T.I. is still feeling the backlash from his recent drug arrest. Find out which sponsor is considering dropping him from their ads, plus Lupe talks about his album delay, and T.O. and Ochocinco have a new show when you read on... <!--break--> More jail time isn't the only problem T.I. is facing after his arrest. AXE Body Spray is debating about releasing the rapper from an ad on their website. An AXE spokesperson said the company is "troubled by T.I.'s arrest" and they are "reviewing our promotional activities" with him. The rapper got the deal with AXE earlier this year because he promised he was working on being a more positive role model. T.I. is still featured on the company's website. Guess we won't be seeing him in any AXE commercials anytime soon.
It's been awhile since Lupe Fiasco released an album, and now the rapper says his anticipated Lasers album may never be released. Lupe and Atlantic Records are still at creative differences over the album. Lupe said,
The rapper continued saying,
I respect Lupe for sticking to his vision and not making an overly commercial album. Hopefully this can be resolved so both parties get what they want.
One TV show isn't enough for BFF's T.O. and Ochocinco. The Bengals receivers now have a weekly TV talk show called the "T.Ocho Show." The show debuted this past Tuesday on the Versus cable network as a part of the "Daily Line" which is a sports show. The "T.Ocho Show" will become its own half hour show starting October 12. The NFL stars will discuss their views on the NFL, Twitter, and highlights from their reality show. Oh joy... With all these TV shows and all other off the field activities, I hope T.O. and Ochocinco perform great on the field or there won't be anymore TV shows. These two have been all over the media this summer. Can't knock their hustle...  |

| Matt Barnes ARRESTED For Domestic Violence, Claims He's Innocent! Posted: 09 Sep 2010 05:06 AM PDT Well here's one way to kick off your brand new NBA contract with a new team. Laker Matt Barnes was ARRESTED in Cali last night! And it was all over a domestic violence situation. The deets when you read on... <!--break--> While cops aren't releasing the name of the female in the situation, we're guessing it's safe to say it was his ex-fiance (but still girlfriend and mother of his kids) "Basketball Wife" Gloria Govan. She was described as "a woman who lived with him and with whom he had a dating relationship." Matt was arrested in Sacramento, CA around 4:16PM yesterday after a domestic violence situation at his home went down. Cops arrived on the scene after an "incomplete 911 call" was placed. Both parties--Matt and the "mystery woman"--had visible injuries. Matt was charged with suspicion of domestic violence AND violent obstruction of the use of a telephone line. So basically homegirl was trying to call the cops and he yanked that ish (or her) away. Of course, Matt took to twitter and the News to claim his innocence after posting his $50,000 bond around 9:15pm last night: "I was the victim but still got arrested." The report also states that Barnes also texted May, "U know any domestic violence situation 9 outa 10 times the man gets arrested. That's the case here I was the victim but still got arrested. No matter what I say people are gonna think what they want..." Barnes also posted the following on his Twitter page, ""DON'T LET YOUR EARS WITNESS, WHAT YOUR EYES DIDN'T SEE!!!" This is a steamy breakfast oatmeal MESS.  |

Find out about Dennis' sexual antics and meet SNL's first black cast member since 2003 when you go inside... <!--break--> Partygoers at the Hotel Indigo got to listen to Dennis Rodman getting his freak on after he took six women up to his bedroom while wearing a cordless microphone. Promoters were astonished when they heard Rodman talking dirty over the music at their pool party in the early hours of Monday morning. Sources say Rodman had a lot to drink and had spent most of the night making shout-outs on the microphone. He later took six women to his hotel room and then...over the speakers, the room heard Rodman describing in full sexual detail what he wanted to do to the women. Promoters pulled the plug before it got any dirtier. In Rodman's defense, his agent, Darren Prince, said "He was unaware of the microphone being turned on . . . I do know he had a few drinks in him." I'm sure he didn't mean to do it. But what six women STILL want to sleep with Dennis Rodman?
Comedian Jay Pharoah, who has become an Youtube impersonation sensation, has been added as a new featured cast member to kick off the 36th season of "Saturday Night Live", which premieres on Sept. 25. Usher revealed his North American tour dates today for his "OMG Tour". He's kicking off his 25 date tour on November 10th in Seattle, hitting Vegas, LA, Chicago, Baltimore, NYC, DC, and other cities. And then he's wrapping things up on Dec. 18th in Hartford, CT.

<!--break--> Mike Tyson and his wife Lakiha Spicer are expecting a baby boy. The former boxer's third wife is five months pregnant. This is great news for the couple after Tyson's four year old daughter Exodus was killed in an accident about a year ago. Tyson has been married twice before to actress Robin Givens and Monica Turner. Ron Artest was pulled over in LA yesterday not for speeding or running a red light, but for driving something called an Eagle Roadster. The Lakers forward was cited because the registration on the 'car' had expired. The roadster wasn't even registered in Ron's name. Sources say Artest seemed pleasant throughout the ordeal and the cops were happy he was wearing a helmet. This is a lot calmer than most of Artest's shenanigans. Maybe he's growing up? And that car looks like a lot of fun. Would but great in a big open space while you are riding shotgun with your boo. I could see TI and Tiny in this. But I don't think I see cup holders for sizzurp so they'd pass on it.  |
