Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:50 PM PDT A Few Good Men costars Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are entertaining offers to star in the upcoming comedy El Presidente. The film centers around a devoted Secret Service agent (played by Cruise) who is ordered to guard a former president (played by Nicholson). The agent's job is boring until a serious threat forces them to go on the run. Dan Goor is writing the script for Warner Brothers. We like the idea. Guarding Tess with a twist! [Image via WENN.] |
Bullied University Of Michigan Student Speaks Out! Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:40 PM PDT We've been waiting to hear this kid's side of the story! Check out (above) University of Michigan student body president Chris Armstong, finally speaking out on Anderson Cooper 360 about Assistant Attorney General Andrew Shirvell's INSANE homophobic smear campaign against him! This kid is such an inspiration! It makes us sick that someone would target such a well-spoken, compassionate young man! Keep that chin up, bb! There's a lot of people who have your back! |
Date Night For R-Patz And K-Stew Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:34 PM PDT We're surprised they went unnoticed! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart enjoyed a date night on Tuesday while seeing musical act Jenny and Johnny at El Lay's Troubador. A source revealed:
We can't believe they've been together this long! [Image via WENN.] |
Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:30 PM PDT See how much more pleasant things are when can just chill and have a good time with the papz! They can even teach you a thing or too! Miley Cyrus, whose been pretty grumpy with the photogs as of late, went back to being her charming self for a pap outside the studio yesterday. He noticed that she was carrying a Brazilian jacket and offered to teach her how to translate "Party in the USA" to "Party in Brazil!" Then, she sings it! And she's not half bad! Check out MileyBird's mad singing skills! (above) Right on the fly like that! Impressive! |
Snickers' Unsettling Halloween Commercial! Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:20 PM PDT Check out Snickers' new commercial peddling Halloween candy! (above) It's a little…creeptastic! (Then again, that's probably the point! It's Halloween! Duh!) Thoughts? |
Brit Brit Inspired Dance-Off On Dancing With The Stars! Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:10 PM PDT This performance is as fierce as it is HOT and SPICY! Check out (above) a video of Dancing with the Stars' Mark Ballas and Val Chmerkovskiy - brother of Maksim - dueling it out on the dancefloor to Brit Brit's Toxic! AMAZING! WERK IT, boys! |
Brooke Shields' New Musical Off To Shaky Start, She May Be Fired Before Broadway Run Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:00 PM PDT Not every musical is going to be a success, Brooke. Leap of Faith is clearly a team effort, so don't worry. You've got a variety of people to share the blame with, including the director, choreographer, writer, and other actors. OR maybe it's the audience's fault. Maybe you've had consistently lame audiences that just aren't "getting it." Who knows? Whoever's fault it is, Brooke Shields' new show, Leap of Faith, a musical from the legendary composer Alan Menken, is NOT being well received by critics. The play recently opened at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, and the producing team is seeking to bring the show to Broadway. Looks like the play's producing team is unsure about whether or not they'll bring Shields along with them IF they make it to Broadway, but then again, the playwright himself is taking knocks for this one too, so maybe they'll just replace everyone! We saw the musical. Brooke was decent. Definitely not embarrassing. But we really enjoyed the show overall! Did U see Leap of Faith? What did U think of it? [Image via WENN.] |
Listen To This: Bieber's Girlfriend Brings All The Boys To The Yard! Posted: 07 Oct 2010 11:50 AM PDT This is hot, Miz Villegas!!!!! It reminds us of another of our favorite songs of the moment, Willow Smith's Whip My Hair, with influences as well from Kelis' Milkshake and Beyonce's Check On It. Yup, it's very gay! We LOVE it! Check out Jasmine V's new song, All These Boys, above!!!! |
Posted: 07 Oct 2010 11:40 AM PDT Latinolicious! Modern Family's Sofia Vergara will executive produce a new sitcom based on the popular Spanish series AquĆ no hay quien viva (aka I Hate This Place). Ben Silverman approached Vergara on the project that will air on ABC. The script for the single camera comedy will be written by Craig Doyle. The show is a multi-cultural and multi-generational comedy similar to Modern Family, but set in an apartment building. It centers around old school father and his lazy ass son who are forced to work together to manage the crazy tenants of the building that has been in their family for generations. We love it! A-Skars & Kate Bosworth Still In Lurve! Posted: 07 Oct 2010 11:30 AM PDT Going strong! Last night, Alexander Skargard was spotted out in Hollywood having a date night with his girl, Kate Bosworth. But you wouldn't think it if you just saw the paps shots! Kate and A-Skars played it coy and stayed far enough away from each other so the photogs couldn't get a money shot of them together! Smart! However, there is no denying the video! Check out their walk home with the paparazzi in tow! (above) |
