Chaz Bono CONFIRMED For Dancing With The Stars!

Ah-Mazing! He is going to KILL it!

We're delighted to report that it looks as though Chaz Bono will definitely be appearing on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars, and according to sources, he's signed his contract, and will be partnered with a female professional dancer!

As he should be!

Such an incredible achievement!

Hopefully by appearing on such a popular show, he can help ease some of the stigma that many still out there have about gender-reassignment!

Start shaking those hips, boy!

Brave! Taylor Fighting Through Her Own Grief To Take Care Of Daughter!

This is most definitely for the best. We can't even imagine the confusion and sadness this poor little girl must be feeling.

In light of her husband Russell's shocking suicide, Taylor Armstrong now has the sole responsibility of helping the couple's five year old daughter, Kennedy, come to terms with the loss of her father by reading her books geared toward children who have lost parents, and will also be putting her into counseling so she can better grasp, and ultimately accept what has happened.

A source explains:

"Kennedy is only five, she understands that Russell has died - however, she keeps asking for him. Taylor has made the decision that Kennedy should see a mental health professional to deal with the loss of her father. Taylor's sole focus right now is taking care of her daughter, and helping her through this very difficult time. Kennedy doesn't know Russell killed himself, Kennedy is just too young to process the idea of suicide. Kennedy will most likely begin therapy sessions in the next week or so. Right now, Taylor is just trying to return to a normal routine for Kennedy's sake."

We really have to commend her for laying low and making sure she's doing everything she can to help little Kennedy.

It can't be easy to cope with such a complicated loss, especially after all the reports coming out regarding their deteriorating marriage, so she should be very proud of herself for pushing through her own pain and grief to keep her daughter's well-being the focus!

Hopefully both of them will be able keep each other strong right now.

Just never stop letting Kennedy know how much her mom loves her, and that she's not ever going anywhere.

We believe in you guys. You'll get through this, and until you do, we'll be keeping you in our thoughts.

It's Been A Great Summer For The Movies!

Thanks to summer popcorn movies, the 2011 box office isn't dying anymore!

Though it was struggling immensely by the end of March, film like Pirates, Transformers, and Harry Potter saved the day by surpassing the $1b mark -- amazing!

This brings the total box office revenue WAY up, at only four percent behind last year's total.

Warner Bros. President Of Domestic Distribution, Dan Fellman, says:

We're on track to score the biggest summer of all time, and I think domestic revenue will reach $4.4 billion by the end of Labor Day. Good movies rise to the occasion.

Warner Bros. and Paramount lead the pack, with Paramount at a close win ($1.41b compared to WB's $1.3b).

But we can't forget about Universal! Bridesmaids helped out a lot too!

They're among Disney and Sony in the $900k circle.

Ahh, summer movies. Helping humans escape the routine of reality fifteen bucks a pop!

Brad Pitt Is A Real-Life Hero On The Set Of World War Z!

Aw, man!

He's already the seksiest man on the planet, as well as a talented actor and dedicated father - now he has to be an effing HERO, too?!

WTF?! Our heart can't take it! Ha!

During production of World War Z in Glasgow, Scotland Thursday, 700 extras were filming a choatic, zombie invasion scene when a woman slipped and fell beneath the trampling crowd - only to be rescued by none other than Brad Pitt!

A source reveals:

"I don't think she could believe it when Brad picked her up. He didn't have time to speak to her as it was mid-shoot. But she said afterwards how grateful she was, despite having a badly-grazed knee."

Oh for goodness sake!

AND he's so professional that he continued filming the sequence!

It would be inneresting to see if cameras caught the incident, and if it makes it into the final cut of the flick!

Unless of course, she was playing a zombie - then that wouldn't really make sense, now, would it?

Summer is almost over, which of course is a bummer in its own right, but with the fall comes its own wonder - the return of primetime TV! For those diehard Vampire Diaries fans out there, we've got a treat for you to whet your appetitie! (TAGLINE! WOO!)

On the morning of Elena's 18th birthday, Caroline is busy planning a party, but Elena is focused on searching for any clues that might help her discover where Stefan is. Damon is also searching for Stefan, while trying to protect Elena and keep her from doing anything that would draw Klaus' attention. Meanwhile, Klaus and Stefan are busy trailing a werewolf named Ray Sutton.

