‘X-Men: First Class’ Releases An AWESOME New Poster

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 05:30 PM PDT

Yesterday we got to see the sweet full-length movie trailer for X-Men: First Class and today we get to see new poster artwork for the film that is worthy of the fab trailer we got this week. As you may recall, when last we saw poster artwork from First Class, it looked cheap and just … crappy. I am happy to see that this new poster is really cool and really representative of a film that I am DYING to see.

Now this is a great poster. Except for some of the terribly lame posters that have been released, I have been LOVING all the new X-Men stuff that has been coming out in the past few months. This poster is very cool … it makes X-Men: First Class look like a film that I wouldn’t want to miss. I’m excited. I want to see MORE.

Superman Renounces His US Citizenship In Action Comics #900

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 04:30 PM PDT

Ever since his creation, the alien super man named Kal-El who crash landed on Earth in the comic book series Superman has always been a US citizen. His adoptive parents in Kansas instilled him a respect for “truth, justice and the American way”. But in Action Comics #900, Superman will denounce his US citizenship after butting heads with the US government. Altho all of this takes place in the fictional world of comic books, I think it’s still a story worth blogging about … Superman will no longer be American. Whoa!

Superman has renounced his US citizenship, and for a character long-known for “truth, justice, and the American way,” that’s big news. Though DC’s promotion of this week’s 96-page Action Comics #900 centered around the main story – the conclusion of the year-long “Black Ring” saga starring Lex Luthor – it was a back-up written by David S. Goyer and illustrated by Miguel Sepulveda that’s making headlines. In the story, Superman is scolded by a member of the president’s security staff for appearing at a protest in Iran, with the notion that Superman’s actions reflect the positions of US government as a whole. As a result, Superman chooses to renounce his US citizenship, rather than have his deeds be construed as a statement of any one entity’s policies. Unsurprisingly, the story has been picked up by several national news outlets since the issue’s release on Wednesday. The New York Post called it a “shocking pronouncement,” and quoted DC Entertainment co-publishers Dan DiDio and Jim Lee as stating, “In a short story in Action Comics #900, Superman announces his intention to put a global focus on his never ending battle, but he remains, as always, committed to his adopted home and his roots as a Kansas farm boy from Smallville” … It’s unclear at this time whether or not the move will be followed up on in the pages of Action Comics or elsewhere. Goyer, the screenwriter of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, is not currently regularly working on any comic books for DC.

Death is usually the kind of news that breaks free from the world of comics and permeates both pop culture and actual news in real life … but I don’t think any other superhero has ever denounced his citizenship before. Surely, no hero as associated with the USA like Superman is has ever done such a thing … so I guess that makes it news. While I’m more of a Batman fan, I can appreciate that the writers of Superman are trying something new and inventive with this storyline. Just like no hero stays dead for long (after all, Superman was killed off and then brought back before), I suspect that Supes will become a US citizen again at some point. But for now … he’s a (super) man without a country.

Prince William Enjoys His Last Moments As A Single Man

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 03:30 PM PDT

With mere HOURS to go before Prince William marries his ladylove Kate Middleton, it’s understandable that the lad would want to enjoy some downtime with his mates. In an effort to really enjoy his last moments as a single (free) man, Wills zoomed around London on his motorcycle and then met up with some BFFs for a quick game of footy.

Prince William has already confessed that his knees are 'tapping quite nervously' as his wedding day approaches. But nerves did not stop the 28-year-old jumping on his motorbike to spend one of his last nights as a bachelor by playing five-a-side football with the boys. During a kick-about in a South London park at 10pm on Tuesday, one of William's friends was overheard referring to his 'last day of freedom'. At one point, a team-mate wearing a baseball cap and blue shirt grabbed his arm and bounced the football off the back of his head while the others laughed and jeered. A second friend then took over, throwing the ball at William's growing bald patch. The prince seemed embarrassed by the spectacle and bowed his head in an attempt to shrug off the attention. Wearing England shorts, a black shirt and socks in the colour of his favourite team, Aston Villa, he sprinted around the park playing central defence to shouts of 'William' and 'Wills'. Four royal protection officers stood on the sidelines – and even ran off to collect the ball when it soared over a fence. The 45-minute kickabout is a regular fixture for William whenever he has time off from working as a search and rescue pilot in Anglesey, North Wales. If his bride-to-be had grumbled about how a sliding tackle could ruin the wedding by leaving him with grazes or even a broken leg, the prince did not let it affect his evening. But he decided to forgo the usual trip to a pub in Battersea following the game. Instead, he returned to St James's Palace on the black £15,000, 180mph Ducati superbike which is his pride and joy.

