The actor was spotted down in a TriBeCa Barnes & Noble this morning, reading excerpts from his new book, Pal Alto Stories, and looking mighty fine as usual! A little out of sorts, though! Really, Really, Ridiculously Good News, Zoolander Fans! Posted: 21 Oct 2010 12:40 PM PDT Zoolander is back and a lot sooner than any of us thought! Ben Stiller, in conjunction with Paramount Digital Entermainment, is bringing his iconic character back to life! Ben has just inked a deal through his production company to start developing an animated-web series based off his Zoolander character! Should the cartoon take off, the two-year contract leaves the door open for a wide variety of other projects - including a feature film! That sounds like a "yes" to a sequel to us! The web videos will be short, 5 minute pieces and Ben is working hard to get his friends Owen Wilson and Will Ferrell to make guest appearances. If he could get everyone together, we imagine this will TAKE OFF! Are U excited for a Zoolander cartoon?

SLDN Advises Gay Military Members To Keep Quiet About Their Sexual Preference For The Time Being! Posted: 21 Oct 2010 12:30 PM PDT This is absolutely infuriating. Now that the ridiculous 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy has been reinstated, The Servicemembers Legal Defense Network is advising those homosexuals who may have applied to join the military to proceed with caution when discussing their sexual preference! SLDN spokesman Trevor Thomas explains: "If a judge in a higher court stays the ruling, 'don't ask, don't tell' will become law again. The Pentagon could use their statement of homosexuality against them." However, although the legality of the policy is still a mess, OutServe, an underground gay service members group, claims that behind closed doors, most people in military aren't taking the policy seriously! Co-founder 'J.D. Smith' explains: "Straight service members are going up to people and asking are you gay and are you a lesbian, the policy is now over. At unit levels peer-to-peer we are seeing people come out, but we are still hiding it from the leadership level. Discussion in units has all been pretty positive." We're thrilled to hear it, but the fact that it has to be kept from the higher-ups is still a serious issue! Enough is enough! This policy needs to GO, and ASAP! Thoughts?? [Image via AP Images.]

Teenager Who Claims Jodie Foster Attacked Him Is Suing Her! Posted: 21 Oct 2010 12:10 PM PDT The D.A. threw out the case, so they are taking things to civil court. Jodie Foster is being accused of attacking a young teenager at a mall last May when he tried to take a picture of him. Though she has denied the allegations, the boy's family is convinced otherwise and is now suing the actress in civil court. The boy's father explained to sources: "We have retained an attorney to proceed with a civil suit against Jodie Foster for her assault since justice was not served by the DA's office. We will proceed in civil court… our attorney is proceeding." He should proceed with caution. We're sure Jodie has a much better legal team than you and going head to head with them might not be in your best interest. Still, if it is justice you seek, here's hoping you find it! (Our money is on Jodie being found innocent and the whole thing just becoming a huge waste of everyone's time.)

The latest gossip from the reality competition is that Cher Lloyd is getting very smitten with fellow contestant Harry Styles of One Direction! According to sources on the set: "Cher has made it clear she's got a real soft spot for Harry. But her flirting could cause division in the lads. There were fears last week that Cher was a bit frail and so Simon asked the band members to keep their eye on her to make sure she was happy. Harry took the comments to heart. He is taking extra special care of her. Hopefully that will relax and soften her. If she can stay out of trouble and concentrate on singing she has a much better chance of progressing." Uh-oh! A little fling might help her loosen up, but given Cher's flair for the dramatics, we worry that it might cause more harm than good in the long run! But hopefully these two are having fun!
