PREMIERE: Kanye West's Full "Runaway" Short Film

Posted: 23 Oct 2010 06:35 PM PDT

After all the hype and premieres and parading around model "muses", Kanye West's artsy debut short film "Runaway" is here. Check it out in full after the jump....

With appearances by his celeb friends like Selita Ebanks and Nicki Minaj's voice alter egos, it's interesting to say the least.  We're not going to try to sum it up in a few words, or label it.  Just watch.

NAKED BALLER RUN IT: Ocho Cinco VS. Amar'e Stoudamire

Posted: 23 Oct 2010 03:46 PM PDT

Well this is a WHO RAN IT?! for the books.  Cincinatti Bengal Chad "Ocho Cinco" Johnson just graced Twitter with a photo of his naked presence.  But does it compare to NY Knick Amar'e Stoudamire's nude photo gifts in the recent ESPN magazine.

Decide when you read on...

Chad put his football player muscular naked bod on full display for the Twitter world to see today.  But he covered up the jewels with a ball of another kind.

But a few weeks ago, Amar'e Stoudamire showed off his toned and naked basketball player bod on the cover of ESPN Magazine's Body Issue.  And he covered up his jewels with his fingers.

So, as for the naked baller body photos...

WHO RAN IT?!

EVENT FAB: Chris Brown At The Kennedy Shriver Challenge In Washington, DC

Posted: 23 Oct 2010 12:00 PM PDT

R&B singer Chris Brown participated in the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Challenge today at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.  And we have pics from this morning inside...

The Eunice Kennedy Shriver Challenge is a private fundraiser for people in the world with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Everyone pays $1,000 to participate.

Chris kicked off the event singing the national anthem on the National Mall.

Then he took it to the "court" to show the fans his game.

Now that he may be back in the public's good graces, I wonder if AUDI is paying him to wear this jumpsuit.

As Breezy left, he said goodbye to all his fans......big and small.  Cute pic.

Missy Elliot Talks 'Just Writing And Producing' + Will.i.am Claps Back At Hip-Hop Critics

Posted: 23 Oct 2010 10:51 AM PDT

For those who have wondered 'where is Missy Elliot', she has come from behind the scenes to let the world know what she is up to. Missy talks producing and her new track, Blow Your Whistle and Will.I.Am gives hip-hop critics a piece of his mind when you read on...

We’ve all wondered where Missy has been on the music scene. Well, she recently sat down with MTV News to let everyone know music is still in her blood.

Missy let it be known that she is not gone from the music scene, but just working ‘behind the scenes’ producing and writing tracks for her protege` Jasmine Sullivan, long-time collab partner Monica, and other artists:

"...I'm just behind the scenes right now. I did the artist thing, now I'm just writing and producing."

Peeps can expect a new club track from Missy called "Blow Your Whistle":

"I gotta figure out this video thing and then we gon' drop it. It's gotta be a whole thing, it's a puzzle for me. It's not just the record, it's about the video too," Elliott said.

Glad the chick is staying busy. Maybe we'll get another Missy and Timbaland collab in the future.

Anyways, Missy confirms she has been behind the scene making music lately, but she denies he rumors of an engagement/relationship with anyone.

In other producer news...

So you all remember when peeps were popping off about Will.i.am rocking black make-up at the VMA’s and making claims that his music was not a reflection of today's hip- hop?

Well, now Will.i.am claps back at all the critics in the November issue of The Source magazine:

"I'm like, 'Cool. It's not crowded. Y'all n***s stay over there. "F*** a quotable. I ain't trying to make other rappers be like, 'Yo, that n****'s nice.' I don't give a f***. I did that when I was 19, 20, 21. I don't wanna do that no more."

Oh, wait, there's more...

"We take no ownership and Hip-Hop demonstrates that. We came from dance, disco and electro, but in 2010, if a Black man does dance, disco and electro we say, 'That's not Hip-Hop.' As a Black man in America, why should I limit my creative to stereotypes that not only white America sees in us, but now our own culture. So, please, tell me what Hip-Hop is 'cause if that's your definition, I don't wanna be that. I'll be the definition of the Hip-Hop I fell in love with."

Will.i.am is not holding his tongue this time around.

Do I smell a "Hip-Hop In America" discussion? Will.i.am will definitely be at this roundtable discussion.

Tell em' why you mad Will.

CONCERT FAB: Nicki Minaj, Drake, And Others Power It Up In Philly

Posted: 23 Oct 2010 09:47 AM PDT

Last night, Hip Hop's barbie Nicki Minaj  ripped the stage and had the building jumping at Power99’s Powerhouse 2010 concert at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Drake, Ne-Yo, Rick Ross, Lloyd, Bobby V, and Cali Swag District also performed. We have the pics from the concert when you read on ...

Miami's Teflon Don Ricky Rozay performed.

I see he decided to do us a favor and  keep his shirt on this time around.

Nicki Minaj donned her fave pink wig, a black bold shouldered quilted jacket and high-waisted pants  (that surprisingly were NOT spandex).

And of course she graced her fans with those crazy faces. LOL.

Father-to-be Ne-Yo hit the stage and perfomed some of his newest singles.

Ne-Yo and those lips.

He heated up the arena when he brought out his back up dancers. Okay Ne-yo.

Birthday boy Drake, who turns 24 tomorrow, tore up the stage.

Lloyd and his fresh haircut hit the stage. Must have performed some of his older hits.

Bobby V also performed.

Cali Swag performed their hit "Teach Me How To Dougie."

Fun times for the kiddies and all the lil barbies in the building I'm sure.