To be honest, I find it hard to believe that Wills will stop this sort of behavior after he gets married … and why should he? As far as indulgences go, Wills lives a pretty tame life. I honestly do not think that marriage will change him one bit. I have always loved the idea of his marrying Kate Middleton and — at last — that day has come. I’m certain we’ll be seeing the married Prince on the back of his crotch-rocket, paling around with friends long after the wedding vows are exchanged. All hail the still-single Prince. When next we see him here on the blog, he’ll be a married man!

‘Two And A Half Men’ Will Be Rebooted WITHOUT Charlie Sheen

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 02:30 PM PDT

Time is running out for the TV show Two and a Half Men because CBS has to decide very soon which shows will be greenlighted for the Fall TV season. Because Charlie Sheen melted down and went absolutely nuts, there is no way he will be allowed to return to the show. That said, Two and a Half Men showrunner Chuck Lorre (who Sheen has been feuding with for the past few months) has come up with a plan to reboot the show without Charlie Sheen. But, according to TMZ, the show has a 50/50 chance of not getting picked up at all. The end of the show may be very close.

Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that series co-creator Chuck Lorre has hatched an idea to reboot the Warner Bros-produced sitcom. With time running out before the CBS upfront presentation in May, the plan to relaunch Two and a Half Men without Charlie Sheen is beginning to take shape. Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that series co-creator Chuck Lorre has hatched an idea to reboot the Warner Bros-produced sitcom with a new creative direction that does not involve Sheen, who was fired from the series in March. Lorre is said to have presented close associates and Men co-star Jon Cryer with the plan, and the studio and network are aware of his intentions. According to an insider, Lorre has told Cryer this re-boot would involve a significant role for him and the introduction of a new, yet-to-be-cast character … Neither CBS nor Warner Bros. has said whether Men will return for an ninth season. But industry speculation is that the show will almost certainly return. And talent representatives say that Warners has quietly begun pursuing an actor to appear in the series next season. Who that actor will be has become Topic A in Hollywood. Speculation has ranged from the plausible to the peculiar, with names from Woody Harrelson to Jeremy Piven to Bob Saget being bandied about. A Warners spokesperson says none of these actors is in contention. While a new castmember wouldn't make "Sheen money"– in the $1.2 million realm, per episode–slipping into television’s No. 1 sitcom would earn an actor a rate well above the usual freshman series fee, says one observer. But the role would come with intense pressure, as blame could be placed on the newcomer if the revamped show flops. Others have suggested that Men might consider a “roommate” scenario, with multiple stars appearing on one or a few episodes to fill the Sheen void.

But, there is no such thing as a “sure thing” in Hollywood … despite this talk of a reboot, it’s very possible that the show might not get picked up at all:

There’s a 50/50 chance “Two and a Half Men” will not come back for a 9th season … There are certain things we know for sure …

– Charlie Sheen will NOT be coming back to the show
– Chuck Lorre has a plan for re-tooling the show, but no deals with replacement actors have been made. In fact, no offers have even been put on the table.
– A decision on the fate of “Men” will be made before May 18.

The Hollywood Reporter says Lorre is thinking of beefing up Jon Cryer’s role and bringing a new actor onboard to replace Sheen … One well-connected source tells TMZ, “There really is a good chance the show won’t come back.”

If I had to make a wager, my money would would be on the plan to reboot the show. Two and a Half Men makes WAY too much money for it just to get dumped. There will be so much attention placed on the show if it does comeback that there will be a real chance of huge success … especially without Sheen‘s insanity to muck up the waters. If they can get a real A-list actor to join the cast, the show will remain a hit. BUT … it has to get picked up for a 9th season so … we should know very soon if Two and a Half Men will live on to see another season.

