| Posted: 23 Sep 2010 07:05 AM PDT Bishop Eddie Long canceled his "Tom Joyner Morning Show" interview this morning after a third young man came forward on Wednesday night with more allegations of sexual abuse.
Also on Wednesday, attorney B.J. Bernstein, representing the three plaintiffs, released cell phone pictures the young men say were sent to them by pastor Eddie Long. Bishop Eddie Long, leader of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, was set to be interviewed this morning by CNN's Roland S. Martin on the "Tom Joyner Morning Show" regarding the sexual misconduct allegations brought against him. However, he abruptly canceled the interview and the Bishop tweeted (then erased it): "The lawyers have made the decision that due to the third lawsuit that Bishop not to do interviews…” In the latest lawsuit, the plaintiff, Jamal Parris, says Long gave him his personal cell phone number two weeks after they first met. Parris also claims that Long encouraged him to call him "daddy," because Parris’ father had not been a positive figure in his life. Parris said he joined New Birth in 2001 and became Long’s "personal assistant." In the suit, filed yesterday, Parris claims Long would ask him to remain in his private office after church, where they would engage in sexual misconduct. Parris said he eventually left the church and later found out that there were other young male church members who said they, too, had sexual contact with the bishop. The lawsuits, filed by Jamal Parris, Anthony Flagg and Maurice Murray Robinson (pictured above) have common threads in that they were all taken on trips, shared a room with Bishop Long, and engaged in touching and oral sexual contact with him. The three were in a group called the “Spiritual Sons,” which we told you about yesterday. Since Tuesday, attorney B.J. Bernstein said her office has taken several calls and she believes there are other victims that will soon emerge. Though we haven't heard much from Long himself, Art Franklin, a spokesman for Long, called the lawsuit "retaliation and a shakedown for money" from men with serious credibility issues. He added, "Bishop Long categorically and adamantly denies the allegations." This ish is getting uglier than men of a certain age in muscle shirts and biker shorts.  | ||||||

After serving 10 years in prison for arson, Chester "Lyfe" Jennings will now be going back again. Back in October of 2008, Lyfe got into an altercation with his baby mama, Joy Bounds. He was charged with a DUI test refusal, criminal trespassing, discharging a weapon near a street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. He was later released from jail on a $50,000 bond. He is now being sentenced to 3.5 years for the 2008 indictment. Before going in the slammer, he took to his twitter to thanks his fans:

| COURT DOCS: More SHOCKING Sexual Allegations Revealed In Bishop Eddie Long Drama Posted: 22 Sep 2010 10:32 AM PDT After the Bishop Eddie Long bombshell dropped last night, the reverb was felt all over television, radio and the internet. Now we have more allegations that have come out in the actual court documents filed by the plantiffs. Find out the deets inside... <!--break--> Among the allegations, Bishop Eddie Long is accused of using his position as the leader of his church and the Longfellows Youth Academy to fulfill his sexual desires. The Academy says its mission is to help young men, aged 13 through 18, as they proceed on their “masculine journey.” Among the allegations by young male church members Anthony Flagg and Maurice Robinson, Long is accused of:
The docs also state that when the young males try to end the relationship or move on with their own girlfriends/wives, Bishop Long allegedly attempts to block those relationships. He increases his contact and builds up his spiritual talk between the Spiritual Son and himself. A few church memebers, like Andrew Moman and April McLaughlin, are named specifically in the docs for knowing of the sexually inappropriate conduct and doing nothing. Any way it goes, guilty or innocent, this will not be settled quitely. And this is sure to affect the Black church on an encompassing national scale. The devil is bus-y.... "Right Thru Me" will appear on Onika's Pink Friday album dropping November 23rd. See...this is the type of flow of Nicki's I can roll with. Maybe this is also why I like "Your Love". It's sans the animations and 2000 voices per track and not too ridiculous of words. It's actually tolerable. Still more catered to the teens...but tolerable. But dare I say....I kinda like it.
In other news, Usher is expanding his OMG tour into the UK. It'll be his first time in 6 years across the pond. Ursh announced today five arena dates across England on his OMG Tour in early 2011, kicking off in Manchester on 26th January. Tickets are on sale from 9am on Friday 24th September.
