During a recent interview with MTV NEWS, Drake revealed that he reunited with ex-girlfriend Rihanna
for a new collaboration:
 
“I just did this great song with Rihanna so I hope we get to shoot a video for that too. I’m really excited about that song.”
 
Drake kept mum on the single's title and subject matter but said their latest collabo will likely appear on Rih Rih’s new album Loud, due November 16th.
 
 


 

Ne-Yo covers the latest issue of JET Magazine which hits stands nationwide on Monday, September 27.  In the issue, he talks about making good music and how excited he is to become a father.  And from the looks of Monyetta's belly, the baby should be due by the end of the year.

YBF chick Va$htie Kola--designer, ex-girlfried of Pharrell, and Jordan shoe addict--made history this week when it was announced that she designed the Ladies Air Jordan 2 Retro.  This makes her the first woman to design a shoe for Nike Air Jordan.  You shoe freaks can see pics of her design when you go inside...

The Trinidadian native New Yorker is known in the industry for her downtown style and designs.


 

 
The limited-edition shoe uses a lavender and deep-purple colorway to deliver a more feminine style, with hints of silver integrated into the laces to complement the metallic midsole. It debuts in stores October 2nd.  You feelin' it?

BREAKING NEWS: 4th Young Male Comes Forward In Bishop Eddie Long Sex Scandal! PLUS Bishop Long To Step Down Sunday?!

We called him the Tiger Woods of the pulpit yesterday, and unfortunately that comparison is right on the money. As with Tiger Woods, there seems to be a new "Spiritual Son" coming forward every other day in the Bishop Eddie Long scandal.  Read more about the FOURTH young man to come forward this afternoon when you go inside....

The Associated Press is reporting that a fourth young man has come forward saying Bishop Eddie Long coerced him into a sexual relationship.  Attorney B.J. Bernstein says she is filing a lawsuit today on behalf of the member of New Birth Charlotte. New Birth Charlotte is a satellite church run by Long in Charlotte, N.C. The man claims to have met the Bishop in May 2005.

The lawsuit says the Bishop took the teenager to Kenya in July 2005 when he was 17, and also engaged in sexual activities with him. It said that Long later encouraged him to move to Atlanta, where the activity continued until early 2009.

UPDATE:  The lawsuit was filed by Spencer LeGrande, a member of New Birth Charlotte.

The lawsuit said Long told LeGrande "I will be your dad" and invited the 17-year-old to journey to Kenya with him in July 2005. LeGrande said that Long gave him a sleeping pill on that trip and that the two engaged in sexual acts.

Long apparently convinced LeGrande that "engaging in a sexual relationship was a healthy component of his spiritual life."

Bishop Long is expected on Sunday to deliver the first public message since the men accused him of having sexual relationships with them. He has vehemently denied any wrongdoing through his lawyer and a Twitter posting.  Other sources report he may step down after giving his remarks.

Knicks baller Amar'e Stoudamire hit the NY Yankees game last night to throw out the first pitch.  He brought his son along for the fun:

He also Tweeted that he bought the whole Knicks team to the game and they all chilled in a VIP suite.  Fun times.

 

And First Lady Michelle Obama showed off how you mix and match bold prints.  She rocked this splash watercolor and floral mixed print Moschino dress to the Clinton Global Initiative event yesterday:

She spoke, after her husband, about ways to better the world.

Pregnant Reagan Gomez's Short Film "This Time" + YBF Folks Do "The Cleveland Show" Live Table Reading

Two of our fave YBF chicks, Reagan Gomez and Terri J. Vaughn, are starring in a new short film that will be making moves at film festivals around the country.  Watch the short film "This Time", written by Reagan herself, when you go inside.

The short film "This Time" is the directorial debut of up and coming black director Matthew Cherry, and stars Reagan Gomez-Preston, Terri J. Vaughn, Michael Moss and Sinorice Moss from the NY Giants . The film has been accepted at ten different film festivals, including Boston International, Hawaii International, Martha's Vineyard and the San Francisco Black Film Festival.

Written by Reagan Gomez, Matthew says the film is a labor of love for both he and Reagan as both have family members that were deployed overseas.  They wanted to do something that spoke to family members that have troops coming home from the war.  

The film centers around Reagan's character who, the night before her wedding, runs into an ex-boyfriend whom she still loves.  Having just returned home from the war on terror, the ex-boyfriend makes it clear that he still loves Reagan.  She now must make a difficult choice between her two loves.  Here's the film (this is not a snippet, it's the entire film):

 

Matthew has also partnered up with a non-profit organization "Our Fallen Soldiers" to help raise awareness and money for families who have lost a loved one to war.
