Earlier this month we got our first look at Daniel Radcliffe in animated form on The Simpsons and today we get to see some fun preview video of his appearance on the show. As you may know, The Simpsons air a Hallowe’en special yearly titled Treehouse of Horror and this year they are up to their 21st episode:

The Simpsons Hallowe’en specials are THE BEST. I love that Daniel Radcliffe will be featured this year ;) Unfortch, as is usually the case, we’re gonna hafta wait until after Hallowe’en to see this ep. Treehouse of Horror XXI won’t air until Sunday November 7 … but, it looks like it’ll be worth the wait.

Is ‘Real Housewives’ Star Kim Zolciak Pregnant?

Star magazine is reporting that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Tardy for the Party singer Kim Zolciak is pregnant with another child by her new beau Kroy Biermann. According to the magazine, news of this pregnancy comes form Kim‘s ex-lesiban lover and DJ Tracy Young … which, in the reality TV world of celebrity, is only natural. Read on for the deets of Kim‘s supposed pregnancy:

Star can exclusively reveal that The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak is expecting a baby with her beau, Atlanta Falcons pro footballer Kroy Biermann! But in a shocking twist, Kim’s former lesbian lover, DJ Tracy Young says Kim asked her to raise the baby together and then dumped her! Earlier this month, Tracy flew to Atlanta to reunite with Kim, four months after their bitter breakup. “She said she still loved me and wanted to tell me something important face to face," Tracy tells Star exclusively in our Nov. 8 issue, on newsstands now. Kim dropped the bombshell baby news and Tracy says, “When I asked her what she was going to do, she said, ‘I want you to stay and raise the baby with me, because Kroy doesn’t want to be involved.’” Little did Tracy know that only two days after Kim's stunning announcement, her world would come crashing down as Kroy came back into the picture.

Um … this shizz better BE on the next season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Where reality TV is concerned, you can never be too sure what to believe … because one day you hear one thing, the next day you hear something else. In this case, we are hearing something else on the very same day … cuz, according to Kim‘s mom, she ain’t pregs. Read what Kim‘s mother Karen has to say about this alleged pregnancy …

"My daughter is not pregnant. It's heartbreaking that people would make up lies like this. Kroy and Kim are very much happy, and in love."

So … is she pregs? Is she not? Does anyone care? I, for one, am totally LOVING the current season of Atlanta Housewives so I’m only marginally interested. Stuff like this makes great fodder for the show … will any of this actually make it to air? It’s possible … Kim will have to answer a lot of questions before this season is over so … stay tuned.

Heidi Klum Shows Off Her Hallowe’en Costume For 2010

We are still about 4 days away from Hallowe’en but Heidi Klum just cannot wait any longer to show off the costume she’ll be rockin’ this year at her annual All Hallows' Eve Celebration party. As you may know, Heidi always goes all out when she dresses for Hallowe’en … and this year is no exception. Here is what Heidi will be lookin’ like at her big shindig this weekend:

Last week Heidi Klum shared just a hint of the over-the-top Halloween look she had in store this year for her annual All Hallows' Eve celebration. And just four days before the big night, she's unveiling the costume, which will transform her from catwalk queen to robotic superhero. Heidi's skin-tight, red-and-purple armor was designed by the master behind the Victoria's Secret angel wings, Martin Izquierdo, Stylist.com reports. The supermodel even kicks the ensemble up a notch–literally–with built-in stilts that will have her towering over the crowd.

I don’t really know how I feel about this costume. I mean, it’s elaborate … but, eh. This costume looks like a football uniform designed by Nicki Minaj. I guess I should reserve judgment until I see the costume in action but … yeah. What do you think? Is this hot or not?

Gwen Stefani Takes Her Sons Pumpkin Picking

Gwen Stefani and her sons Kingston James McGregor and Zuma Nesta Rock were the latest celebs to jump on board the pumpkin picking bandwagon this week as the mother and sons were spotted having a grand ol’ time at a pumpkin patch here in SoCal. As you may be well aware, celebs and their children have been making daily visits to the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch (HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE) another other less well-known pumpkin patches (HERE and HERE) in the SoCal area for the past few weeks … and yesterday, it was Gwen and sons’ turn:


With Hallowe’en only 4 days away, it’s gettin’ down to the wire on pickin’ out the best pumpkins … it’s about time Gwen took her sons out to the pumpkin patch. It looks like Kingston showed up in costume and little Zuma opted for the fun face paint. I know all the celebs are slowly but surely picking out their Hallowe’en pumkins but … have you?

