Rapper Warren G's first commercial peddling his new line of penis enhancement drugs will debut tonight, we gather sometime after the kids go to bed, but before the bar closes. Thing is, though Warren admits to be being approached to peddle the pills and shooting the commercial, according to him, he never actually signed anything, like, a contract with the company. RIP Typewriter! Posted: 26 Apr 2011 12:40 PM PDT We're kinda bummed about this, even if we can't specifically pin-point why! The world's last typewriter factory is closing down, after selling less than 800 units last year (as opposed to the 50k it was doing in the 90's). Godrej and Boyce, is closing its plant in Mumbai, India, where typewriters have remained in use while computers have slowly but surely crept into the lives of the citizens: "Although typewriters became obsolete years ago in the west, they were still common in India - until recently. Demand for the machines has sunk in the last ten years as consumers switch to computers. From the early 2000s onwards, computers started dominating. All the manufacturers of office typewriters stopped production, except us. We are not getting many orders now. But this might be the last chance for typewriter lovers. Now, our primary market is among the defence agencies, courts and government offices." We'll miss the soft loud click-clacking and chime! Just think of all the amazing books and literature that were written on those! Kind of incredible when you think about it! Oh, nostalgia! Yesterday, we heard that Katie Couric was expected to make an announcement regarding her decision to leave CBS Evening News this week, and sure enough, she did exactly that. Here's what Katie had to say about her exit from program: "I'm really proud of the talented team on the CBS Evening News and the award-winning work we've been able to do in the past five years in addition to the reporting I've done for 60 Minutes and CBS Sunday Morning. In making the decision to move on, I know the Evening News will be in great hands, but I am excited about the future." "I am looking at a format that will allow me to engage in more multi-dimensional storytelling." Royal Wedding Music Choice Details Revealed! Posted: 26 Apr 2011 12:20 PM PDT Earlier this week, we were really excited to hear reports that Jay-Z and Beyonce might perform at the royal wedding! Now, more details have arisen regarding the royal wedding music choice, and we've learned that Prince William and Kate will have the London Chamber Orchestra perform on their special day. Here's what London Chamber Orchestra music director/conductor Christopher Warren-Green had to say about it: "The couple have very, very strong ideas of what they want, and after all, at the end of the day, it is their wedding. It's a young couple's wedding, and they should have what they want." "They involved both sets of parents – the Middleton family, as well as the Prince of Wales. And both myself and the organist and choirmaster of Westminster Abbey, of course, are here to advise and to help." Sounds very nice, but what about Beyonce and Jay? Is that still happening? Despite Ryan Phillippe recently making comments that he's tired of the attention he receives for his celebrity in El Lay and his desire to leave acting behind, his representative has come forward to claim that the actor has no plans to retire from the business! The spokesperson says: "He's been talking about expanding his talents to producing and directing, but he has no plans to stop acting nor did he ever say that he was considering doing so." We didn't think so! He apparently has four projects already in the works for next year! Phew! We wouldn't want to have to say good-bye to that seksi jawline and those pouty lips kind of a talent! Last night on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Paul Reiser was scheduled to appear to promote his new NBC sitcom, The Paul Reiser Show…but then they canceled it on Friday after only two episodes. Check out the actor STILL making his appearance, and not at all sarcastically discussing why he thinks he was axed (above)! Ouch! Can't say we blame him for being so pissed, though! Didn't seem like they gave him much of a shot! What do U think?? Should his show have gotten the boot so quickly?

Mugshot Hall Of Fame Posted: 26 Apr 2011 11:20 AM PDT Meet Kelly Gene Gibson. Kelly, of Fort Wayne, Ind., has been arrested 48 times since 1992, always on the same charge. Thoughts on what that might be? You guessed it, drinking unicorn blood inhaling fumes! Clearly, Kelly has a serious problem, and that's no laughing matter. However, according to the initial reports, Kelly didn't make it easy for the arresting officers to keep a straight face. Following a fight with his wife, Elizabeth, police arrived at his home to find Kelly shirtless, his apartment reeking of paint and his hands, mouth, nose and chin covered in silver paint, like he was Jack Haley circa 1939. (IMDB it!) Anyone who's seen Intervention knows the serious ramifications of huffing paint, but we're mostly shocked at the police for letting this continue on like this. 48 arrests and this guy still hasn't been put into court-appointed rehab? What does this guy have to do to get you to take him seriously?!

Olivia Munn Has Meltdown In Vegas Posted: 26 Apr 2011 11:10 AM PDT Not cool, Olivia! Even if you WERE just standing up for your friends, it looks like enough time had passed between the alleged altercation inside and the curse-riddled tirade you went on outside for you to decide to take the high road! The stunning actress always seems to be so calm and down-to-Earth, so hopefully she was just having a bad night. We'd hate to think that she actually believes the kinds of things she said. Which were things like: "You can go f— yourselves!" she told the group, adding that her "career will go on," but the slack-jawed group she was addressing was "going to have to kiss peoples' asses for the rest of [their] lives!" "I'm rich! I come from a well-off family." Wow. If this group of people was so beneath you, don't you think your status would be apparent? Not modest in the least. Someone in the Munn camp said it was spurred on by someone manhandling one of her friends earlier in the night. Which is terrible, yes, but by that point you'd think of a more calm and collected way of handling it. The person went on: "She's fiercely loyal to her friends, and screaming profanity to protect them is the least aggressive thing she could have done in the moment." We get that, but come on!
