Lindsay's Lawyer Says She Was Treated Unfairly! Posted: 24 Sep 2010 12:50 PM PDT Blah blah blah. We've heard it a million times before!! Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, says that her client was treated unfairly and it was unjust that Lindsay was thrown in jail because "the case law is clear she is entitled to bail." However, many disagree with Chapman saying that "Judge Elden Fox said he had issued a bench warrant for Lohan based on a probation report 'indicating a positive test for a controlled substance.'" The judge was merely giving Lindsay the same treatment that many repeat violators get and she's "being treated like a drug addict on probation instead of a celebrity with a drug issue," according to defense attorney Glen Jonas. Since Lilo violated her probation and failed two drug tests, Judge Elden Fox had every right to throw her ass in jail!! Lindsay did not get a harsh sentence! Jeff Zucker Leaving NBC! Posted: 24 Sep 2010 12:40 PM PDT Hooray! Jeff Zucker, the man who canned Conan is finally leaving NBC Univeral, as soon as the network's deal with Comcast is finalized. "Well, the time has come. This time, to tell you a little news about me. When Comcast assumes control of NBC Universal, I will leave the company," he wrote in a memo. "It has not been an easy or simple decision. I have spent my entire adult life here, more than 24 years. This is the only place I have ever worked. The only professional thing I have ever known. I met my wife here, enjoyed the birth of our four children in that time, worked in almost every division of the company. And forged relationships, both professional and personal, that will last a lifetime." Zucker says he's not sure what his next move is: "I don't yet know what my future will bring. I've spent the last 24 years thinking only about NBC Universal, and never contemplated anything else. I haven't even begun to think about the next chapter. But I wanted to be honest with you about this news as soon as I could." Thank God he's leaving! He royally screwed late night programming at NBC with the Conan debacle! [Image via PNP/WENN.com.]

Photogs spotted Miley Cyrus out and about the other night and noticed a lil something different about her! She a purposeful permanent scar on her pinky finger! Miles got herself another tattoo! A Lindsay Update! Posted: 24 Sep 2010 12:10 PM PDT Lindsay WILL be going to jail!!!! In fact, she's already there! But, at least she will be housed in "administrative segregation" because of her celebrity status. We have to keep Linds safe while she is in the slammer! Also, LA County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said that the only way Lindsay could be released before her probation hearing on October 22 is if the judge issues another order. Kate Beckinsale Returns For Underworld 4 Posted: 24 Sep 2010 11:50 AM PDT REALLY?!? Haven't we seen enough of the Underworld franchise?? Do they really have to come back for a fourth film?? We guess Kate Beckinsale has nothing better to do because she just signed for a fourth installment of Underworld. The screenplay was written by John Hlavin, but has already had a rewrite by J. Yay Hellcats! Boo One Tree Hill! Posted: 24 Sep 2010 11:40 AM PDT The CW is a glutton for punishment! The network has decided to award two shows with the opportunity to shoot six more epsidoes. Both freshman comedy, Hellcats and the show-that-never-ends One Tree Hill got an extra six episode pickup. We're excited The Tiz gets more time to show the world what she has got, but people, PLEASE. Let One Tree Hill die already! The show is AWFUL and it's keeping Sophia Bush from doing anything decent with her career! Cut it loose!