Jake Gyllenhaal Goes Apple Picking With Taylor Swift

Word starting going around this week that our dear Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted in the close company of singer Taylor Swift over the weekend (on an apple picking excursion … gag!) and rumor started going around that the pair were the hot new couple. I did my best to compose myself after hearing this news and immediately dismissed it as drivel … after all, unless the pair were actually photographed together, what is there to worry about. Well, the time to worry is now upon us … cuz photos of Jake and Taylor TOGETHER this weekend in Brooklyn, NY have come to light:

Saturday Night Live wasn’t Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal’s first outing together this past weekend. The two were spotted Saturday at the Fishkill Farms in Hopewell Junction, N.Y, where they toured fall foliage and went apple-picking, reports the new Us Weekly. “They were walking through the trees, having fun together,” says a local. “They looked happy.” Adds the witness, “Some of the customers tried to take a photo of them, but they were hiding from them in the trees. They drove through the orchard and bought the apples on the way out.” (Gyllenhaal, 29, paid the $3 tab.) It was just the first stop of a romantic Big Apple weekend, which included a trip to a SNL taping and Sunday brunch in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood, as UsMagazine.com reported Monday. Says a source, “The relationship is very new, maybe two or three weeks old. I'm not sure who pursued whom — but they're both into it.”

Can somebody please kill me … like, NOW. Even tho you can’t see their faces, you can absolutely tell that it’s Jake and Taylor in these photos. I mean … just when you thought that Jake’s relationship with Reese Witherspoon was bad … the notion that he is now with Taylor Swift is … UGH! Let’s just hope they’re just friends. I told myself I couldn’t freak out until I saw photos of the pair together … so, I’m officially in freak out mode. They’re just friends, RIGHT?!?

Gorillaz In My Midst

Tonight is gonna be fun … tonight, David and I will be making our way to the Gibson Amphitheater at Universal City to see Gorillaz LIVE in concert:


I’ve only seen Gorillaz live in concert once, many years ago in Toronto, CA on their first tour. I have been a huge fan of their music for years and I am so excited to be seeing them on stage again. I had planned on heading down to the NBC Studios to attend the taping of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in order to see Kylie Minogue perform live on the show … but there is no way I can make it out to Burbank and then be back home before heading back out to Universal City for the concert. Still, I am very excited about tonight’s show … I believe cameras are allowed so I’ll do my best to snap some fun pics to share tomorrow.

Did Thandie Newton Confirm Mariah Carey’s Pregnancy On ‘The View’?

Thandie Newton appeared on The View today to talk about her role in the upcoming Tyler Perry film For Colored Girls. As you may recall, Thandie was cast in the role that originally belonged to Mariah Carey … but she abruptly pulled out of appearing in the movie just weeks before she was due to start filming for an “unknown medical condition”. It was that “unknown medical condition” that got rumors started that MC was pregs. When asked about how she got the role, Thandie actually said in her response that Mariah got “is pregnant … or something major”:


Now, it’s entirely possible that this was merely a slip up on Thandie‘s part and she was just repeating the same rumor that we’ve all heard … but it is also possible that she is in the know as to why Mariah pulled out of appearing in the film. What do y’all think … did Thandie Newton just confirm that Mariah Carey is pregs or do you think she merely misspoke? She didn’t sound too sure about what she had just said … but still, maybe she just caught that she said something she shouldn’t have. HMMM. I find it interesting that none of the ladies on The View actually followed up about what Thandie said … she just said it … and that was that. HMMM.

Christina Aguilera Steps Out With The Man In Her Life

Newly single Christina Aguilera was spotted in the company of the only man in her life right now, her son Max Liron, here in SoCal yesterday after she picked him up from the SLS Hotel. In the wake of Xtina‘s pending divorce from hubby Jordan Bratman, the couple have started exchanging custody of little Max at various locales, like hotels. Yesterday was Xtina‘s turn to have Max so she arranged to pick him up from his father at the SLS Hotel … and she looked fantastic doing so:


It’s unclear if Jordy is living at the SLS Hotel permanently now or if he is just staying there until he is able to figure out his permanent living situation but it seems pretty clear to me, Xtina and Jordy are no longer living under the same roof. As sad as any break-up is, it looks like Xtina is taking everything in stride … she looks great.

