Here's video of Lyfe Jennings pleading to the Georgia judge before he was sentenced and immediately sent to prison for 3 and a half years. 

 

It's sad to watch.  But people like Cousin Jeff spoke as character witnesses on his behalf in order to sway the judges' sentence.  The video when you read on....

Lyfe was charged with several crimes--all stemming from his big domestic spat back in 2008 with his child's mother, Joy, him firing his gun, and the high speed chase he led the police on afterwards.

He had already served 10 years in jail before making a career out of songs about changing his life.  And now he's back behind bars. 

Still with cuts and bruises on his face, he was not even allowed to see his son before he went in.  Sad.

Mariah Carey was spotted hitting LAX yesterday.  She was likely on her way to Singapore as she's performing at a festival there on the 26th.  But more importantly....did her belly shrink?

According to Thisis50.com where the tape was originally posted about, an anonymous person sent the tape to 50 Cent.  50, whose life goal seems to be to destroy Ricky's career, wasted no time in posting the flick to his website. 

Rick Ross finally addressed the rumors on Twitter:

Although he denies it, the person in the video looks just like Rick Ross and he could have gotten the back tattoos after the tape. But to his defense, the footage so far is very blurry.  Do you believe it's him...or just a look-a-like?

We all know the Bishop is caught up in a sex scandal...complete with Iphone pics that he allegedly sent to the boys he was allegedly having relations with.

And he must really love his iPhone, because Eddie Long commissioned Apple Butter Bakery in Atlanta to make him an iPhone cake for his 25th Pastoral Anniversary.  And they posted a pic of it on their website (above).

It's a replica of an iPhone with his church New Birth MBC's logo front and center. 

The very thing he's using to commemorate his anniversary may be the very thing that affects his Pastoral career.  Oh the irony....

Chris Paul and girlfriend Jada Crawley have been on on-again, off-again couple status since their college days.  And, according to his friend Teyana Taylor, he just dropped to his knee and proposed to Jada.  Teyana tweeted:

Congrats to my homie Chris Paul he just proposed to his lovely baby mother Jada !!! :) congrats bro & jada! So happy for y'all!!”

Sweet.  Chris and Jada have a 1 year old son named Christopher Emmanuel Paul II.  Looks like Chris Jr. gave daddy more reason to marry mommy.  Congrats to the couple!

Apparently Chad Ochocinco has moved on from Evelyn Lozada of VH1's "Basketball Wives.  Or they CLEARLY have an understanding.  Because Trey Songz's former-chick, reality star Ophilia, (pictured above on the right) tweeted last nite that she was at Chad Ochocinco's house watching the Colts/Giants game and wouldn't be sleeping alone.  Now chick could have been talking about sleeping with her teddy bear....but I doubt it.  Evelyn is in Spain filming the new season of her show.

Chad Tweeted today about finding himself in a new "committed relationship" and how scary it is for him.  And Ophilia also tweeted previously about chillin' in the private box seats at the Bengals game.  Perfect place to cheer Mr. Johnson on.  Interesting.

 

T. I. and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were spotted out Tuesday night at the Uptown Comedy Corner for D.L. Hughley's 10:00 PM show.  Sources say D.L. didn't hold anything back and he made several jokes about TIP and his recent legal troubles. 

Apparently the duo didn't mind the jokes and they laughed it up themselves. They stayed the entire show and even signed autographs before leaving the club. Nice to see the Harris family has a sense of humor about the "ordeal".

In other T.I. news, he is supposed to perform at the Virgin Mobile FreeFest in Baltimore on Saturday, September 25, but still hasn't committed.  T.I. has been preparing for a parole hearing in Atlanta and there has been wide speculation about his ability to honor touring commitments.  So far, he's already canceled three shows, and one that would have come a day after the festival.

I guess VH1's "Basketball Wives" just wasn't enough.  The new VH1 series "Football Wives" just got an airdate.  And we've got the first pics of the cast members.

Football season kicked off a couple weeks ago.  And now, the "Football Wives" are hitting VH1 Sunday, October 24 at 10:30 PM ET/PT.  For those of you who care who's on it, we've got the first flicks of the Dallas, TX ladies who are responsible for supporting their baller men and their wallets off the field.

The ladies hit a recent gala together.  From left to right in above pic: Chanita Foster (married to George Foster, tackle, UFL); Brittany Pigrenet (girlfriend of David Buehler, kicker, Dallas Cowboys);  Dawn Neufeld (married to Ryan Neufeld, tight end, UFL); Melani Ismail (married to Rocket Ismail, receiver, retired); Erin McBriar (married to Mat McBriar, punter, Dallas Cowboys).

