| MOMMY & ME: LaLa Takes Kiyan For A NYC Cupcake! Posted: 01 Aug 2011 09:08 AM PDT Little Kiyan Anthony had a lip-lickin' good time while out and about in NYC over the weekend. He hit the shopping streets of Soho with his mom LaLa and friends and grabbed a cupcake along the way.
Pics of the cutie patootie inside.... The little basketball fan (what do we expect from Carmelo Anthony's son) rocked his Jordan gear while stopping for a snack from a cupcake truck in New York: Yum! Kiyan got a mouth wipe from mm and carried on about his day... Cute yellow Balenciaga bag for La. Too cute! Kiyan's mom LaLa, who switched up from heels to easy flats during the outing, is set to star in the upcoming film Think Like A Man. The 2nd Annual OVO Festival was held at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto last night featuring superstar native Drake and his famous friends. We told you earlier about Drake's upcoming album Take Care, and his first single "Headlines." Drake didn't hold the fest down alone.... His homie Lil' Wayne also rocked the crowd.
Maybach Music Group head honcho Rick Ross also performed for the crowd..... Looks like he kept his shirt on for a change..Hallelujer...but he still had to flash the audience.
But to prove how highly regarded Drake is in the industry, look who dropped in to perform with him.... The legend himself....Stevie Wonder, who is also expected to appear on the Take Care album. Nas and J.Cole also appeared at the Fest. Watch Drake's special performance with Stevie Wonder here:

Swizz Beatz has released a new video and it features his wife Alicia Keys. See the video inside and find out the behind-the-scenes drama that has allegedly put some distance between Kanye and Jay-Z.
Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys has released a video for "International Party" from the Reethym Of Life campaign that was recently featured in a Reebok ad. The video was directed by Chris Robinson and is a high energy dance clip. Watch Swizz and his wifey in "International Party" here:
In other music news....
Things aren't going so well between the camps of Kanye West and Jay-Z as they prepare for their Watch The Throne tour. A source told the NY Post that the pair, who are calling themselves, The Throne, can't agree on production costs. While Kanye wants "next-level production," that would cost more than $400,000 per show, Jay-Z wants to spend a lot less as he has a larger, long-term advance from Live Nation that he has to pay back. The source continued,
Another source added that signs there are chips in their friendship was their failure to appear on stage together during Young Jeezy's NYC concert last week.
In other Kanye news.... The rapper recently put on a "next level production" at the Splendour in the Grass music festival on Friday in Woodford, Australia. He performed a medley including “Flashing Lights,” “Good Life,” “Jesus Walks,” and “Runaway.” Watch The Throne drops on iTunes on August 8, and in stores four days later.

| Rihanna Rolls Into Barbados For Hometown Concert, Readies "Coming Home" Documentary Posted: 01 Aug 2011 06:24 AM PDT Everybody loves a documentary these days. Rihanna hit her hometown of Barbados yesterday for an upcoming performance and was spotted shopping around with friends and family. And we'll be seeing all her behind the scenes fun that leads up to her concert as she's also readying a documentary about it.
Pics and deets inside... After being named the official ambassador of tourism to her home island of Barbados, Rihanna announced she would wrap up her LOUD tour in her hometown of Bridgetown in the country. So she rolled in to Barbados yesterday ahead of her August 5th performance. She tweeted hr fans that she missed them saying, "My home, my country, my people....BARBADOS!!! #1LOVE#SWEETfahDAYS NOTHIN' BETTER! #RihannaNavy Miss u guys tho." And shopped it up for jewelry in a cute maxi dress with her little bros Rajad (spotted below) and Rory, and her girl Jennifer:
By the way, Rih's also shooting a dicumentary this week that wil be released soon called "Coming Home." And according to reports, it entails "aspects of the concert included in a video documentary which forms part of the $4 million deal reached between the BTA and Rihanna’s production company, RocNation, which is producing the concert. Fanny performed a charity concert today for the opening of Riverview Apartments in Jacksonville, FL. And she made a BIG announcement during it. One of our readers in attendance copped the video. Fantasia told the crowd: For a while I walked around figuring out what will they say and what will they think about me. But now I tell you I don't live my life for folk. THIS CHILD THAT I AM CARRYING...God has given me this child. And I don't have to hide it from NONE of y'all. This makes baby #2 for Fantasia, and her daughter Zion is now 9-years-old. Well there you have it. Fanny's pregnant. And we're pretty sure this is Antwaun's baby. Unless there's a Lauryn Hill/Rohan Marley situation poppin' off.... And all I can say is...DO YOU BOO....

Soulja Boy celebrated turning 21 over the weekend at Miami's Clup Play. He arrived to the party with Sean Kingston. Notice that they arrived by car...not G5. Soulja is now denying that he ever purchased a private plane.
Trina also came out to celebrate with the rapper. Maybe Club Play has relaxed laws when it comes to smoking funny cigarettes in the club. After the party, the rapper shared “I feel so good. This is the best day of my life. I want to thank God for letting me be alive right now.”

Drake has dropped the first official single off his Take Care album which hits stores on his birthday, October 24. The track was produced by longtime Drake producers and collaborators Matthew "Boi-1da" Samuels and Noah "40" Shebib. What do you think?
