In Touch: Kat Von D’s ex-husband says Kat is a cheater & a user Posted: 08 Sep 2010 08:43 AM PDT Ever since Jesse James began hooking up with Kat Von D, we've had a constant stream of photos of Kat looking thrilled and JJ looking grumpy. CB and I have both analyzed this sh-t - CB takes a more "poor Sandra, she has to witness this mess" approach, while I was more "live and let live, and Kat is a f-cking famewhore who just won The Douche Lottery." Anyway, In Touch Weekly has an interview with Kat's ex-husband, a dude named Oliver Peck, and he has unkind things to say about his ex-wife. Part of me thinks, "Oh, of course he's bitching about his ex-wife - that's why they're divorced." The other part of me cosigns everything that he says: The ex-husband of Jesse James’ new girlfriend, Kat Von D, doesn’t have anything good to say about her. Oliver Peck, owner of Elm Street Tattoo in Dallas, tells In Touch exclusively, “Who knows if the relationship is just a publicity scam — she’ll do anything to stay in the limelight.” Oliver, who was married to Kat for two years, isn’t holding back his true feelings about her. “She’s done nothing but screw over every friend she’s had. She cheated on me, got messed up and left me,” he claims. And he doesn’t have too much hope for Kat’s new relationship with Jesse. “I don’t think anything with her will last,” Oliver tells In Touch. He doesn't really sound like he has a major axe to grind, it sounds like In Touch Weekly just found him and asked him a bunch of questions, and he bitched for a minute and it was out of system. He sounds over it - and if he's take on Kat is true, then… it's probably just what Jesse deserves. Chuckle.

Scratch that - all of the Brangelina Cheating stories are usually weird, but this one just seems especially phoned-in. First of all, Brad Pitt's alleged "cheating" is not detailed exhaustively by Star, and the tabloid doesn't even give a general idea as to when Brad actually f-cked this "Racine" character, who is described as "a young, sexy French model … who moonlights as a flight attendant for a private jet company that caters to A-listers, including Brad." I guess he boned her on a private jet? Racine claims that she's slept with "at least three men that Angelina has also shared a bed with" and that she (Racine) loves boning married or attached men. As Angelina Jolie travels the globe on her latest humanitarian mission, her relationship with Brad Pitt is experiencing turbulence. In the Sept. 20 issue of Star, on sale now, we detail how a young, sexy French model named Racine — who moonlights as a flight attendant for a private jet company that caters to A-listers, including Brad — claims that she bedded “Hollywood’s leading golden boy,” says a report. The woman — who claims she has slept with at least three men that Angelina has also shared a bed with — says that she likes to sleep with married or attached men because, “They get so excited when they cheat! The stewardesses come across like high-class hookers, and there are some crazy stories floating around. Something about Bill Clinton and some tech CEOs. And cocaine. And actual hookers. Jane Fonda on her figure: ‘I stay active, I have good genes & money - it helps’ Posted: 08 Sep 2010 08:10 AM PDT Jane Fonda, 72, is promoting her new workout DVD for older people and a new book she has coming out on aging. I love how honest she is about the fact that she’s had plastic surgery, which she’s admitted to before, and that it’s not easy for her to stay in shape. In a new interview with ET, she talks about how older people can become disassociated with their bodies if they’re not careful and how she has to pay attention and work hard to stay slim. “I’m careful about how I eat, I stay active, I walk a lot. I have good genes, and money… money helps.” She also talked about her hip and knee replacement and how she has to “take my body where it is” and not try to push herself past her limits. Jane Fonda has been open about her plastic surgery since she had her eyes, chin and neck done earlier this year and now she tells Entertainment Tonight more about the procedures. “I recently had plastic surgery,” she said. “It was a hard decision to make, and I decided if I’m going to do it, I’m going to tell the truth. I’m writing a book about aging, so I can’t write that book and not say I’ve had plastic surgery. And you know, I just decided it was for me — I don’t want to have bags under my eyes that make me look tired, and so forth and so on.” Fonda, 72, has struggled with bulimia and admits her workouts have been excessive but she is trying to find moderation in walking hills, lifting weights and swimming. “I have, in my life, been obsessive about exercise, about most