CANDIDS: Michelle Williams In London + Kelly Rowland Performs For The amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Event

Posted: 14 Sep 2010 09:06 AM PDT

Michelle Williams was surprised and shocked recently while leaving the 'C London' restaurant in Mayfair.  Not too sure what was said to Michelle, but once they said it....the child's mouth NEVER closed.  See more pics of Michelle's gums and tonsils inside plus pics of Kelly Rowland performing and looking beautiful...

<!--break-->

A check is a check, and Michelle seems to be seeking an endorsement deal from Castle Dental Centers.  Shout out to the YBF readers in Houston...ya'll know about them Castle Dental Centers.

Maybe this photographer is hilarious and said something really funny.  But seems like Michelle gained control of her gums and was able to close them long enough to snap a pic.

Kelly Rowland recently performed at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS held at The Carlu during the 35th Toronto International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.

Doesn't our girl look great?

Working that hairstyle fab Kelly!

Here she is with "True Blood" actor Ryan Kwanten.  Wonder if he kissed her neck?

Kelly works the audience.

\

And she sang her heart out for a good cause.

Once again, I love this look.

Mariah Carey's Secret Love Affair?!+Nick Cannon's Diss Song To Eminem+Amar'e Stoudemire On Women & Lebron

Posted: 14 Sep 2010 08:52 AM PDT

A mega hip hop producer is planning on releasing a book about his 'passionate love affair' with Mariah Carey plus we've got Nick Cannon's latest diss song to Eminem. All this and an Amar'e Stoudemire interview in which he discusses his time in New York, women, and his Jewish roots when you read on...

<!--break-->

Hip hop producer Da Mizza is releasing Guilty By Association which describes his relationship with Mariah Carey. He claims he was the singer's live-in boyfriend as well as her producer, while working at LA's Power 106. According to Da Mizza, Mariah's lawyers gave him a cease and desist request to block the release of the book, where he exposes several other key industry figures.

Da Mizza says,

"It’s the truth. When it comes to the music industry I know how deep the rabbit hole goes ... and I’m taking fans along for the ride. But there’s a lot more to my story than introducing Mariah to Eminem."

He continued to say,

"It’s the truth of why Dr. Dre’s “Detox” has been in limbo for more than a decade ... it’s how Jay-Z became huge enough to run Def-Jam Records ... it’s how I salvaged Janet Jackson’s relationship with radio programmers all over the world. I’m letting loose on how records are made, promoted, leaked, paid off, corrupted and careers and lives made and destroyed at the whims of ego and corporate corruption. I was there.

Da Mizza has worked with several artists including Dr. Dre, Mariah, and Michael Jackson and sold about 30 million records. Our sources say the main reason for his book is because he's going broke *side eye*.

Guilty by Association is in stores October 10.

A year after Eminem dissed Mariah Carey with 'The Warning', Nick Cannon responds with a diss track of his own. The song, called 'I'm a Slick Rick' is to the beat of Cali Swag District's 'Teach Me How To Dougie' and is a far from the clean cut image that Nick Cannon has. I guess that's what happens when your defending your wife.

Here's the song:

Eminem said in an August Vibe interview that he was 'done with the situation' but I think this drama is far from being over.

Amar'e Stoudemire did a fashion spread and interview with Page Six Magazine (out today) and discussed New York and its women, his fashion sense, and going back to his Jewish traditions.

On his sense of fashion:

I love fashion, actually. I love gear. I mix high and low. I love watches. I love shoes. I make sure that every time I step out of the house I’m feeling comfortable and fashion-forward. Depending on the occasion, I dress the part.”

On being in New York:

New York is by far the best city in the world. The city is on fire. They’re ready, and so am I.”

On traveling to Israel to research his Jewish roots:

I’m not a religious person, let’s get that squared away. [Judaism] was established 3,000 years ago or so, so I want to associate myself with the scriptures, the Bible and the culture it brings. I’ve been reading the scriptures for probably 19 years now. You can’t get caught up in the hype and the hoopla. You gotta remember where you came from and what it took to get here.”

On women in New York City:

Women are definitely bold and come up and talk to me. They want to associate themselves with me. It’s not a bad thing, being single.

On the rivalry with Lebron James:

LeBron and I are friends. He made his own decisions, and he’s gonna go to Miami. It don’t matter if I think it’s a good decision or not. It doesn’t really affect me or the team.”

COMEBACK FAB!? K-CI & JOJO's New Reality Show Follows Them Rebuilding Their Lives

Posted: 14 Sep 2010 06:37 AM PDT

The lead singers of Jodeci, K-Ci and JoJo are on the comeback trail this fall debuting a new reality show about their lives on TV ONE.   Starting on Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 9 PM and 9:30 PM ET in two back-to-back episodes, TV One will premiere "K-Ci and JoJo. . .Come Clean," a new nine-episode reality series about the stars.  We have a preview for you when you go inside....

<!--break-->

The show will offer viewers an unvarnished glimpse into the journey of the R&B superstars as they fight their shared demon, alcoholism, in an attempt to save their lives and careers. The duo, living together for the first time in more than a decade, will endure radical medical treatments, physical training and medical and spiritual therapy to help them stay sober.  To help them along the way, there will be appearances by Pastor Jamal Bryant, from R&B legend Charlie Wilson; actress and celebrity lifestylist A.J. Johnson; recording industry mogul André Harrell, and their Jodeci bandmate, Devante Swing.

