We showed you the UK edition of Marie Claire where Rihanna is still LAMENTING her old relationship with Chris Brown and their domestic abuse fallout, and it appears that while RihRih is still milking maximum sympathy from the situation, nearly two years in the past — Breezy trying his best to move the f*ck on!

Chrissy poo has been on the Manhattan party scene all week, celebrating Ciara’s birthday and attending the GQ’s Gentlemen’s Ball, in other words, trying to get back to his normal life. And while his ex is still blabbing her sob stories in the press Breezy is taking the approach of “Looking At The Man In The Mirror”….

"Everything [is] good, I'm definitely — me personally and mentally — I'm a great guy now," the singer told Access Hollywood on Wednesday night at GQ's The Gentlemen's Ball in New York City. "Definitely just a person who's promoting positivity all the time, so that's just me," the 21-year-old said.

"New music coming real soon, I'm in the studio, back and fourth, continuously, just having fun," he explained.

The new music Chris is referring to is his upcoming new album.

"The new album is called 'F.A.M.E.': Forgiving All My Enemies. Basically, just being able to witness my success, failure and success again," he told Access. "Being able to see me going from my best times to my worst times and being able to over come it and growing [in]to a man, as I was doing it."

That’s actually a pretty dope title considering the circumstances.

After watching Chris make some EPIC FAILS in past interviews, it’s good to see that he has got it together.

Fresh home from jail, Jose Mendez, 40, couldn’t deal with the idea that a 17-year-old girl had possibly been holding down his spot and keeping his 25-year-old girlfriend warm at night. So he eliminated the competition.

And he claims his girlfriend helped him.

Jose Mendez, 40, told cops that Rosanna Castro grabbed 17-year-old Luzbenet Ramirez as he held her by the neck and stabbed the teen 30 times in a jealous rage.

Mendez, who suspected Castro and Ramirez of sleeping together, thought killing the teen “would solve their relationship issues,” a source said.

“She told me to get two garbage bags and we could put her on the roof and no one would find her,” Mendez said, according to prosecutors. “She said she wanted to start again working on our relationship.”

Instead, Mendez wrapped Ramirez’s body in plastic and stowed it in the closet of Castro’s Southern Blvd. home in the Woodstock section, sources said.

Castro has not been charged with any crime. Mendez had just got out of jail a day before the killing after doing 35 days for assaulting.

Police allege that Mendez stabbed the teenager inside his girlfriend's apartment then wrapped her body in plastic before stuffing her body into the cupboard.

Neighbors said Ramirez’s met Mendez’s girlfriend on the street shortly after Ramierez’s father died from a sudden diabetes-related illness in May.

It transpired that Ramirez, who went missing early this week, was staying at the apartment when Mendez – who has children with his girlfriend – got into a fight about a possible tryst between the two women, the newspaper reported.

Ramirez’s 14-year-old brother Benny said the loss was a bitter blow to the family.

‘My dad just died five months ago and now it’s just me and my mom,” he said.

Wow… Managers at fatty fast food restaurants everywhere please take notice! A former Mickey D’s franchise manager in Brazil just won a lot of fu*king money in a lawsuit claiming the restaurant is to blame for him becoming a fat a*s.

A Brazilian court ruled this week that McDonald’s must pay a former franchise manager $17,500 because he gained 65 pounds (30 kilograms) while working there for a dozen years.

The 32-year-old man said he felt forced to sample the food each day to ensure quality standards remained high, because McDonald’s hired “mystery clients” to randomly visit restaurants and report on the food, service and cleanliness.

The man also said the company offered free lunches to employees, adding to his caloric intake while on the job. His identity was not released.

The ruling was signed Tuesday by Judge Joao Ghisleni Filho in Porto Alegre.

Ghisleni said McDonald’s could appeal the case, and the Brazilian headquarters of the chain said in an e-mailed statement Thursday it was weighing its legal options.

McDonald’s also noted that it offers healthier food choices.

“The chain offers a large variety of options and balanced menus to cater (to) the daily dietary needs of its employees,” the company said in the statement.

Now that’s what we call a Happy Meal!

So this broad, who is not a prostitute or call girl, but an escort – because there really is a difference – was so scared of Charlie Sheen during his little coked-out relapse the other night, that she locked herself in his bathroom.

And now she wants him to pay for the fact that she didn’t just leave, TMZ Reports.

Capri Anderson, the woman who ended up locking herself in Charlie Sheen’s hotel bathroom, will ask Colorado prosecutors to violate Charlie’s probation … on ground he allegedly held her against her will.

We’ve also learned Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, has already lawyered up, hiring a high-profile Beverly Hills attorney — not Gloria Allred.

Our sources say Anderson claims after she locked herself in the bathroom, Charlie tried getting in and began repeatedly punching the door. She alleges she feared for her life.

We’re told Anderson wants the Pitkin County D.A. to attempt to violate Charlie’s probation in the domestic violence case and she plans to fly to Apsen in the next few days to make her case.

Sources in Pitkin County tell us as far as the D.A. is concerned, any complaint that criminal activity occurred in New York must be filed in New York, not Pitkin County. We’re told, however, that if Anderson flies to Aspen, the D.A. has “an open-door policy” and would see her.

As one person on her team told TMZ, beyond the Pitkin case, “We’re weighing our legal options.”

Law enforcement sources in NYC tell TMZ … when cops interviewed Anderson at the hotel, she did not say she felt Charlie was holding her against her will.

New Music: Snoop Dogg – New Year’s Eve

Snoop Dogg is getting ready to release his eleventh studio album in March. And while the label hasn’t confirmed the name yet, Snoop himself has said it will be a sequel to his classic debut “Doggystyle.” ‘Cause that’s the thing to do now.

So far, the only confirmed feature or producer on the album is Swizz Beatz, who we hope will only be producing. Check out the first leak from the album, featuring singer Marty James from the San Fran based “alternative Hip-Hop group” One Block Radius.
