Arnold Back In The Terminator

Arnold Back In The Terminator, now that is something. It seems that Arnie is gong to be at a loose end soon, so has decided to return to what he did best; I am not talking about acting, just the Terminator franchise.

Arnie has signed on for Terminator 5, which is currently being shopped to studios. At this stage, there is no script, or a screenwriter, but Arnie has apparently signed on for a starring role, not a supporting one.

The holder of the rights to the movie franchise, Halycon Co went into bankruptcy last year, with the rights controversially passing to the Santa Barbara hedge fund, Pacificor, which had backed Halcyon.

Aside from all the rights issues, the main point is Anrie’s involvement. The 63-year-old former governor told The Times recently he’s diving back into acting, saying:

“I can step very comfortably into the entertainment world and do an action movie with the same violence that I’ve always done,” he said, saying he’d be on a set by the end of the year.

I know he used to be Mr Universe and all, but that was a very long time ago. I am not sure how he will hold up to an action film at his age, or how will it will come across on screen. I guess time will tell…

White iPhone 4 Ready For Release

Looks like the months of waiting are over and the White iPhone 4 ready for release, possibly as early as tomorrow.

Apple rumor sites are running hot with speculation that tomorrow will be release day.

Engadget has published a couple of photos of what is reportedly the white iPhone 4 in retail boxes.

The white iPhone 4 was originally expected to be released in June 2010, but Apple soon reported that manufacturing challenges would delay the date. It has certainly been a long wait.

Kristin Cavallari Jay Cutler Engaged

Kristin Cavallari got engaged to Chicago Bears star Jay Cutler over the weekend.

The Hills star, who previously dated Avril Lavigne’s boyfriend Brody Jenner, has been dating the Chicago Bears sportsman since August last year.

Cutler is said to have popped the question to the 24-year-old blonde beauty during a vacation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico over Easter weekend.

They pair have been celebrating all weekend.

Rob Schneider Married – No More Male Gigolo

Rob Schneider married on the weekend, ending his days as a part time male gigolo, which has reportedly upset both of his  clients.

The Deuce Bigalow star married television producer Patricia Azarcoya Arce in a private ceremony in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

The 47 year old Deuce had this to say about the nuptials:

“Patricia and I were surrounded by our closest friends and family; it was the happiest day of my life. We had a great time at the wedding and are looking forward to our honeymoon.”