The District 4 Tributes Have Been Cast In ‘The Hunger Games’

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 01:30 PM PDT

Yesterday we learned that the nameless tributes from District 3 have been cast in the upcoming big screen adaptation of The Hunger Games and today we learn that the District 4 tributes have been cast as well. Young actors Tara Macken and Ethan Jamieson have been cast as the girl and boy tributes from District 4, adding to the growing list of characters already cast for The Hunger Games.

Welcome to The Hunger Games, Ethan Jamieson and Tara Macken. Keeping in line with its tribute casting choices thus far, Lionsgate has brought two more relative unknowns to the big screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins' dystopian novels. The studio announced today via its official Hunger Games Facebook page that Jamieson and Macken will play the unnamed tributes of District 4, one of the more affluent areas of Panem known primarily for its fishing industry. Jamieson will make his transition to the big screen from television (he enjoyed a bit role on an episode of One Tree Hill). Macken, meanwhile, whose previous work includes both acting and stunts (something that should definitely come in handy in the arena), could get a fair amount of screen time, as her Hunger Games character forms an alliance with the careers, the District 3 boy (Ian Nelson), and of course, Peeta (Josh Hutcherson.) Jamieson and Macken join a cast that includes Jennifer Lawrence, Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Paula Malcolmson, Willow Shields, and Elizabeth Banks, who confirmed just today that she will play Effie Trinket in the film.

As you can see, the casting news has pretty much been announced in numerical order. Except for District 11 tributes Rue and Thresh (who have pretty significant roles in the story), Lionsgate has been releasing the casting news of Districts 1 – 4 in order. I suspect that all of teh parts have been cast and they are just rolling out the announcements on a day to day basis. District 5 tributes should be announced tomorrow. These two new castmembers are both really cute … it’ll be a shame to see them, well, it’ll be a shame to see what happens in The Hunger Games.

Bring On The Funk

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 12:30 PM PDT

Late yesterday afternoon I started feeling … under the weather (I don’t dare use the “s” word) and it turns out that I continued to feel worse and worse as the night progressed. Because I have 3 nights of Prince concerts ahead of me, I wanted to make sure that I got as much rest as possible so that I could start feeling better. Emma, Josh and his cousin Steve came over to hang out for a bit … but all I could do is pop some meds and go to sleep.

As I was waiting for my medicine to kick in, I busted out my concert ticket album and box of concert memorabilia to reminisce about the amazing Prince shows I’ve seen over the years. I got one of Prince‘s picks at his concert at the Roosevelt Hotel back in 2007 and I’ve been collecting Prince tambourines since the mid-90s. I am happy to report that I’m feeling a bit better today so I will — hopefully — be in great shape for the concert tonight. I’ll need all my strength so I can bang the Hell out of my tambourine at the show tonight.

It’s gonna be a long night for me … after the Prince concert, I’m **hoping** to stay awake for the Royal Wedding. I’m gonna do my best to bear witness but … we’ll see. Happy Thursday, y’all!!

Britney Spears Writes Songs For Selena Gomez

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 11:24 AM PDT

While we are still all enjoying Britney Spears‘s new album Femme Fatale (not to mention her SICK remix for Till the World Ends featuring Nicki Minaj), I am happy to report that we have some NEW Britney music to look forward to. Our dear Britney has penned 3 new songs that will be recorded and featured on Selena Gomez‘s new album due out in June! It would appear that Britney has chosen Selena to pass on the torch of popstardom ;) Read on for all the deets.

Prepare to freak out, pop music fans. Selena Gomez recently announced that her next album will be released on Tuesday, June 28. Now, we have another nugget of news about the Disney darling’s new album… and it’s good. It turns out Britney Spears — yes, Britney Spears, y’all — wrote three songs that’ll be on Gomez’s new album. Three cheers for awesome pop collaborations! According to BreatheHeavy.com, one of the tracks is “Whiplash,” a song that didn’t make it onto Spears’ recent album “Femme Fatale.” Britney’s producers Dr. Luke and Kevin Rudolph confirmed the news to Billboard Brazil, with Rudolph saying, “The lyrics are like a drug, so catchy! They’re easy, fast and really sexy!”

