It was a celeb-filled night for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. The two left a friend's house in Brentwood after having dinner with several other celebupals such as John Travolta and Kelly Preston. The couple left with Barbra Streisand, who climbed in the backseat of their car! LOLs! Other stars in attendance were Adrien Brody, James Van Der Beek and his wife Kimberly Brook, and Random mix of people, but looks like fun! [Image via GSI Media.] |
| Chris Brown Wants Restraining Order Lifted In Time For Grammys Posted: 30 Jan 2011 12:40 PM PST
Oh, how convenient. On Friday, Chris Brown asked a judge to get the restraining order against him lifted. Brown wants the order to change from "stay away" to "do not annoy." This would remove the part of the restraining order that requires him to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna. Conveniently, Brown is asking for the order to be lifted just in time for the Grammys. However, his rep, Tammy Brook, denies this, saying:
Suuuuuure. The judge praised Brown on his progress, but a decision was not made as a legal representative for RiRi could not be reached. Oh well. Maybe next year. [Image via WENN.] |

This is tough. The house that both Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack died in has gone into foreclosure and will be auctioned off on Monday morning. The 8,000 square foot home is settled on 1.29 acres in the Hollywood Hills. A little over $4 million is still owed on the home. It's a bit eerie to buy a house that two people tragically died in, however with its history, we're sure the house will sell at the auction. As for Brittany's mom, Sharon, it must be difficult to lose her home, but it's probably for the best considering the horrible memories that are attached to that house. Very sad. [Image via WENN.] |
| The Closer's Final Season Gets Extended To Prepare For Spin-Off Posted: 30 Jan 2011 11:40 AM PST
This will make The Closer fans happy. TNT has extended the show's final season to six additional episodes to prepare for a possible spin-off. The previously announced 10 episode will air in summer and then, to make fans wait, 5 more will air in the winter and the final six in the summer of 2012. Way to stretch a season! The final season will introduce a new central character, which will be the focus of the show's spin-off, titled Major Crimes. So far, sources say that the final season will evolve into a gritty drama that focuses on what happens when criminals aren't sent to Death Row, which will ultimately pave the way for Kyra Sedgwick's Brenda to leave the show. What do U think, Closer fans? Excited for a spin-off? Or the show just have its final swan song? |

What a class act. The people who represent Charlie Sheen's uncle, Joe Estevez, sent PerezHilton.com a letter that was also given to Two and a Half Men producer, Chuck Lorre. In the letter, Estevez's manager Ed Meyer, writes that Joe is "by far the funniest of the Sheen & Estevez clan" and pitches the idea that he go on Two and a Half Men and take over while Charlie is on "Vacation."
