First Look: Britney Spears Tweets A Photo From Her New Music Video

Woooooot!!! Britney Spears *just* posted the FIRST PHOTO from the set of her new music video for her hot new single Hold It Against Me. As you should be well aware by now, Britney spent this weekend filming her music video and *just now* decided to share a little teaser photo from the shoot.

Paris Hilton Spotted Inside A Police Car

Yes, Paris Hilton was snapped inside a police car this week but no, the trouble-prone socialite was not getting busted for another crime. Paris was filming a public service announcement for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department as part of the terms of her punishment for her cocaine possession conviction last Fall.


You may recall that back in November we saw photos of Paris doing a bit of community service clean-up as part of her punishment so this PSA thing is just the latest requirement of her sentence. BUT, while Paris is paying back her debt to society with community service and PSA film-making, her boyfriend Cy Waits (who was also busted on drug possession charges) will be going to court this week to answer for his crimes. He faces actual jailtime so, yeah, he’s pretty bummin’. It remains to be seen if Cy will be sent to jail as punishment or if he’ll get off with community service as well. Mebbe Paris can put in a good word for the guy with his judge?

The Sad Goodbye

Late yesterday afternoon, Darion and I made our way to Palihouse in West Hollywood, CA for a little going away party for our dear friend Jordan. JoJo is moving to Mimi for 3 months to start up a new charitable organization so last night was our last chance to hang out with him before he flies off to Florida.


Jordan’s mom came down for the little soiree so I got to spend some time with her. I hadn’t seen her in far too long so it was great getting to catch up with her. I’m gonna miss Jordan a LOT but he does spend a lot of time traveling so I’m just gonna pretend he’s on an extended trip … until he returns to LA for the Summer ;D

After saying goodbye to Jordan, I met up with Josh and his BFF Essly for dinner at Real Food Daily. Altho I’m not vegan or even remotely vegetarian, I do enjoy the food from time to time and last night was no exception. The food was delish but the company was even better. We had a great time just talking the night away.

Unfortch, I woke up today with a crappy sore throat so I think I’m gonna just lie low today and recuperate. The weather is far too nice to be sick so I’m gonna try and fend off this scratchy throat. I hope your Sunday is going well … I understand there are some football games going on today? Yeah, I’m so not interested … I think I’ll just spin some vinyl and relax ;D

Kelsey Grammer & Kayte Walsh Promise A Wedding Announcement Is Just Weeks Away

A couple of weeks ago, Camille Grammer dished on what it was like for her to meet soon-to-be ex-husband Kelsey Grammer‘s new fiancee Kayte Walsh (as she handed over her children to them) and today we get to hear from Kayte about the meeting. Additionally, Kelsey chimes in to reveal the he and Kayte plan to make a wedding announcement in just a few weeks. These two really, really want to be married … like, yesterday.

“She was very pleasant,” Walsh, 29, told PEOPLE following a Cinema Society screening of No Strings Attached. “It was all very pleasant … Everything is good.” At the DKNY Jeans-sponsored bash at New York’s Soho Grand with his fiancée, Kelsey Grammer played coy about their upcoming nuptials, but did tell PEOPLE, “Whatever plans are being made are being made quietly.” But the cat will be out of the bag soon, he said. “People will know in time,” Grammer, 55, said. “We’ll make a little announcement in a few weeks.” How is Grammer feeling these days? “I’ve never been happier in my life,” he says. Added Walsh: “[I'm] extremely happy.”

LOL! These two make me laugh. It really seems like Kelsey is going thru some crazy mid-life crisis considering how desperate he is to be married to this 29 year old. Kayte, for her part, is prolly just really excited to be marrying … so well. Lord. TMZ updates further by reporting that if the ruling judge overseeing Kelsey and Camille‘s divorce sides with him, then the wedding will take place at the end of February:

Kelsey Grammer will marry his fiancée sometime during the last two weeks in February … if the judge in his divorce case ends his marriage to Camille Grammer on Wednesday … TMZ has learned. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Kelsey will not tie the knot before Valentine’s Day, because he’s doing his play, “La Cage Aux Folles,” until February 13. We’re told Kelsey wants a few days to chill after his play ends, but he will marry Kayte Walsh before the end of February. Of course, Kelsey’s plan is predicated on the judge in his divorce case granting the decree next Wednesday. As TMZ first reported, Kelsey wants the divorce now, leaving property settlement issues for a later date. Camille is objecting to giving Kelsey a divorce before the assets are divided.

Camille still ain’t on board with this quickie divorce because she wants to make sure that he is WELL compensated in the divorce settlement. Clearly, Kelsey wants to be married as quickly as possible … which will **surely** make for a long and lasting marriage, don’t you think?

Rachel Zoe Goes Baby Crib Shopping

When last we saw celebrity stylist/reality TV star Rachel Zoe out and about in public, she was doing a bit of Xmas shopping with her burgeoning baby bump here in SoCal. Today we get to see new photos of Rachel doing a different sort of shopping with her husband Rodger Berman. The couple spent part of their afternoon yesterday shopping around for a baby crib in West Hollywood, CA.


Ugh … I am SO not a fan of this kind of baby crib. Even tho it’s a white crib, I can’t help but be reminded of the terrifying black baby crib that looks just like this from the film Rosemary’s Baby. I really hope Rachel and Rodger decided against this creepy-looking thing, blah!

In case you were wondering, Rachel‘s teeny weeny bump continues to grow … it’s actually visible in this photo:


She’s coming along nicely, don’t you think? I mean, the woman is still really skinny but at least she’s putting on some weight so … that’s good, right?