Wow … this is cool. I’ve heard that Whiplash is a really great song and I was bummed that it didn’t it onto Britney‘s album … so I’m really anxious to hear Selena sing it. You may know that Selena Gomez is “dating” Justin Bieber and now she has Britney‘s popstar seal of approval? The little girl is blessed, y’all. I’ve never heard any of Selena‘s music before but I am deffo planning to pick up a copy of her new album cuz I gotta hear these new Britney tracks :) Wee!!

Chris Hemsworth Does ‘Interview’ Magazine

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 10:55 AM PDT

Chris Hemsworth will bring Thor to life on the big screen next weekend but this week he is talking to Interview magazine about the film that will likely send his movie career into the stratosphere. In his Interview interview, Hemsworth talks about his role as Thor but poses as a sexy boxer for the accompanying photospread. Check out photos and excerpts from Chris‘s Interivew magazine article below.

On Thor’s Hammer: It is a pretty impressive piece of equipment. It was quite heavy, so that helped with the stunts. If it was too light, you would swing it around like a toothpick and it wouldn't look impressive. When there is some weight to it and you have to physically use your shoulder and back, it gives you a sense of power. I got very comfortable holding it. When I did the earthbound scenes without it, I felt naked.

On keeping Thor’s Hammer: My older brother told me, 'Make sure you keep a hammer,' but I forgot and missed my opportunity. I could sell it on eBay and make a quick buck.

On Thor’s golden locks: It was more of a wig. It wasn't full scalp, but the majority. There were sections on the sides of my scalp where it was my hair amongst it.

On the Thor comic books and mythology: I knew about the character, but I never read the comics as a kid. Getting involved in the film was my introduction to it. Then I was inundated with many copies of Thor comics—the guys at Marvel gave me a stack. I also read a lot of books on Norse mythology.

The full online version of this interview can be read HERE and the lovely glossy photos can be seen in the print version of Interview which hits stands on May 3. We’ve spent many months talking about this film … and now we find ourselves very close to its release. I’ve been impressed, thus far, with everything I’ve seen from the film … I just hope the final product does the God of Thunder justice.

The Beckham Bunch Make Their Way To London For The Royal Wedding

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 10:18 AM PDT

Victoria and David Beckham are among the select people who have been invited to attend the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton tomorrow and last night the entire Beckham bunch — including Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James and Cruz David … PLUS Vicki B‘s baby bump — passed thru LAX Airport on their way to the UK for the big day. Check out a few photos of Les Beckhams and co. as they said farewell to LA on their way to London.

As you can see, Vicki is FINALLY starting to show actual signs of being pregs. Her teeny tiny bump is actually noticeable in this photo. Even tho she looks as robotic as ever, there is no way she can’t be excited for tomorrow’s Royal Wedding. Posh and Becks are among the lucky few folks who will actually be inside Westminster Abbey to bear witness to the wedding. As soon as Les Beckhams arrived in London today, Vicki B. tweeted to her legion of followers:

London looks beautiful!!!we are so proud to be British! X VB x

I understand that guests WILL be allowed to tweet and take photos in side the church during the service so … we’ll have to keep our peepers peeped for any inside info that gets posted on Twitter. It won’t be long now. I can’t wait to see what Victoria will wear. No doubt she’ll wear one of her own dresses … can’t wait to see it.

First Look: Julianne Moore As Sarah Palin

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 09:27 AM PDT

Everyone knows that Tina Fey famously played Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live during the 2008 presidential election but the torch has been passed to actress Julianne Moore to portray the former Alaska governor in an HBO film titled Game Change. The Hollywood Reporter gives us our first look at Moore as Palin and, I gotta say, the resemblance is striking.

Check out the first photo of Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin in the upcoming HBO film, Game Change. The actress nails Palin’s look with a bright suit, patriotic flag pin and similar glasses. She also ditched her trademark red hair for Palin’s brown style, which she wears in a look-alike updo. Production begins on Wednesday for the movie, directed by Jay Roach and written by Danny Strong. Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman are executive producers. Ed Harris plays John McCain in the film, which follows the Arizona U.S. Senators failed 2008 Republican presidential bid. Woody Harrelson plays Steve Schmidt, McCain’s senior adviser. Temple Grandin's Melissa Farman will play Bristol Palin, The Hollywood Reporter first reported Tuesday.

