they miss on one – it seems like such a wasted opportunity. But the truth is I’m probably more naturally interested in doing something that I haven’t done. I have only good thoughts towards that though.” Norton revealed that the situation hasn’t put him off the notion of superhero movies however, saying that if a good project came along, he’s sign up. “Chris Nolan’s making the best ones out there by far” he explained “I’d do one with him. He’s set a new bar for sure, and I think he’s done a great, great job.” We pushed Norton as to whether he’d be up for playing a villain in Batman 3, with the actor replying “That would be fun, I would not say no to that.” And more specifically we asked if he’d like to play the Riddler, with the star simply smiling and saying “Your guys can put their votes in on that.”

While I find the notion of Norton as The Riddler an interesting one, I think I’d much more rather seen Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the role. That being said, Ed Norton is more age-appropriate to play The Riddler against Christian Bale as Batman. Tho, it now occurs to me that JGL is the right age to play Robin so … HMMMM. I think we’re gonna hear a lot of talk about who’s gonna play what in the next Batman film. What do y’all think … would Edward Norton make a good Riddler? Do you think he should get the part?

Malice In Alice Land

Last night David and I met up with Darion to see Resident Evil: Afterline in 3D at the AMC Theater at Century City. Darion and I vowed not to see the film without one another … and then he went and flew off to Japan for 10 days on opening weekend. But, at long last, we finally saw the film together last night:


It’s really no surprise that most films based on video games aren’t cinematic masterpieces and, in all honesty, there have been some pretty bad ResEvil films in the past … but I’m happy to report that Afterlife was a pretty decent, fairly entertaining movie. Milla Jovovich is such a bad ass, she really makes every film she appears in. I love her in the role of Alice. The 3D in Afterlife was pretty decent, save for a few exceptions … but a few times in the flick I couldn’t tell if I was watching Silent Hill, The Matrix or Resident Evil. And despite the fact that you could see the plot developments from a mile away, we all had a mindlessly fun time together.

Oh and I have to send out big shout-out LOVE to Pink reader Jamie who I had the pleasure to meet in Century City last night :)

Tonight, my friend Josh and I are going to an early screening of Let Me In. He has seen the original version of the film, I have not … but we are both very excited to see it so … hopefully it’ll be a fun night. It is currently 111.2° F outside right now … so I think I’ll be staying inside until the sun goes down. Happy Monday!

First Look: Britney Spears On ‘Glee’

We are just ONE DAY AWAY from the epic Britney Spears Episode of Glee titled Britney/Brittany that will air on Fox tomorrow night and today we learn conclusively that our dear Britney WILL be featured in the ep. Now, we saw photos of Britney on the Glee set over the Summer (HERE and HERE) but there was no proof that she would actually be featured IN the ep … until today. A new video promo for the ep aired in Australia this weekend showing a quick glimpse at one of Britney‘s scenes in the episode:


It’s just a quick look but it is proof that Brit Brit will be on our TV screens tomorrow night. Additionally, Britney made an announcement on her official Twitter profile about tomorrow night’s ep. After the jump, check out this first look at Britney on Glee and read her tweet announcement …

Watch: Good Charlotte, ‘Like It’s Her Birthday’

A couple of weeks ago we got our first look at the album artwork for the new Good Charlotte album Cardiology, which is scheduled for release on November 2. Today we get our first look at music video for the first single from the album. Here are a few screencaps from the just-released music video for Like It’s Her Birthday:


As you might imagine from a song with such fun lyrics (She’s so wasted / Acting crazy / Making a scene / Like it’s her birthday / Drinking champagne / Going insane / Falling on me / Like it’s her birthday) the video is pretty fun, too. In the vid, the currently single lead GC guitarist Benji Madden is the Mack Daddy gettin’ his freak on with his hard-partying ladyfriend. After the jump, check out the video in full …