everything,” she said. “But one of the good things that happens when you get older is everything comes into perspective. I don’t want to get hurt.” [From The Huffington Post] I really like Jane and how matter-of-fact and open she is about everything. She doesn’t have to own up to plastic surgery or to doing anything to maintain her figure at 72, but she’s admitting what it takes and that it’s easier because she’s loaded. I want to do leg lifts with her in her tricked out home gym. Then we can retire to her gorgeous living room, drink vodka martinis together and gossip. Hot Guy Wednesday: The GQ UK Men of the Year Awards (update: Clive Owen!) Posted: 08 Sep 2010 07:50 AM PDT I'm pretty sure I'm obligated to run photos of My Immortal Beloved Jon Hamm whenever a new crop comes up. Last night, he and his girlfriend Jennifer were in London for the GQ UK Men of the Year gala. The Hamm in a tuxedo is a lovely sight, on any day. But this day is special - because I've been looking through all of the photos of this gala, and My Hamm isn't even the only hot guy there. So we're going to have a special occasion today - A Hot Guy Wednesday, featuring the GQ Men of the Year. Sidenote about My Hamm: wasn't this Sunday's episode of Man Men one of the best ever? Everybody is talking about it, and I really, really hope this is the episode both Elizabeth Moss and Jon Hamm submit for awards - because I cried, they were so good. Anyhoodle, do you know who David Gandy is? He's a model. Beyond that, it's really not important. Look at how pretty he is! His eyes are the doorway to my vagina. Or something. Ed Westwick has been telling members of the press that he's single. This is my chance, ladies. Except that I don't really want to date him. I want to have dirty, furry sex with him and then pretend that I don't know him. Shayne Ward is British/Irish and he's very pretty… VERY pretty. Jason Statham in a suit = HOT. Sure, he's kind of Neanderthal. But I like that, as opposed to just a parade of pretty. Mark Ronson is Samantha Ronson's brother, and quite famous in his own right. He's a music producer who has worked with Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen, amongst others. I like him better with dark hair, but this isn't as bad as you would think: Nicolas Hoult is such a lovely young man. How knew that the kid from About a Boy would grow up to be such a striking young man? I think Dominic Cooper is a cheese ball cheater, but he's also a little pocket rocket who can wear the hell out of a suit. Sam Taylor-Wood and her young lover Aaron Johnson. I just saw Kick-Ass last week, and I was… impressed. Aaron Johnson is really sexy, and a really talented actor. And now I'm having naughty cougar thoughts about him too. And that's it. Halle Berry is totally hitting it with her Dark Tide costar Olivier Martinez. A few weeks ago, the tabloids were saying that Halle was/is "torn between two lovers" - Olivier and Gabriel Aubry. But now it's looking like Halle is just boning Olivier. People Magazine has a blurry, grainy photo of Halle kissing Olivier, and it looks hot as hell. There are just some people… when they couple up, I just have a thought of "Yeah, I would watch their sex tape." This is one of those times. The City of Lights has become the City of Love for Halle Berry. Berry, 44, has been spotted cozying up to her Dark Tide costar Olivier Martinez, 44, in his hometown of Paris. The two have been seen smooching and exploring the city, embracing a Hollywood-style romance straight out of a movie. “It was the classic ‘I’m going to kiss you here in a dark corner’ move,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE of Berry and Martinez’s romantic romp. “And she was waiting to be kissed.” The duo spent Sunday afternoon combing through the streets arm in arm, taking in a pit stop at the Paris flea market. “They had their arms around each other as they walked,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “They were both smiling and laughing Their body language was very flirtatious. I've been enjoying how many Tim Gunn stories there are lately, but it's only because he's promoting his new bitchy tell-all/style-guide/life-guide, Sluts Better Recognize Gunn's Golden Rules: Life's Little Lessons For Making It Work. It's out NOW. Go out and buy it. I am. Anyway, it seems that a large part of Tim's book and Tim's book tour is taking bitches down. One of these bitches is Vogue's Anna "Nuclear" Wintour. Those are on Radar Radar Online has photos of Kendra Wilkinson back when she was stripping and wanted to document how she looked before and after she splurged on some new boobs. The pertinent parts are blurred, but the photos are remarkable not because of her new rack but