Posted: 13 Sep 2010 02:50 PM PDT And the plot thickens… According to the police report filed by Josie Harris, Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s ex-girlfriend, the boxers alleged physical attack on her was fueled by jealousy that she has moved on with another pro athlete – Chicago Bulls baller C.J. Watson. According to TMZ reports: Floyd Mayweather Jr. was in a fit of jealousy over a basketball player when he allegedly attacked his baby mama, Josie Harris and threatened to kill the pair … this according to the police report obtained by TMZ. According to the report, Mayweather read text messages on Josie’s phone … which included messages from C.J. Watson (pictured below), who plays for the Chicago Bulls. According to the report, Mayweather screamed, “‘Are you having sex with C.J.?’ Harris replied, ‘Yes, that is who I’m seeing now.’” According to the report, the 10-year-old son of Mayweather and Harris told cops he “saw his dad was on his mother and was hitting and kicking her.” According to the report, “Harris stated that Mayweather began yelling at Harris, ‘I’m going to kill you and the man your (sic) are messing around with.’ He also stated, ‘I’m going to have you both disappear.’” The police report says Harris was taken to Southern Hills Hospital and treated for “minor facial injuries and a sore left arm.” Pictures of the injuries were taken. The police report goes on to say while Harris was at the hospital Mayweather called Georgia Parker — Harris’ friend who lives in the house — and told her to get out of the house. As for why Mayweather was arrested for grand larceny Friday … the police report says he left with her Apple iPhone 4 … valued at $322.17.

Update: Judge to NY Student in Muslim Cabby Stabbing Case ‘Your Time Ain’t Up’ Posted: 13 Sep 2010 01:52 PM PDT 21-year-old Michael Enright, the visual arts student accused of stabbing a Muslim cab driver in New York last month, went to court today begging to be let out on bail. Enright told the court that if he was released on $250,00 bond, he would seek treatment to un-crazy himself. The $250,000 bond would be backed by the deed to Enright’s mom’s house, his bail bondsman said. Enright, a Brewster native, is accused to attacking driver Ahmed Sharif on Aug. 24 after learning that the cabby is Muslim. “Michael has the strongest of community ties and intends to face this case head on,'' said defense lawyer Lawrence Fisher, recounting Enright's peaceful childhood of Little League baseball, Cub Scouts and neighborhood babysitting. Enright's rep promised that his client would seek immediate treatment for post-traumatic stress and alcoholism — conditions allegedly brought on by his work in Afghanistan, doing a documentary film following US troops. Unfortunately, the crazy talk backfired: Assistant DA James Zaleta argued that Enright's illnesses actually make the School of Visual Arts student senior a worse candidate for bond. “Those are factors to reject bail,” said Zaleta, adding that Enright speaks several languages and has friends outside the US. “He has every incentive to flee … the facts in this are very strong.'' Supreme Court Justice Richard Carruthers ordered Enright to remain behind bars, but said he'd consider the bail application again at the student's next court date on Sept. 22. Another VMA Security Fail: Fake Bow Wow Crashes The Show Posted: 13 Sep 2010 01:39 PM PDT The MTV Video Music Awards were packed with celebrities and in the case of Young Money rapper Bow Wow, a celebrity impersonator. Although Bow Wow was unable to attend the 2010 MTV VMAs, someone who looked just like him was there reaping the benefits. Check out the photos here.