Rooney Mara Is The Girl Who Shops At H&M

In early September we got our first look at American actress Rooney Mara in full costume on the Stockholm, Sweden set of the US remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. A couple days later we got to see more photos of Rooney making herself at home in Stockholm as she tired to avoid being noticed by photographers. Today we get to see newer photos of Rooney as she shopped for a few things at a Swedish H&M boutique all by her lonesome over the weekend:


Considering that Rooney and her Dragon Tattoo castmates are going to be in Stockholm for quite some time, it’s nice to see that she is settling in nicely. As you may recall, just a few weeks ago we got to see the first photos of Daniel Craig (who will play Mikael Blomkvist) on the Dragon Tattoo set and, as I understand it, filming production is moving ahead right on schedule. I believe director David Fincher plans to film the Dragon Tattoo Trilogy films back to back … so, Rooney will likely be doing a bit more shopping at H&M in the coming weeks and months.

Celebs Celebrate The Opening Of The LA Lakers 2010-2011 Season

The stars came out in support of the LA Lakers last night and made their way to the Staples Center in downtown LA for the 2010-2011 season home opening game. Because this was the first home game of the new season, there was a special ceremony to honor the 2010 NBA Champion Lakers that took place before last night’s game. A new championship banner was raised in the arena and the team was presented with their NBA Champion rings. Celebs like Davie Beckham, Denzel Washington and little celebs like Jaden Christopher Pinkett-Smith & Justin Bieber were in the hiz to support the Lakers … here are a few photos:

Justin Bieber joined an all star audience to watch the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team receive their championship rings and then go on to beat the Houston Rockets 112-110 at the Staples Centre last night. The 16-year-old and his new best friend Jayden Smith, son of Will, sat courtside for the nail-biting game which went to the wire with the Lakers shooting a three point basket at the buzzer to win. The two boys even got some attention form the Lakers cheerleaders who sat with the boys during half-time and posed up for pictures with the smiling duo. Bieber also showed off his own skills by grabbing a ball and shooting some hoops, much to the delight of the youngsters in the crowd. Just the night before Justin had performed a concert in the same venue. During the game Justin spent time chatting with football legend and LA Galaxy player David Beckham who has become a regular courtside at Lakers home games. David, 35, looked happy and relaxed as he chatted to the young star … And David got to sit next to a Hollywood heavyweight during the game – actor Denzel Washington. David and Denzel, 55, chatted and shared jokes during the game which was the first of the new 2010/2011 season.

And so … another season for the LA Lakers is now officially underway. The boys in purple and gold will be working hard this season for a threepeat championship … and that means their very famous fans will be filling the Staples Center all season long in support of their Lakers. It’s always funny to see which celebs hang out together at these kinds of sporting events … I mean, where else would you see Becks chillin’ with Biebs?

Kylie Minogue Reveals That She Will Tour The US In Spring 2011

Kylie Minogue, the worldwide SUPERSTAR here in the US this week doing a bit of promo for her album Aphrodite, made an in-person appearance at The Grove here in Los Angeles, CA yesterday to appear with Mario Lopez on Extra! to announce that she will be bringing her next world tour to the US in the Spring of next year:


As you may recall, we learned back in August that Kylie would be touring in support of Aphrodite on her upcoming Les Folies Tour 2011 and yesterday Kylie confirmed that she will be bringing that tour HERE to the US in April and May of 2011. Here are a few photos of Kylie at The Grove yesterday afternoon, lookin’ as fabulous as EVER!


Squee!!! I can’t even tell you how excited I am to learn that Kylie will be coming BACK to the US next year. In her 20+ year career she only first toured the US properly back in 2009 on her For You, For Me North American Tour so it’s a thrill to have her coming back so soon. You better believe I will be seeing her as many times as possible on her Les Folies Tour 2011. Blake Lively & Penn Badgley Are Dunzo!

Blake Lively and Penn Badgely — Gossip Girl co-stars, who have enjoyed a hot and cold romantic relationship on-screen and a semi-stable real relationship off-screen — have decided to end their 3 year relationship. According to press reps for both of the actors, BlakeLey decided to call it quits after successfully maintaining a loving relationship for almost the entire duration of their TV show … but, alas, it just wasn’t meant to be. Blake and Penn are dunzo, y’all!

