Cruise And Nicholson Reunite! Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:50 PM PDT A Few Good Men costars Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are entertaining offers to star in the upcoming comedy El Presidente. The film centers around a devoted Secret Service agent (played by Cruise) who is ordered to guard a former president (played by Nicholson). Check out (above) University of Michigan student body president Chris Armstong, finally speaking out on Anderson Cooper 360 about Assistant Attorney General Andrew Shirvell's INSANE homophobic smear campaign against him! Date Night For R-Patz And K-Stew Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:34 PM PDT We're surprised they went unnoticed! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart enjoyed a date night on Tuesday while seeing musical act Jenny and Johnny at El Lay's Troubador. A source revealed: "It's very easy for people to blend in which they did amazingly well. Almost nobody recognized the two while they were there. The staff was aware, as they get famous people watching shows there all the time and are willing to accommodate there needs if needed. They were close to each other with Kristen in front of Rob almost all night. They never hid the fact they were obviously a couple, they were extremely close the entire time they both were there. It looked like they were both enjoying the music but it was Kristen who enjoyed it the most as she was seen singing the songs and there were times she sang songs to Rob, while Rob just smiled and laughed that Kristen was loving it! They were there to enjoy the live music, not each others voices. They were seen laughing and enjoying the time they were there, never once caused a scene and were fully vibing with the band. They feel comfortable at the venue and enjoy that they can just relax and have fun, the venue also made sure that a bouncer was near by incase anything ever got rowdy during the night, which at no time did that happen at all." Miley Cyrus, whose been pretty grumpy with the photogs as of late, went back to being her charming self for a pap outside the studio yesterday. He noticed that she was carrying a Brazilian jacket and offered to teach her how to translate "Party in the USA" to "Party in Brazil!" Then, she sings it! And she's not half bad! Brooke Shields' New Musical Off To Shaky Start, She May Be Fired Before Broadway Run Posted: 07 Oct 2010 12:00 PM PDT Not every musical is going to be a success, Brooke. Leap of Faith is clearly a team effort, so don't worry. You've got a variety of people to share the blame with, including the director, choreographer, writer, and other actors. OR maybe it's the audience's fault. Maybe you've had consistently lame audiences that just aren't "getting it." Who knows? Whoever's fault it is, Brooke Shields' new show, Leap of Faith, a musical from the legendary composer Alan Menken, is NOT being well received by critics. The play recently opened at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, and the producing team is seeking to bring the show to Broadway. Looks like the play's producing team is unsure about whether or not they'll bring Shields along with them IF they make it to Broadway, but then again, the playwright himself is taking knocks for this one too, so maybe they'll just replace everyone! We saw the musical. Brooke was decent. Definitely not embarrassing. But we really enjoyed the show overall! Did U see Leap of Faith? What did U think of it? [Image via WENN.]

Modern Family's Sofia Vergara will executive produce a new sitcom based on the popular Spanish series Aquí no hay quien viva (aka I Hate This Place). Ben Silverman approached Vergara on the project that will air on ABC. The script for the single camera comedy will be written by Craig Doyle. The show is a multi-cultural and multi-generational comedy similar to Modern Family, but set in an apartment building. It centers around old school father and his lazy ass son who are forced to work together to manage the crazy tenants of the building that has been in their family for generations. We love it!