Julianne has the look down … but does she have the voice down? Part of why Tina Fey‘s impersonation of Sarah Palin is so perfect is because she not only looked like her, she sounded exactly like her as well. Let’s be honest, Sarah Palin has become a caricature … all you need is the updo hair’do and the glasses and you’re Sarah Palin. I really love Julianne‘s work so I have no doubt she’ll be able to play the Palin part very well. Altho I’m not a McCain/Palin fan (by any stretch of the imagination), I am very intrigued by this HBO movie. I’m actually quite curious to see how the real life drama between McCain and Palin is played out in this dramatic film. I already know I’m gonna LOVE the ending so … yeah, I’m actually looking forward to seeing Game Change when it gets released ;)

The Royal Wedding ‘Order Of Service’ Has Been Revealed

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 08:42 AM PDT

OMG … we are LESS than 24 hours away from the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton — meaning by this time tomorrow, the couple will be married!!! As we move into the final stretch before the wedding takes place in just a few hours, we are getting more information about the wedding ceremony itself. The official Order of Service for the Royal Wedding has been revealed as well as a new portrait of the soon-to-be-wed which was shot by Mario Testino. Click below to see the service program that will be handed out to the lucky wedding attendees early tomorrow morning.

Saying they are deeply touched, Prince William and Kate Middleton thank the public for the “incredibly moving” affection and kindness shown them during their engagement. “We are both so delighted that you are able to join us in celebrating what we hope will be one of the happiest days of our lives,” the couple write in their official wedding program, released Thursday. Their message, signed “William” and “Catherine,” goes on to say: “The affection shown to us by so many people during our engagement has been incredibly moving, and has touched us both deeply. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone most sincerely for their kindness.” The program features a new black-and-white portrait of the couple by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino. Both wear white open-necked shirts and big smiles. Also included in the 28-page program are the details of the Friday’s 11 a.m. wedding service at Westminster Abbey, including what music will be heard. Among the selections: the hymn “Jerusalem” by William Blake and the traditional “Greensleeves.” Such well-known hymns as “Love Divine All Love Excelling” and “Guide Me O Though Great Redeemer” – better known in modern Britain as the Welsh rugby anthem “Bread of Heaven” – are also on the schedule. The bride will walk down the aisle to the choral anthem “I Was Glad” by Sir Charles Hubert Hastings Parry, composed for the coronation of William’s great-great-great grandfather Edward VII at Westminster Abbey in 1902. The program also provides the wording to the couple’s vows. Kate, like Princess Diana in her wedding to Prince Charles in 1981, will not promise to obey her husband. Instead she will vow to “‘love, comfort, honor and keep” William. Because only Kate will wear a wedding ring, only William will say “With this ring I thee wed” as he slips the band on his bride’s finger.

Just in case you cannot be in London for the wedding ceremony or if your inviation was lost in the post, you can still own a digital copy of the official souvenir wedding program. A PDF of the program can be downloaded HERE or a page-turning Flash version HERE (courtesy of the official site of the Royal Wedding) and an Apple iBook version can be downloaded from iTunes HERE … all for FREE!

Can you believe that we are almost at the appointed hour? I knew the months leading up to the Royal Wedding were going to fly by. I am going to try my HARDEST to be awake for the Royal Wedding early tomorrow. The actual service will begin at 3AM here in LA. I have a big Prince concert tonight so … we’ll see. I’m planning on having a live stream embed here on the site so you can watch the Royal Wedding if you happen to be away from your TVs. It’s gonna be a very special day for Wills and Kate … and we’re almost almost there!!!

Watch: ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows – Part 2′ Releases An EPIC New Trailer

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 07:46 AM PDT

The end is nigh. The end is SO nigh that you can practically taste it. We are mere months away from the release of the final, FINAL Harry Potter film and as each day draws nearer, a part of me withers up and dies. Warner Bros. released a new trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and when I say it is an epic trailer, I’m not trying to sound over dramatic and hyperbolic. This is an EPIC look at the final showdown between Harry Potter (and friends) and Lord Voldemort (and fiends). Prepare yourselves … this new trailer is going to jolt you back into the realization that the total end of Harry Potter is nearly upon us.

