La Lohan "Blindsided" With Jail Sentence! Posted: 24 Apr 2011 12:00 PM PDT Just as we're sure she is! She truly thought she was going to walk away scott-free! Sources close to Lindsay Lohan have revealed that she is none too pleased about her latest prison sentence for violating her parole, and was absolutely blindsided with the ruling, describing it all as "completely ridiculous" and "fucked up!" Producer Nathan Folks explains: "She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around. She didn't do what they said she did. She didn't steal that necklace. She is ready to do her time. She wants to go to A.A. and N.A. and to serve her 400 hours [of community service]. She has already been doing lots of charity work." We honestly don't know what exactly happened with that effing necklace, and we do genuinely want to see Lindsay succeed, but she was extremely foolish to not even CONSIDER that there was a chance she might not be off the hook, and that jail time was an option. After reports that employees at Flavor Flav's Chicken restaurant in Clinton, IA, were not getting paid, the reality star is pulling his name from the establishment, and claims that his business partner, Nick Cimino, "mismanaged" the business and now he has a "bad reputation!" He explains: "I had a licensing agreement with Nick Cimino and that's all we had. It was his business to run from there and the business was not run right. Let me be straight up with you, I went up inside there on April 2 and I found potato salad that expired on February 28. And it's then when I realized I can't do business with this man and I really hope no one ate those potatoes." GEESH! We hope they didn't, either! What the hell? That's effing disgusting! Despite reports that Girls Aloud would be reuniting in the coming months without original member Cheryl Cole, the group's manager, Hilary Shaw, has come forward to confirm that ALL the ladies will be back in 2012 to mark their tenth anniversary together! Unfortunately, don't expect any new material, because they're all too busy working on their own individual projects! Shaw explains: "Everybody wants them to make a comeback and it will be next year. Well, it is their 10th anniversary so there will be something. The girls are still getting on great, they speak all the time, and that includes Cheryl and Nadine [Coyle] with the other girls. Vanessa Davies claims that she "absolutely loved her time at Brown," but has decided to pursue a major not offered at the Ivy League school! Too bad! We wonder what she's decided to wants to study! According to sources, the couple are huge fans of both performers, who are already in Europe at the moment, and want the pair to perform at the reception for their loved ones! The insider explains: "Both William and Kate are massive fans of Beyoncé and Jay-Z. They really wanted to make their big day even more special and what better way than by getting pop royalty to perform at the party? Will and Kate will have an official reception for hundreds of dignitaries before throwing a less formal bash for loved-ones. They both wanted to ditch traditions and make it more personal for them. Jay-Z and Beyoncé are both in Europe at the moment while she promotes her new single 'Run The World (Girls)'. So it's highly likely they have taken up the Royals' offer.
