| Lay Off Our Snooki Snickers! Judge Calls Her A "Lindsay Lohan Wannabe"! Posted: 08 Sep 2010 12:40 PM PDT We don't know who should be more insulted: Snooki for being compared to Lindsay Lohan or Lindsay Lohan for becoming the standard by which other celebs are judged by?! (We're going with Snooki!) This afternoon, The Jersey Shore star stood in front of Judge Damian Murray in Seaside Heights, NJ, who basically tore into her for being a wastey case last July. The judge wasted no time letting her know exactly what he thought of her drunken antics, calling her "rude and self-indulgent" and suggesting that she was trading her "dignity for a paycheck." He then laid in to her with the "Lindsay Lohan wannabe" comment, before finding her guilty of being criminally annoying. The charge could have landed her in the jail for the recommended 90 days just like LiLo, but unlike LiLo, the judge let Snooki slide with just 2 days community service and a $533 fine. $533, that's it? That's her bar bill at Karma! Girl got off pretty easy! When the judge was finished, Snooki addressed the court to apologize for her behavior and confessed that she was "very embarrassed" about what happened. Water under the bridge now, BB! But hopefully, you've learned something from this - you don't need to drink so much all the time! When Jersey Shore is over, then you might want to knock back a few bottles of Jack! What?! On an upcoming episode of The Middle, Patricia Heaton will share some screen time with her friend and frightfully funny fictional mother-in-law from Everybody Loves Raymond, Doris Roberts. Doris will guest star on the shows as one of the kid's teachers and let's just say, the ladies still don't see eye to eye, even on a different network! We're sure fans are excited to see them together again! But then again, does anyone actually watch The Middle? |

| MTV Bringing Back Live Daytime Programming Posted: 08 Sep 2010 12:10 PM PDT Since the cancelation of Total Request Live, MTV has had a giant hole in their daytime TV schedule - and now it's about to be filled! The network will air The Seven on weekdays from Time Square beginning September 27th. Within its half-hour format, viewers will get info on Hollywood news, music, sex, fashion and other related topics. MTV programming president Tony DiSanto said:
Host for the show are Kevin Manno, a DJ from Chicago who hosts a nightly show for top-rated station Q101, and Julie Alexandria, a pop culture and sports fan who hosts the East Coast-based cable show Mets Weekly. | Martha Stewart SUED By Vampire Vineyards Wine?! Posted: 08 Sep 2010 12:00 PM PDT The super elegant and not tacky at all wine company Vampire Vineyards has filed a lawsuit against Martha Stewart and her company, Omnimedia, because they claim that she has been behind a "malicious" smear campaign! The lawsuit claims that Martha - who makes Gallo wine - is jealous of her competitor's sales, and has created and sold knock-off bottles with Vampire Vineyard labels to "to disparage and tarnish [Vampire's] wine brands by portraying a mock label of Vampire Vineyards affixed to cheap, non-descript wine and spirits products." LOLs! Seriously?? We have a hard time believing that Martha Stewart would single out any other wine company - let alone one that is tacky enough to cash in on the vampire craze to move their product - and attempt to ruin their street cred! She's a scary bitch, but wouldn't she go after a label a little clASSier?! What do U think?? Is Martha misbehaving again?? [Image via WENN.] |

Ellen Degeneres joined stars Kristin Chenoweth and Sean Hayes for a surprise cameo in their show Promises, Promises! The bit, which involved Ellen appearing as a nurse in a sick-room, will air on Ellen's talk show when it starts up later this month! We can't wait to see how Cheno reacted to her pal just showing up! | Nanny Recounts Anna Nicole's Last Weeks. Terrible! Posted: 08 Sep 2010 11:30 AM PDT This is really sad and disturbing. Be forewarned. Quethlie Alexie, the former nanny of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Danielynn, has opened up about the circumstances of Anna Nicole's final weeks, and the details are upsetting, to say the least. Alexie testified against the three defendants accused of keeping Anna Nicole in a perpetually drugged state, including Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, and Smith's lawyer-boyfriend Howard K. Stern. In her statement, she spoke about how she would see Smith brought into a bathroom by Stern and Eroshevich, who'd leave bloody syringes and cotton balls in the bathroom as Smith stumbled out drunkenly. Awful! Here's what Stern would say to Smith before these bathroom visits, according to Alexie:

Alexie described Smith's state towards the end as weak, and that she would sleep all day. Alexie also spoke about how Smith suffered from bouts of diahrrea and vomiting, and that she was in a grief-stricken state over the death of her son, Daniel. So horrible! | The Hulk Hurt His Back Being A Pansy! Posted: 08 Sep 2010 11:20 AM PDT We can laugh about it since he seems to be on the mend…and because it is pretty damn funny! Big, macho pro-wrestler Hulk Hogan was admitted to the hospital over the Labor Day weekend after aggravating some of his old back injuries. We weren't sure what exactly he had done to hurt himself again, but according to the Hulk himself, it didn't take much. Hulk told sources that on the day before he was rushed to the hospital, he and his GF Jennifer were enjoying a stroll on the beach, watching the waves, listening to the birds and…picking up seashells! And there it is! Hulk explains that the constant bending finally threw his back out of whack and the next morning, he could "barely move." His doctors have told him they believe he has suffered a tear to one of his muscles, but they will know more when more tests are run. Poor guy! We hope he feels better soon! And when he does get released, we hope he will lay off the strenuous activity! [Image via WENN.] |