because of how trashy she looked. Her makeup and penciled-in eyebrows are awful and she’s obviously had a nose job since those photos were taken. I’m sure Kendra will complain that someone sold the pictures without her knowledge while she cashes the check and buys a new fall wardrobe. We can’t post the photos here, but you can see them all on Radar Online. Her face! The clown makeup is killing me. RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the first post-op photos of the reality star, showing off her brand new breasts to a willing photographer. The photos also reveal Kendra with a nose that looks very different from the way it appears now. According to a well-placed source, Kendra—who was working as a stripper in her hometown of San Diego—couldn't wait to show off her new breast implants. At the time, she was dating her long-time boyfriend Justin Frye, who also appears in Kendra's now infamous sex tape. She had these photos taken to document her transformation but didn't realize that they would also serve as the "before" shots for her nose! Angelina Jolie condemns the Florida preacher’s threat to burn a Qu’ran Posted: 08 Sep 2010 06:33 AM PDT Angelina Jolie is still in Pakistan, doing press on behalf of the UNHCR and meeting with refugees and Pakistani officials and NGOs. Today, Jolie did something she rarely does in her capacity as UNHCR goodwill ambassador - she gave a press conference on site, and she entered the hot-button political arena in a big way. According to mulitple news sources who covered Jolie's press conference, she outright condemned the Florida preacher's threat/promise to burn a Koran (Quran or Qu'ran) on the anniversary of September 11th. Pastor Terry Jones, of the Dove World Outreach Center, has become a national and international figure after making the threat to burn the Koran, earning condemnations from Pres. Obama, Secretary of State Clinton, General Petraeus and General Odierno, all of whom argue that the act could and will endanger the lives of soldiers and further alienate Muslims around the world. Angelina Jolie on Wednesday condemned a Florida church’s threat to burn copies of the Muslim holy book to mark the ninth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. The 35-year-old actress spoke out against the proposed burning during a trip to Pakistan to raise awareness about the floods that have devastated the largely Muslim country over the last six weeks. She visited in her capacity as a goodwill ambassador for the U.N.’s refugee agency. Jolie’s criticism echoed that of top U.S. officials, who have described the church’s plan as a disgraceful act and have even warned that it could endanger U.S. troops in Afghanistan and Americans worldwide. “I have hardly the words that somebody would do that to somebody’s religious book,” Jolie told reporters in Islamabad after visiting refugees camps in northwestern Pakistan — one of the areas of the country hit hardest by the floods. The Christian minister organizing the Quran burning, Pastor Terry Jones, has said he plans to go ahead in spite of concerns. He is part of the Dove World Outreach Center, a tiny, evangelical Christian church in Gainesville, Florida, with an anti-Islam philosophy. The issue has not gotten much attention in Pakistan, where officials and residents have been trying to cope with the devastation caused by floods that first hit the country at the end of July following extremely heavy monsoon rains. The floodwaters have killed more than 1,700 people and have affected over 18 million others. “I was shocked especially by how high the floodwaters went,” said Jolie, who wore a long dress and covered her hair with a black scarf in keeping with local Muslim custom. “In some of the people’s houses, it was nine feet (three meters) high.” U.N. officials have expressed hope that Jolie’s visit would help spark the fundraising campaign to help Pakistan, which has stalled in recent days. The U.N. issued an appeal for $460 million in emergency funds on Aug. 11, but only $294 million, or 64 percent, has been received so far even though it is one of the worst natural disasters in recent years. “There’s lots of speculation about why this one has not gotten the attention it deserves,” Jolie said. “Even all of the wonderful coverage … is not getting the response that usually it’s able to get.” [From NPR] That's interesting that Angelina came out against so strongly - usually, she moderates her comments on some of the more controversial subjects, and I've always suspected she was a lot more politically conservative than most people believe. