Charlie Sheen's Porn Star Plans To Sue Posted: 31 Oct 2010 10:20 AM PDT Well, this doesn't come as a surprise to us. The porn star, Capri Anderson AKA Christina Walsh, is planning to sue Charlie Sheen for the meltdown that occurred in his NYC hotel room. Even though Charlie says that the events were blown out of proportion, she says that she was held in the room against her will and felt her life was in danger. She also says Charlie threatened her, even though she failed to mention that to the NYPD when they arrived to the hotel room. Walsh is reportedly ready to fly to Aspen this week to meet with Pitkin County prosecutors about what went down in The Plaza hotel room. Charlie has a lot of money so if Walsh goes far enough with her legal proceedings, he might be willing to flash a lot of dough in front of her to keep her mouth closed. Ron Howard Talks About Keeping "Gay" Joke In Vince Vaughn Film Posted: 31 Oct 2010 10:00 AM PDT The director finally speaks! Ron Howard, director of the Vince Vaughn movie, The Dilemma, isn't backing down and says that the "gay" joke will remain in the film when it comes to theaters January 14. Howard wrote a letter on Friday to the L.A. Times, explaining his decision: "[Vaughn's character] has a mouth that sometimes gets him into trouble and he definitely flirts with the line of what's okay to say. He tries to do what's right but sometimes falls short. Who can't relate to that? We never expected [the joke] to represent our intentions or the point of view of the movie or those of us who made it. I don't strip my films of everything that I might personally find inappropriate. Comedy or drama, I'm always trying to make choices that stir the audience in all kinds of ways. I defend the right for some people to express offense at a joke as strongly as I do the right for that joke to be in a film. But if storytellers, comedians, actors and artists are strong armed into making creative changes, it will endanger comedy as both entertainment and provoker of thought." He added though, that it was "appropriate" to remove the joke from the trailer, "in light of some events that surrounded the release of the trailer. The Dilemma is a comedy for grown-ups, not kids." We're glad he decided to take the joke out of the trailer, but we still don't quite agree with his reasoning to keep it in the film. Thoughts?? [Image via WENN.]

When asked why he chose to dress as the teen pop star, Pauly D replied, "My hair actually looks just like his when it's down so I'm going to do it." LOL! We kinda like you with the hair down, Pauly! The couple named their daughter Eve Augusta and "The family is thrilled to welcome to their newest addition," according to their rep. Capshaw is the daughter of Kate Capshaw and the stepdaughter of Steven Spielberg. This is the second child for Jessica. She has a son, Luke, who's 3 years old. Congratulations to the happy family!
