Hilary Duff wil be returning to TV for a guest spot on the nit NBC show Community. The Duffster will be playing a Mean Girls-esque kind of character, set on going head-to-head with Joel McHale's band of underachievers! (They wanted Lindsay Lohan, but she's pretty booked!)

Mariah Carey's first single off her upcoming holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, will be called Oh, Santa, and will premiere on the radio Monday, October 11th!

It will also be available for download the following day on iTunes!

A Victory Against DADT, Judge Orders Air Force To Reinstate Nurse

This is two steps forward!

U.S. district judge Ronald B. Leighton ruled on Friday that former Air Force Reserve flight nurse, Margaret Witt, be reinstated to her job as soon as possible after being discharged under 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell.'

The judge had called Witt and "exemplary officer" and noted that "good flight nurses were hard to find."

After the ruling, Witt said in a statement:

"I'm thrilled about the decision today. appreciate the Court's belief in the professionalism of the military. Many people forget that the U.S. military is the most diverse workforce in the world — we are extremely versed in adaptation. Thousands of men and women who are gay and lesbian honorably serve this country in our military. Wounded personnel never asked me about my sexual orientation. They were just glad to see me. I can't wait to rejoin my unit."

In his decision, Judge Leighton wrote:

"The application of 'don't ask, don't tell' to Major Margaret Witt does not significantly further the government's interest in promoting military readiness, unit morale and cohesion. Her discharge from the Air Force Reserves violated her substantive due process rights under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution."

This is a huge step in defeating DADT! We hope that many more will realize just how unconstitutional this law really is.

FCC Opening Up Airwaves To Create ‘Super Wifi’

This is exciting!

The FCC is opening up unused airwaves between television channels for wireless broadband networks. This will allow for faster and more powerful wifi hotspots.

They're calling it "wifi on steroids," and companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Dell are already making plans to develop the market.

France is up in arms over First Lady Carla Bruni's cover of David Bowie's classic song Absolute Beginner.

Some are calling this is the end of her attempt at a pop singing career. Paris Match, a magazine that has long stood behind the 42-year-old former supermodel, says that "France suffers while Madame sings."

Rihanna and Drake Get Married Collaborate On A New Song

Drake didn't marry Nicki Minaj, and he's not getting married to Rihanna either ~~for now~~, but they are recording a new song together.

Here's what Drake had to say about it:

"I just did this great song with Rihanna so I hope we get to shoot a video for that too. I'm really excited about that song."

It looks like their collaboration will be included in Rihanna's new album, Loud, which drops on Nov 16.

Hopefully their song goes better than their romantic past. Here's what Drake's said about it:

"I was a pawn. You know what she was doing to me? She was doing exactly what I've done to so many women throughout my life, which is show them quality time, then disappear. I was like, 'Wow, this feels terrible.'"

Yeah, Karma's a bitch, Drake. Could be worse though…overall, you seem to be doing just fine!