Gisele Bündchen Really Loves Tom Brady’s Shaggy Hair’Do

Back in June we got our first look at Football stud Tom Brady‘s shaggy new ‘do which he debuted at the 2010 NBA Finals in Boston, MA and as the Summer progressed we got to see it get shaggier and shaggier. Today we learn why Tom has decided to keep his long and flowy locks without submitted to a haircut … he’s keepin’ his hair because his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen is making him keep his hair:

It's been a long time growing for the shag-a-licious Tom Brady, whose bad hair days just won't go away thanks to his increasingly long locks. So why won't the handsome quarterback cut his hair? His supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen. "You'll have to speak to my wife about that," demurred the New England Patriot when he was asked by Massachusetts radio jock Greg Hill if there was anything he could personally do to get Brady to chop his hair, reports the Boston Herald … However, the football star did get the ultimate approval – from someone else besides wife Bündchen: "Nice haircut, Brady," Bieber, the hair extraordinaire himself, relayed to the Herald.

Okay, firstly … if you’re lucky enough to be married to a beauty like Gisele Bündchen and she tells you to keep growing your hair, you keep growing your hair. Secondly, not many men can pull off a longer hairstyle like this … but these longer locks do look good on Tommy boy. I love when he pulls off his helmet and then shakes out his hair … like he’s filming the scene for slow-motion. I Love Tom‘s hair … do you?

Mariah Carey Performs, Stumbles In Singapore

On Saturday we got to see a couple photos of Mariah Carey making her grand arrival in Singapore this weekend ahead of her performance at the LG Live at 2010 Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix and today we get to see some photos and video from that performance. As I understand it, Mimi put on a pretty good show … but it was not without it’s problems. Most notably, Mariah took a bit of a tumble during her performance of Make It Happen … but in fine Mimi fashion, she owned the moment and mad it her own:

It’s the moment every singer dreads – falling over while performing on stage. Mariah Carey experienced just that during a concert in Singapore on Saturday. The 40-year-old diva took a tumble as she belted out her song Make It Happen at a Formula 1 event. She ended up sitting on the stage before being helped up by one of her backing dancers. As she was hoisted to her feet, Carey quickly joked: ‘I meant to do that.’ But the Dreamlover singer was taking no chances and luckily an assistant was on hand to remove the vertiginous heels that no doubt contributed to her fall. The female assistant removed her shoes as Carey continued to sing, before finishing the 90-minute performance barefoot. The singer later tweeted: ‘TY SO much to my fans in Singapore!!! Yeah, several hectic moments, (lol!)but I tried to swirl them into festive!.Love+ God Bless!’

Aww … poor Mimi. But, if you’re gonna fall on your bum in front of a sold out crowd of people, you might as well have as much fun doing so as possible. I think what is most important is how little consequence it was that Mariah even fell in the first place … considering all the rumors going on around her allegedly pregnancy, it seems pretty telling that she is not (yet) pregs since her fall raised no eyebrows at all. Additionally, Mimi was seen drinking champagne while on stage … another sign that she’s prolly not pregs:


A few Pink readers have suggested that Mimi‘s weight gain may likely be due to fertility treatments that she may be undergoing … so … it looks like she’s not quite pregs just yet.

But let’s get back to that fall, shall we? As you can guess, there is video of Mariah‘s Singapore spill — which you can check out, after the jump …


To me, this looks less like a fall and more like a lying down … I’m just glad she’s OK. Do your thang, Mariah. You keep doing the damn thang.

Rihanna Films A New Music Video In NYC

Red-haired Rihanna was spotted in NYC over the weekend hard at work on the set of her new music video What’s My Name? which will be included on her new album Loud!, due out this Fall. As you can see from the following photos, Ri Ri was rockin’ a very mismatched outfit for the video … an outfit that could adequately be described as “Loud!”


This video would be the 3rd music video from her as-yet-unreleased album … the video for her first single Only Girl (In the World) has already been filmed and we’ve already seen the video for her song Who’s That Chick when it leaked a couple of weeks ago. Rihanna is really churnin’ out these vids, yo. While I can appreciate Rihanna‘s hard work, I’m afraid I cannot appreciate her styling choices this time around. I really hate her hair, I mean … for real. The outfit she is wearing in the What’s My Name? video is just a mess. I kinda like the hypercolor look in the Who’s That Chick video but it looks like it was filmed months ago and it’s very unlikely that Rihanna will go back to that shorter hairstyle now that she’s doing this fugly red head thing. I’m so not feeling any of it … so I’m gonna hafta hope the music more than makes up for the styling.