The other 3 cast members Pilar Sanders (married to Deion Sanders, all-pro cornerback, retired), Amanda Davis (married to Leonard Davis, guard, Dallas Cowboys), and Mercedes Nelson (ex-girlfriend of "a star Cowboys player") weren't pictured.

Chanita Foster's recently launched her clothing line "Rock Star Rascals" and claims she brings money into the household instead of just spending it.  I guess this Chanita didn't ask "ATL Housewives" Sheree Whitfield or Lisa Wu-Hartwell how that worked out for them. Selita Denies Romancing It Up With Kanye, Gets Sexy In New Macy's Lingerie Shoot

After media outlets ran rampant with rumors of model Selita Ebanks and Kanye West being a new couple, Selita set the record straight.  She also dropped her clothes to show off her sexy lingerie for Macy's new ads.

Despite their being tons of celebs at the US Open match weeks ago, since Kanye and Selita happened to be sitting next to each other, media outlets labeled them a new couple.  And them taking pics together at this week's New Yorkers for Children Benefit Gala didnn't help.

But Selita tells OK! magazine there is nothing going on but the rent.  She clarified they are not a couple and def not dating.  But she's a fan of his, and Kanye apparently calls her his muse:

“I’m just happy that he’s a great friend.  I love his creativity. I love that he thinks outside the box,” she continued. “He’s just himself. Not only am I a fan, I support him 100%.”

Sweet.

 

Selita's main concern these days is making sure she maintains her uber sexy looks for modeling campaigns.  Her newest campaign is her new set of lingerie ads for Macy's.  Check 'em:

MUSIC FAB: New Beyonce Single Drops In 3 Weeks? + Nicki Minaj Calls Into Funkmaster Flex's Show

Get your bedazzlers ready and dig up your wig crypts.  Producer Los Da Mystro, who's working in the studio with Beyonce, took to twitter telling Sasha Fierce fans they could hear her new single in three weeks.  He says the track is laced by The Dream, who also wrote the monster hit ‘Single Ladies’ with his production partner Tricky Stewart.

On his twitter, Los Da Mystro wrote:

“Listening to new B record Dream wrote” F*cking insane! Wow! She about to kill the game again! Had to listen again!! Ya’ll [will see] in 3 weeks!”

And in a recent MTV interview, Ne-Yo said:

"The thing about working with Beyoncé is that she definitely has her own agenda.  She's an artist that knows exactly what she wants to do."

Producer Sean Garrett told MTV:

"We're working on some really incredible music. We're going to stretch a little bit — take it to a whole new level, if Beyoncé can go to a whole new level. ... It's going to be her biggest album ever. We're going to take it to a whole other level."

 

Now that she's killed Sasha Fierce, we can only wonder what the catch will be with this new album.  There's no word yet on the title of the single that will be dropping, but based on Los Da Mystro's excitement, I can't wait. 

 

Recently, Nicki Minaj called into the Funkmaster Flex radio show to thank him for supporting her.  During the interview, Nicki talked about Drake, Lil Wayne, and fake concert promoters.

 

Young Money's first lady spoke on Drake’s claim that his hit he wrote for Alicia Keys “Un-Thinkable (I’m Ready)” was originally for her.  She said even though Drake told her he wrote his verse in the song for her,  She's not too sure if Drake was just being slick and flirtatious or if he was really serious.

She also touched on Lil Wayne coming home soon.  She revealed that she went to see him recently and he's excited about his release date and was in a very good mood five days ago when she saw him at Rikers.  He found out she named her album Pink Friday through the fanmail he's been getting.

 

Nicki took the time to address the concert promoters going to college campuses selling students bogus Nicki Minaj tickets.  Nicki says she posts all her shows on twitter so fans should come right to the source to find out if something is legit.

I'm thoroughly convinced 50 Cent is on a life mission to attempt to ruin Rick Ross' career...better yet, his life.  Now footage has "mysteriously" leaked on to the net, via 50's site, of an alleged Ricky Rozay getting it in every which way--butt nekkid with a chick.

Sex tapes are SO 2007.  But apparently all of this was shot before Ricky blew up to fame.  The sex tape is allegedly him pre-fame, getting it in with some random chop down. 

 

And seeing that he did a song and video with Trina WAY back in the day when he had a barely-there beard and was just trying to get on, this footage could very well be him.  It does look like him to me in the above non-nude clip.

 

The whole video will apparently be out tomorrow.  Honestly, I refused to stay on that page longer than necessary to find out all the details.  So all you freak-a-leaks can check out the NSFW foolery for yourselves HERE.

 

Last year, 50 released the sex tape of Ricky's baby mama and copped a lawsuit for it.  I really can't handle this ish today....