First Listen: The ‘Glee’ Version Of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’, Destiny’s Child’s ‘Bills, Bills, Bills’

A couple of weeks ago we got our first look at the cast of Glee filming scenes for their upcoming Superbowl episode and today we get our first listen of the Glee version of Thriller. The track will be mashed up with Heads Will Roll by Yeah Yeah Yeahs, so it’s not a Thriller cover exactly. The full song has yet to leak its way to the Internets but today we do get to hear a 1 minute preview medley of some of the songs featured in the Superbowl ep … including this Thriller mash up and Bills, Bills, Bills by Destiny’s Child.


LOVE IT! This ep is going to be fun, I just know it. I can’t wait to see the Thriller dance sequence … and to hear the full version of Bills, Bills, Bills.

Additionally, earlier this week we got our first look at Glee stars Chris Colfer and Darren Criss on the cover of the new issue of Entertainment Weekly and right now we get to check out a fun behind-the-scenes video from their EW photoshoot:


Lord, these two are so cute together. I can’t wait to see these two FINALLY get down to biz on the show. I guess Kurt and Blaine are finally going to share their first kiss together on the Valentine’s Day episode of Glee? How adorable is that going to be?

Reese Witherspoon Does A Bit Of Shopping In Paris, France

Earlier this month we saw photos of Reese Witherspoon showing off her fat engagement ring rock at an LA Lakers basketball game but it would appear that the time has come for her to focus on shopping for other wedding items. Reese is in Paris, France this weekend and it is being reported that she is lookin’ for a wedding dress. Might we be hearing wedding bells sometime this year?

Whether her wedding dress will be classical or avant-garde, Reese Witherspoon got down to some serious trousseau shopping in Paris. After saying 'au revoir' to her co-star Paul Rudd at a private dinner Thursday night at restaurant Cherche Midi, the How Do You Know star and a small group of friends hit a number of celebrated shops, visiting at least four famous fashion design houses on Friday, fueling speculation that the gown for her upcoming wedding to Jim Toth will bear a Parisian label. Dressed in a black coat, Reese stepped out smartly in the cold in Louboutin heels, on her way to her 11 a.m. appointment at Louis Vuitton's corporate offices along the Seine. The well-known luxury conglomerate controls a dozen designer labels including Givenchy and Marc Jacobs — but Reese, who came out after an hour carrying a large brown Louis Vuitton shopping bag was giving no secrets away as she moved her bridal express across Paris. She arrived promptly for a 1 pm appointment at the classic house of Lanvin on the Faubourg du St. Honoré. Could Lanvin's designer Alber Elbaz be her choice? Or perhaps, her 3:30 pm appointment at Chanel's flagship Rue Cambon boutique — and the shopping bags that came out with her — suggests she's leaning towards a creation from the legendary Karl Lagerfeld? Possibly, but then again Reese and her crew had to cross the St. Honoré at least once more, a source tells PEOPLE. And at 5:30 pm, they arrived at the brand new month-old boutique of designer Giambattista Valli. All that's certain is that Reese will make a très belle bride, whomever she choose for her dress!

If Reese is already seriously looking for wedding dresses, then she is very likely planning to be married very soon. While I doubt that she and fiancée will say their I Dos this Spring, it’s quite possible that they may get married as early as Summer … but, then again, a nice Fall wedding would be nice, too. I, personally, am a fan of long engagements … but I suppose the reason people get engaged to be married is because they really want to get married so … yeah. I suspect it won’t be long before we’re hearing that Reese and Jim tied the knot.

Britney Spears Tweets From The Set Of Her New Music Video

Yesterday we learned that Britney Spears started filming the music video for her new single Hold It Against Me and we were tricked by a fake photo from the set but today we get to hear from Britney herself on the set of her new video. Britney posted a message on her official Twitter profile giving us a a music video update directly from her. According to our dear Britney, Hold It Against Me may be her “best video” yet.


It’s very easy for someone to get all excited about their newest project but I am hoping that Britney is right about this video being her best. It’s been a long time since we’ve been wowed by a hot, hot music video so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Hold It Against Me will be phenomenal! I suspect we’ll continue to get text updates from the music video set … but a photo would be nice … I hate f*ckin’ waiting ;)

‘Boys For Pele’ By Tori Amos Is 15 Years Old Today

Today is the 15th anniversary of the release of Tori Amos‘s masterpiece third album Boys For Pele. For you Tori Amos fans — excuse me Ears With Feet — out there, you know know what an important and seminal album Boys For Pele is … so I think it’s worth taking a few minutes today to celebrate the 15th year of the album’s release.


I got into Tori Amos when she released her second album Under The Pink primarily because I heard that Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails sang back-up on one of the songs on the album (Past The Mission). But, it wasn’t until the release of Boys for Pele two years later that I truly became a fan (Tori‘s Dew Drop Inn Tour, in support of Boys For Pele was the first tour of hers that I saw live and that was when I truly fell in LOVE). For most Tori fans, Boys For Pele is their favorite album … for many, it is the first album of Tori‘s that they got into and the first album is usually a fan’s fave (for me, Under The Pink will always be my fave) but for a great many others, Boys For Pele is their fave because the album is complex masterpiece of musical magic. Tori was expressing the fire within herself with this album and used the inspiration from gospel music to channel that fire into this collection of songs. No one can explain the way Boys For Pele was created better than Tori Amos herself. I’m gonna try and listen to Boys For Pele 15 times today in celebration of the album’s 15th anniversary but I think it would be awesome if all y’all just gave it at least one listen thru today.
