Beyoncé's Giving 4 Nights of "4" In NYC

After performing tons of concerts overseas to promote her now platinum album 4, Beyoncé is taking the stage or 4 nights in a row in New York City.

 

Deets on her upcoming performances inside....

The big summer of music continues with Beyoncé's team announcing via her Facebook page, website, and press release today that the "Best Thing You Never Had" singer is bringing the party to New York.

For four nights, August 14, 16, 18 and 19, Mrs. Knowles Carter will perform her new songs to a standing room only audience at the famed Roseland Ballroom.  The set on each night will be the entire collection of her album, 4.

Here's the lowdown on how to cop the tix:

General ticket sales begin at 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 10 at Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com/Beyonce). The first date, August 14, will be available at 1:00 PM. Tickets for August 16 will be available for purchase starting at 2:00 PM EST; August 18 tickets will be available at 3:00 PM EST. Tickets for the final concert on August 19 will be available at 4:00 PM EST.

There will also be pre-sale available for Citi credit card Private Pass members on August 10th as well.

Venus and Serena Williams, both in Toronto for The Roger's Cup, spoke on a panel yesterday.  See the photos inside and see Dennis Rodman debut his milkshake...

 

Yesterday, Venus and Serena Williams spoke on a panel for the Roger's Cup official draw at the Rexall Centre in Toronto.

Venus Williams will start her Toronto journey against 2008 French Open champion Ana Ivanovic.

 

Meanwhile, Serena opens against Alona Bondarenko.  Good luck ladies.

 

 

And in California......

NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman rocked an interesting jacket and scarf while at Millions of Milkshakes in Culver City, CA.  Dennis and these loud ass colors and prints...

The former NBA champ was on hand to debut his Gtox Milkshake, which uses the GTOX ingredient and is supposed to be a "hangover killer."

And while there, the eccentric former baller signed a few autographs.  Some things never change...

ABC Apologizes For Nicki's Nip Slip On "GMA"

We told you yesterday about Nicki Minaj's nipple slip during her "Good Morning America" summer concert series show yesterday morn.  Now ABC is speaking out and apologizing for the incident.  Get the deets inside and watch Drake send a tender message to Nicki...

 

It turns out, most Americans don't want a side of "Ta Tas" with their ham and eggs in the morning.

Following Nicki Minaj's unfortunate nipple slip during her "GMA" performance yesterday, ABC issued a statement to TMZ saying, 

"Although we had a five-second delay in place for the Nicki Minaj concert on GMA , the live East Coast feed of the concert regrettably included certain fleeting images of the performer that were taken out of later feeds of the broadcast in other time zones."

The network rep added, "We are sorry that this occurred."

Guess no lessons were learned from Ms. Jackson.  *sending double sided tape to the Young Money household*

During an intimate moment at a performance at Caesars Windor, Drake shared that he misses his friend Nicki,

Rihanna Rocks The Stage Back Home In Barbados, Films "Cheers" Video At Afterparty!

Rihanna wrapped up her LOUD tour last night on her home island of Barbados.  The Bajan pop diva rocked her usual risque stage costumes and sexed it up for her fans.

MONEY WOES: U.S. Bank SUES Fantasia For $25,000!

Actress and singer Fantasia Barrino has been hit with a $25,000 lawsuit by a bank she allegedly owes money to.  Get the deets inside.....

 

Fantasia, who we told you is expecting her second child, was hit with a $25,000 lawsuit last month.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit was filed by a collection company representing U.S. Bank for allegedly owing them.  

While the lawsuit didn't go into detail, it did say the collection company wants "$25,057.02 plus 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009."

Neither side has given a statement about what's going on, but bottom line is, this bank wants their damn money.

Oh Fanny....I hope Antwuan helps her figure this out....*eyebrows raised*.....

Rapper Big Sean Denies Sexual Assault Complaint Filed After His NY Concert

Rapper Big Sean was arrested amid allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman following a concert. Get the deets on the arrest and allegations inside.....

 

On Thursday, Big Sean was arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse after a woman filed a complaint following his concert in Artpark State Park, held in Lewiston near Niagara Falls.

The complaint also lists another man, Willie Hansbro, who faces the same charges.

Big Sean and Willie were given Sept. 6 court dates and later released on $500 bail.

Earlier today, Big Sean’s lawyer Scott Leemon released the following statement:

"Last night, recording artists, Sean “Big Sean” Anderson and Willie “Sayitainttone” Hansbro were arrested and then immediately released by the NY State Police in connection with an allegation made by a female who was at their concert in Lewiston, New York.  Both men were charged with misdemeanors and they both vehemently deny the allegations.  I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated."

Shaunie O'Neal Says She's "Really Embarassed" By The Catfights And Tantrums On "Basketball Wives"

We told you earlier that Shaunie O'Neal had spoken out about the negative direction that the "Basketball Wives" franchise is headed in, and now she's talking to producers of the show about creating more balance.  Get the deets inside...