Lindsay Lohan Visits A Shelter, Shows Off Her New SCRAM

Lindsay Lohan surfaced in public for the first time since she was incarcerated and then released from jail last Friday in a presumed attempt to try and rehabilitate her bad girl image. Late last night Lindsay and her crew showed up at The Dream House shelter in Echo Park, CA in an effort to spread cheer and goodwill to the children and families there. To be honest, it seems fairly transparent that Lindsay‘s attempt at goodwill prolly had more to do with rehabilitating her image than helping the less fortunate but, well … let’s give her the benefit of the doubt?

Two days after getting out of jail, Lindsay Lohan has emerged from hiding. Accompanied by two friends, sister Ali and mother Dina, the troubled starlet, who will be heading back to rehab possibly as soon as Monday, spent part of Sunday evening visiting the Dream Center, a mission and outreach center connected to the Angelus Temple in Los Angeles’ Echo Park neighborhood. According to a source, LiLo’s business manager Lou Taylor, who also was part of her group, is a supporter of the facility and encouraged her to visit. While there, Lindsay met with children and families, signing autographs and handing out purses to some of the teen girls … “What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA… had a nice time there today, it’s so important to give back. I feel blessed,” Lohan later tweeted. The source said Lohan wanted to make a return visit to see some of the young women housed there, but one thing was clear: She would not be checking in there herself. Lohan plans to check into rehab, but that it would not be at the Dream Center facility, said the source.

LOL!! I can’t believe that anyone would think that Lindsay would be seeking help at The Dream House. She may be willing to dirty her hands a bit with a quick photo opp visit but there’s no way in Hell you could drag her ass there for actual treatment. Rumor has it that Lindsay will be checking herself in to a more posh rehab facility outside of LA “sometime this week”.

And so … now that Lindsay is going back out in public, it’s time to revive the SCRAM Watch. TMZ has the first image of L. Lo and the return of her fave fashion accessory, which you can check out after the jump …


And here we go again. What misadventures can we expect now that Lindsay is SCRAMmed up again and is reportedly ready for rehab? Time can only tell … and away we go.

David Beckham Doesn’t Take Kindly To Allegations Of Infidelity

Yesterday we learned that soccer superstar David Beckham made his way down to the tropical island nation of Trinidad & Tobago in an attempt to woo the FIFA Executive Committee in an effort to convince them to allow England to be the host nation for the 2018 World Cup Soccer Tournament … but before I update y’all on that front, there is a newly surfaced video of Becks that I want to share. As you may recall, last week new allegations surfaced that claim David Beckham carried on an extramarital affair with a prostitute back in 2007 … allegations which have angered Les Beckhams so much that they are planning to sue In Touch Weekly magazine, the publication which published the story. Before Becks made his way to Trinidad, he played a game for the LA Galaxy here in SoCal and was heckled by a “fan” with a video camera about the infidelitous allegation:


Becks has successfully managed to avoid being baited by the taunts but clearly was ready to show his anger when this fool with the video camera decided to heckle him after the most recent Galaxy game. To be honest, I’m surprised Becks doesn’t show his anger more often … especially when you consider how much heat gets thrown his way in an attempt to get a reaction from him. I know it’s difficult but it’s just a better idea to completely ignore this kind of baiting from morons.

Becks looks much happier in these new photos of him in Trinidad. Here are a couple photos of Becks kicking around a soccer ball with kids to kick off the Trinidad & Tobago Football Federation's 6-Day Festival as well as a couple photos of Becks and Brooklyn at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Final match:


From here on out, Becks needs to just keep his head in the game, refrain from reacting to taunts and focus his energies on his lawsuit.