Just like their onscreen counterparts Serena van der Woodsen and Dan Humphrey, Gossip Girl costars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have ended their real-life romance, too. A rep for both stars has confirmed their breakup. Lively, 23, and Badgley, 23, have been linked since 2007, though they initially denied their romance, saying they were just friends and costars. Since 2008, however, the two have gone public with their relationship, appearing together at events and, often, hand-in-hand in New York City. Most recently, the former couple went shopping for candles together at Henry Bendel in New York last weekend … Despite their often public displays of affection, the pair mostly remained mum about their relationship, with Lively telling Allure recently, “I don’t comment on my relationships. . . . My anonymity is something I treasure. Wanting to be an actor and wanting to be famous are different.”

Many of you will recall that we have seen many photos of Blake and Penn gettin’ it on on the public streets of NYC in the past couple of years but I guess all of that is over. I have to say, I was always very impressed with the way Blake and Penn carried themselves as a couple. They always seemed very affectionate and did a pretty great job of not talking about their relationship in the press … which is prolly why they lasted so long. I, for one, am bummed by this news … I thought they made a great couple. Clearly, they think otherwise.

Christopher Nolan Reveals The Name Of The Upcoming Batman Film

The news many Batman fans have been waiting for for many months now is finally here … director Christopher Nolan has finally announced the titled of his upcoming 3rd Batman film and has revealed some important information about the villain that will be featured in the next Batman film … rather, he reveals who will NOT be the villain. But first … the title. Nolan tells The LA Times that the next Batman film will be titled Batman: The Dark Knight Rises. And contrary to rampant rumor, The Riddler will NOT be the film’s main villain:

Christopher Nolan's third Batman film will be called "The Dark Knight Rises" and though the Gotham City auteur isn't ready to reveal the villain of his 2012 film, he did eliminate one of the big contenders: "It won't be the Riddler," Nolan said in an exclusive interview with the Hero Complex. Nolan was most eager to talk about the fact that Warner Bros. had agreed with his argument that the film should resist the current 3-D craze and instead use high-definition approaches and IMAX cameras to strike out on a different cinematic path than the stereoscopic technology that, for better or worse, has become the dominant conversation in the blockbuster sector … As for the title, it shows the writer-director's intention to keep his Bruce Wayne trilogy tightly stitched together. "We'll use many of the same characters as we have all along, and we'll be introducing some new ones," Nolan said cryptically. I had an odd thought: What if Nolan somehow brings back Harvey Dent? The only reason I even mention it is because, back during post-production on the second film, Nolan told me that the title "The Dark Knight" was just as much about Dent and his fall from the status of shining-knight civic crusader. Dent was plainly dead at the end of the last film, though, and Nolan has been intent on keeping his Gotham City film firmly rooted in a gritty gangland realism– this isn't a franchise that has veered off into the supernatural or even much super-science. Nolan plays things close to the vest … and he chuckled when I tried to get a few more details out of him. "Oh, you know me, I don't talk" … I asked if he could imagine a time when Warner Bros. would let a filmmaker shoot a Batman script where the villain isn't one of the signature creations from the comic books. "Ah, Geoff Boucher, master of the leading question," he said with a chuckle. That's when he did agree, however, to eliminate a villain candidate, namely Edward Nigma, the green-suited Riddler, who many people (myself included) assumed was the next natural choice. That character could be taken in a lot of directions — think of Kevin Spacey's character in "Seven" as a compass point for one of those dark paths — but Nolan and his team are going a different way.

Ahhhh … and there you have it. The title, The Dark Knight Rises, is fine but I’m much more intrigued by the villain … or villains. The only classic Batman villains who have been featured in Nolan films are Ra’s al Ghul, The Scarecrow, Two-Face and of course The Joker. Apparently “some” of those characters will be coming back … but what of Catwoman, The Penguin, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze and The Riddler? These are classic characters from Batman‘s Gallery of Rogues. Well, we now know that Riddler is out … does that mean these other villains are out too? I fully trust Christopher Nolan, he has proven himself VERY capable of doing right by Batman … but I’m dying to know, will there be a big bad Batman villain at all? What do y’all think … and what do you think of this title?