 
As we all get ready to watch Eric throw a drink in the face of Jennifer, Shaunie O’Neal opened up to FOX revealing that moments like those are not what she originally envisioned. 

“When I started the show I really just wanted to follow this group of ladies around. We all have a common bond; we understand each other’s lives. It started as that. Since then, it’s taken on a life of its own,” O’Neal told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “I never imagined it would be a group of ladies fighting and arguing that way that they do. That was never part of the plan.”

She continued,

“I hate that it has to be a fight or an argument that gives us 4.2 million viewers. I hate that, but it’s something where I’m working as hard as I can to show some type of balance, because it is there. We do know how to act, we do charity work. I would love a little more balance and we’re going to try to do more of that in season 4,” she said. “I know that people love the fighting and the arguing, but I do want to have some positive in there somewhere.”

But it doesn't seem like we will be getting many positive moments from "BBW: LA" when it debuts in August.  Shaunie seems to be taking a negative stance towards those chicks.

“I feel like that show, from what I hear in certain production calls and stuff like that, is turning into ‘I have slept with a basketball player at some point of time in my life, so now I’m on Basketball Wives’. That’s definitely not what I brought to the table and not what I would be proud of having my name on. I think that’s a whole different show that I wouldn’t produce.”

We hear Shaunie's frustrations....but.....she's still cashing those "BBW"  "BBW: LA" checks. So can you have it both ways? 

She ended her interview saying, “A change needs to be made somewhere in these reality shows."  And she said this could be done by "...showing some balances.”

Vivica A. Fox, who recently starred on Lifetime's "Drop Dead Diva" will be returning to the network in the series "The Protector."  Viv will play Captain Lisa Novak, the ex-wife of Miguel Ferrer’s Lieutenant Felix Valdez. Her role begins in Episode 12 of the series which airs on Mondays at 10/9c.

 

Also guess who's coming back to TV?

 

Martin Lawrence and CBS have begun talks for him to star in a new vehicle that could air on the network during the 2012-2013 season.  Martin's return to the small screen will be welcomed by fans off his hit series "Martin" that aired on FOX from 1992-1997.

 

And guess who's moving into the 90210 area?

 

R&B singer Brandy has landed a rold on the CW series "90210."  According to tvline.com,

She’ll play Marissa Jackson-Lewis, a charismatic young politician running for congress in California against Teddy’s (Trevor Donovan) conservative uncle. “She’s a cross between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama,” notes a source close to the show. “She’s inspirational but with a drive to get the job done.” To that end, Marissa hires Silver (Jessica Stroup) to create a video campaign to reach the youth vote.

Brandy is set to join Tristan Wilds and the rest of the cast in October. 

 

 

DETAILS Revealed About President Obama's 50th Birthday Party with Jay-Z, Chris Rock And Gayle King

We told you earlier about President Barack Obama celebrating his birthday at two fundraisers in Chicago and now we can tell you about his ultra-exclusive birthday at the White House with some of his high profile friends like Chris Rock, Jay-Z and Tom Hanks. Deets inside....

 

Last night, President Obama was surrounded some of the biggest stars in the world as he celebrated his birthday with dinner in the Rose Garden and music in the East Room at the White House.  The exclusive event was billed as being low-keys and no pictures have emerged yet, but we do know that Stevie Wonder did an impromptu performance as Tom Hanks, Chris Rock and Jay-Z looked on.

Chris Rock even posted a message online saying, 

 'Just left the Presidents birthday party at the White House. Herbie Hancock played, Stevie Wonder sang and yes they did the electric slide. A great night,' he wrote.

Others at the party included Ledisi (who performed) Charles Barkley, Gayle King, Steve Harvey, Grant Hill, Reverend Al Sharpton, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. 

Guests munched on barbecue chicken, hamburgers, ribs, hot dogs, pastas and salads.  And for dessert a medley of apple, cherry, huckleberry and peach pies were handed out.

Sounds like fun!

YBF chics Kelly Rowland and Viola Davis were both spotted in NYC yesterday promoting their various projects.  See the fab ladies inside....

 

Singer Kelly Rowland was seen outside of the NBC studios in New York yesterday making lilac pants and snakeskin wedges look uber cute.

 

The star appeared on "TODAY" to promote her charity work with The Boys &  Girls Clubs.

Also in NYC.....

Actress Viola Davis was seen leaving the 'Jimmy Fallon' Show' in New York yesterday with her husband Julius Tennon.

The Academy Award nominated and Juliard trained actress was in town to promote The Help.  

Viola has appeared on numerous magazine covers for the film and said on "Live With Regis And Kelly" today that people should support the film and not get caught up in the "idea" of Black actresses playing maids.