Ho.Lee.Shizz! I am SO not ready for the Harry Potter franchise to be over. Because The Deathly Hallows was broken up into 2 films, this second (and final) film will be ALL action. Part 1 was a long, fairly slow lead-in to the big showdown that is featured in this Summer’s final film. I fully expect that the action will get underway as soon as the Part 2 begins and won’t stop until … well … the end. I know I won’t even be able to pretend that I won’t cry. If my movie theater seat isn’t soaked with tears, then I’ll be very surprised. The end is coming .. .quickly. Are you ready for it?

‘Entertainment Weekly’ Gives Us Our First Look At ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 07:24 AM PDT

The principal stars of The Twilight Saga film franchise — Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner — are featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine. EW is bringing us our FIRST LOOK at the first official promo photos released from the film (which will be broken up in 2 parts, with the first part hitting theaters in November). On one cover, Bella Swan and Edward Cullen share the cover together … on the alternate cover, Taylor Lautner has the cover all to himself. You want some Breaking Dawn goodness? Check it out below.

Fans have waited years to see Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) tie the knot, and the wedding scene, scheduled for the end of production on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, proved to be equally climactic for those involved. "It was one of the coolest things that I've done," says Stewart. "There was a certain point when I walked on set, and I saw everyone from the entire cast sitting there in the pews, about to do their bit. And it was just so perfect for me in that moment. It was so emotional in such a real way. I literally felt like thanking them for coming." But filming wasn't always quite so idyllic. As the stars and director tell EW, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2 (in theaters November 18 and November 2012) involved a grueling, globe-trotting shoot, and scenes far darker, bloodier, and more polarizing than any in the franchise so far. If audiences haven't matured with the Twilight books, they're about to grow up fast. "We shot everything — whether it's the lovemaking or the childbirth — as potent and powerful as it can be," says director Bill Condon, who knew he was working within the constraints of a PG-13 rating. "It will be interesting to see whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this universe." For her part, Stewart wishes the movie could have been even truer to the graphic nature of the book — not so much the honeymoon sequence ("It feels like a real love scene, not necessarily vampire-y, which is good"), but the brutal birth of the baby, Renesmee. "It's funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it's all about the sex," she says. "The birth is really effective, and I've heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that's how it was written in the book." She sighs: "I would have loved to have been puking up blood." Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob, says that even being a member of the wolf pack didn't have its privileges. "Everybody is always complaining to me that I don't have to wear the contacts, I don't have to wear the white makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I'm like, 'I'm the one in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt! I paid my dues in New Moon and Eclipse.'" And as for his plot arc in Part 2, which will involve falling for — or imprinting on — Renesmee? "There were many times I walked up to Stephenie [Meyer] and asked her, 'What exactly is imprinting?'" says Lautner. "It's still a very confusing thing for me, so don't ask."

But while EW has the Breaking Dawn stars on their cover, People magazine has a few photos from the film inside their new issue this week:

The Twilight teens are finally growing up. In the next installment of the saga, Breaking Dawn – Part 1, Edward and Bella (played by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) take their relationship to the next level. “They make love for the first time, they get married and pregnant,” says director Bill Condon. Much of the vampire honeymoon was shot just outside of the Brazilian town of Paraty. “There’s this incredibly sensual vibe down there,” says Condon. While Jacob, the werewolf played by Taylor Lautner doesn’t get the girl in this one, he does manage to get over her, and in doing so “becomes a man,” says Condon. At least he gets to ride a cool motorcycle.

While I feel that Breaking Dawn is one of the most ridiculous books that I have ever read, I can’t help but be EXTREMELY curious to see how the events in the novel will be brought to life on the big screen. I have to believe that the film will be superior to the book (because, let’s be honest, the movie couldn’t be any worse) so I’m counting on the best parts of the book (of which there are few) becoming the focus of the film. We are still many months away from the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 … so I’m surprised we’re getting these official goodies so early. What do y’all think of these new photos? Do they rekindle your love of Twilight? Are you excited to see this film?