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo want to get married & have Newlyweds 2.0 show Posted: 08 Sep 2010 06:16 AM PDT Back in June, the National Enquirer reported that Nick Lachey and his longterm girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo, were trying to land their own reality show. Supposedly producers were telling them “the project needed a hook” so Vanessa was actively trying to get pregnant in order to sell that plotline. Romantic, isn’t it? I was hoping this story wasn’t true, because I remember how Lachey cried to a reporter for Rolling Stone after his marriage with Jessica Simpson ended and explained that doing the reality show had negatively impacted their relationship. He didn’t blame the show for the disintegration of his marriage, but he did say a bunch of things about how it was a bad experience for them. He said “Jessica and I began playing these parts even when we were by ourselves. It became a really blurred line. There was a question about what truly was our reality. When you are on a reality show, your life ceases to be reality. It becomes TV.” Now OK! Magazine is reporting that Nick and Vanessa are planning on getting married and are pitching some kind of Newlyweds 2.0 show, except it somehow feature other newlyweds in order to take away the boredom factor. I wonder if anyone is even remotely interested. We haven’t heard much from these two lately. Nick Lachey and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo were recently spotted talking with NBC execs. An insider tells OK! “They are exploring an idea to get married and do a show about newlyweds. It would help Nick relaunch his career and Vanessa take her career to the next level.” The idea worked well in the past - Newlyweds, starring Nick and then-wife Jessica Simpson, was a ratings hit for MTV and the talk of the nation from 2003 to 2005. Reading Nick’s Rolling Stone interview over again, I’m struck by what an emotional committed guy he is. He really loved Jessica and he was heartbroken that they broke up. I watched that Newlyweds show a few times and I remember really liking him. He’s watchable, and people might be interested in seeing him again with his Vanessa. He’s only screwing over his relationship by trying to feature it on television, though. I would think he would have realized that after all he went through, but tough times must have convinced him otherwise. I’m glad these two are solid, though. They seem like they’re so in love. Elin Woods is “hiding a million secrets” say Tiger’s former mistresses Posted: 08 Sep 2010 05:57 AM PDT I think Life & Style's cover this week is totally a low blow. The basic gist is that L&S somehow (eye roll) got an interview with two of Tiger Woods' former mistresses, Jaimee Grubbs and Jamie Jungers. They somehow (eye roll) got Grubbs and Jungers to go the record about Elin Woods, who I'm thinking Grubbs and Jungers have never met, ever. Considering Elin got wide praise for her restrained and seemingly honest People Magazine interview, it just seems like people (mistresses) are just trying to take Elin down for no reason other than malice (and a payday). Elin Nordegren finally broke her silence about ex-husband Tiger Woods' infidelities in an interview last week but several of his former mistresses now tell Life & Style Elin was holding back—for a major payday. "Money can buy anything — including silence," former mistress Jaimee Grubbs tells Life & Style. "I'm sure Elin is hiding millions of secrets," Jamie Jungers – whom Tiger had an 18-month affair beginning in June 2005 – tells Life & Style exclusively. "She's not a stupid woman. I'd imagine she knew more about his indiscretions than she wanted to say. I wouldn't be surprised if Tiger forced Elin to do the interview in order to save his reputation — to make himself look better." With a settlement estimated at more than $100 million, Elin is still, in effect, under Tiger's heavy-handed control. "I don't believe Elin was blindsided," says Jamie. "Tiger was too open, or at least not cautious about hiding. Elin knew more than she wanted to say." [From Life & Style] Here's the thing - I don't really think Elin was as "blindsided" as she claims either. I don't think Elin really knew about the extent of Tiger's affairs, or with so many women, but when I read those exhaustive Vanity Fair pieces about Tiger's married life, I was struck by how little time he and Elin actually spent with each other during their marriage. Their marriage seemed very clinical to me, all business and photo ops and no passion or goodwill. Once again, I'm not saying that it's Elin's fault or that she had it coming or anything - I'm NOT. I'm just saying that there's more to Elin's story, but that I still have a lot of sympathy for her. And Tiger's former mistresses should shut the hell up. Cover courtesy of L&S.