I do enjoy reality shows with a purpose and K-Ci and JoJo have far too much talent to throw their lives away.  On the bright side, the show seems like it will be good.  I'm cheering for your comeback K-Ci and JoJo!

MAGAZINE FAB: Kelly Rowland Gets Topless For YRB+Solange Gets Fierce In New FASHIZBLACK Spread

Posted: 13 Sep 2010 12:25 PM PDT

Well damn. Bet you never thought you'd see Ms. Kelly in this position. But chick is pulling out all the stops and pushing her own envelope a bit in her new shoot for YRB mag.

We've got the bold pics from her new YRB shoot, plus pics from Solange's spread for FashIzBlack mag when you read on...

<!--break-->

Wowsers.

There's something dark and sexy about these pics.  And we're loving it.  Werk.

Meanwhile, Solange's spread from her FashIzBlack magazine shoot is out.  And it's hot in its own way:

Love the eclectic looks.  Great spread.

Here's a few outtakes from Solo's interview:

How important is Fashion to you ? Has it been the case since you were a child?
Solange Knowles : Fashion is just another extension of expression. Since I was a little girl, I have always taken some kind of pride in that expression.

How do you judge your style's evolution ? Does it match with your artistic & musical evolution?

From 17 to until maybe 20 , I became a mom, I was in Idaho, was a stay at home mother, and my style was very very basic, I just didn't have the time for the looks. At the time, at the point where I was in my relationship, I sort of lost a sense of myself. I look back at those outfits and I'm like, who is this? Maybe I was trying to become who my husband was attracted to or I tried to be like what a mom should look like.
Then I got back to the music, got out of the relationship, and started to be drawn to this influence again. It was all about that 60's Pop culture, paired it with a very comfy hat or a fun pattern. But I still hadn't grasp the sense of mixing.
Over the past 2 years, it ( my style ) had definitely followed my music, which is a mix of great 70's and 80's sounds. There are definitely some influences there. But I also started to listen to a lot of great afro beat music, and discovered amazing things that you can do for example with ankara, and mixing it up with mainstream pieces.
There are so many great designers who just do this. I've been introduced to them, and I'm getting deeper and deeper into this.

You, as well as Kelis or Janelle Monae, are some kind of free agents regarding the mainstream industry . Do you think this difference can become a burden? If yes, in which way?

It is all a matter of what you want out of your career. And for me, it is truly my goal to make and create things that I'm passionate about.
Living in a city like Los Angeles , you start to see so many people, who become victims, chasing fame and loosing sight of true things.
I want a comfortable life, I want my son to go to a great school, I want to be able to travel - Travelling is the greatest pleasure to me - I want to eat good. But there is a way to do that. Absolutely. And without having to do certain things that I have no taste for...

GTFOH: Oprah's Sending Her Entire Studio Audience To Australia...With Pilot John Travolta!

Posted: 13 Sep 2010 10:53 AM PDT

Well that's ONE way to kick off the first show in your final season.  Oprah, who is also celebrating her show's 25th anniversary this year, gave away her biggest ish to date to her studio audience today. We've got the unbelievable deets when you read on...

<!--break-->

Cars for everyone in the audience is so 2009.  That's why Lady O gifted her entire audience today--made up of her "ultimate fans"-- with a trip to Australia.  Yes, a trip....a 10-day trip!   And none other than her bestie John Travolta, who is a pilot in his downtime from being an A-list actor, will be flying the plane.

In total, about 300 people will be going.  And that's not all.  Just in case those 300 people want to call their friends and fam back home during the trip to make the even more jealous, she gave each audience member a Motorola Smart phone.  She also announced that she will be taping a show at the Sydney Opera House with Australia’s biggest fans.

Like, honestly, what do her planning meetings for each show look like?  Could you imagine what all the other options were?  Damn!

If you weren't fightin' and scrappin' for tix to one of her shows before during O's farewell season, now is the time to start....

CANDIDS: Chris Brown, Kanye, Halle & Nahla, & More Hit The Streets

Posted: 13 Sep 2010 10:01 AM PDT

Celebs spent the weekend all over the place from Fashion Week parties in NYC to VMA parties in L.A. to vacays overseas.  We've got pics of Chris Brown, Michael Jordan and his boo, Kanye, and others when you read on...

Breezy hit the streets of NY during the weekend Fashion Week festivities.

Kanye was on the fashion week scene right before jetting off to L.A. to perform at the VMAs.

Apparently this crowd mobbed him and he had to duck off into a bearby hotel.  Can you spot Yeezy?

Elsewhere in NYC this weekend, Carmelo Anthony kicked it with the ex boyfriend of his wife's BFF:

Reggie Bush and Carmelo hit the fashion week party scene.

Cutie Nahla was fast asleep in her stroller as her and mama Halle hit London.

And Michael Jordan and his girl Yvette were spotted living it up in Monaco:

Fun times.

SPOTTED: Noemie Lenoir Frolicks On The Beach In Miami

We spotted French model Noemie Lenoir frolicking on the beach in Miami with an unknown male companion. And she looks mighty happy. See the pics when you go inside...

<!--break-->

Nice to see Noemie Lenoir lookin happy.  She's come a long way since May when she attempted to commit suicide.  Earlier in the day, she was spotted walking around in a black top and matching jeans, holding on to a copy of the French magazine Psycologie.  So clearly she is working on it.