Now working at the Mystic Grill along with Matt , Jeremy is struggling to understand why he keeps seeing the ghosts of Vicki and Anna since he was brought back to life by Bonnie's magic. Meanwhile Alaric does his best to watch over Elena and Jeremy while dealing with his grief over Jenna's death. Finally, Caroline and Tyler face a new and unexpected challenge.

Okay, so Elena is sad, Damon is horny (yum!), Stefan is evil, Jeremy is crazy, Bonnie's the sh*z and Caroline & Tyler need someone to explain were-vamp sex to them.

FINALLY!

After a year of back and forth and days of negotiations at an El Lay courthouse, it appears that Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have settled their battle for custody of little Lucia!

Apparently, the enormous amount of money that Oksana wanted didn't happen, but the new agreement covers their daughter's custody, as well as support.

Phew! We were SO tired of hearing about this mess!

Here's hoping there are no more bumps in the road, and these two can just have as little contact with each other as possible!

It's Official! Jennifer Aniston And Her Boyfriend Have Moved In Together!

After conflicting reports and a variety of reports, it's official! Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have officially moved in together!

A source reveals:

"They decided to rent a house together while they keep searching for the perfect [one] to buy. Jen and Justin are very excited about living together in their new home."

Hey - let's take it one day at a time, you crazy kids!

We're thrilled you're happy, but we think renting for a while is definitely just a safer bet!

No Country For Old Men Lawsuit Heads to Trial

And its all Tommy Lee Jones' fault.

No, no. He deserve what was coming to him. Fair is fair.

Awhile back, Tommy Lee sued all the suits associated with the acclaimed film No Country for Old Men, including its studio, Paramount Pictures, claiming he was owed over $10 million for the movie. In the end, the studio coughed up $15 million, but now, an investor in the movie is suing the studio for the reason. They too feel like they were short-changed by Paramount. Difference is, Paramount is paying them off - they're taking them to trial!

Marathon Funding sued the studio last year over this matter and the dueling sides have been in litigation ever since. Marathon claims its arrangement with Paramount Vantage entitled it to 25% of "net distribution revenue" from movie and they sued after noticing an unusual $3.75 mil deduction in a profit statement, which ended up being a result of the $15 million payout to Tommy.

A judge ruled in favor of sending the matter to trial and the case should begin before the year is out.

Ricky Gervais' New Show Has TONS Of Guest Stars!

We LOVE how he always manages to get the best talent to come on these shows!

Check out the just-released promo for Ricky Gervais' new mockumentary, Life's Too Short, which starts little person Warwick Davis as a fictionalized version of himself attempting to reclaim his star power, and apparently will feature guest appearances from Johnny Depp, Steve Carell, Helena Bonham Carter, Cat Deeley, Sting, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and Liam Neeson, to name a few (above)!

AH-Mazing!

This looks absolutely HIGHlarious, and will certainly fill the void left behind when Extras ended!

It's Official! Mariah Is Coming To BOTH UK And US Versions Of X Factor!

What a great way to incorporate her into the franchise!

It appears that not only will Miz Mariah Carey be appearing on the US version of the X Factor, but she'll also have a significant role on the UK version, as well!

According to sources, she and Simon Cowell have been in discussions for the past eight weeks, and are planning to meet in Cannes this weekend to finalize a deal that will put the diva in the judges' house as a mentor during the US segment, and then as a one-time judge on the UK version!

A source explains:

"Simon has created a unique role just for Mariah after plans for her to be in the original US judging line-up fell through. Four months after having her babies, Mariah is ready to get back to business; she has lost so much weight for her small screen debut. The idea is for Mariah to assist Simon at the judges' houses stage of the US show, as well as helping the other judges. It has yet to be confirmed, but the other plan is for her to be given a special, one-off fifth judge role on the British show."

Sounds like we're going to be getting quite a bit of Mimi on both series!

Here's hoping it goes over well - we'd love to see her return as judge in the second season! She'd be AH-mazing!
