The Bullsh*t Dream Team: D-Wade, Bron Bron, Bosh, & ‘Em Blame The Coach “He Doesn’t Let Us Be Ourselves”

Poor babies…let us pull out the violin:

ESPN has reported that the Miami Heat players are frustrated with coach Erik Spoelstra and are questioning whether he is fit to coach the team.

According to the report, sources said that the players think Spoelstra “is not letting them be themselves” and “that they are questioning his offensive strategies.” The Heat coach reportedly called out LeBron James during a recent practice in front of the team, telling him to get more serious.

In the third quarter of Miami’s 106-95 loss to Dallas on Nov. 27, James bumped Spoelstra during a timeout. The 40-year-old coach downplayed the incident, reportedly saying he didn’t notice the bump until he was told about it after the game. Miami has lost four of their last five games and are 9-8 overall.

At least these clowns won last night against the Washington Wizards at home…

Surprise: Beyonce Beat Out Taylor On Thanksgiving… It’s Not All Good News Though

Posted: 30 Nov 2010 05:08 AM PST

We kind of figured that Taylor Swift “Speak Now” Thanksgiving special would be a waste of airtime, if for no other reason than the fact that NBC could have replaced it with something or someone much more interesting. We’re surprised that Beyonce barely did any better.

While Mrs. Camel definitely had a stronger draw than America’s Country Sweetheart, her “I Am… World Tour’ special still couldn’t beat out reruns on other channels during her time slot.

She may be a huge draw at the record stores and an attraction at music awards shows, but as far as dominating the airwaves on Thanksgiving, Taylor Swift has a long way to go.

he pop-country phenomenon's NBC special "Speak Now," a look at her new album juxtaposed with live performance footage, garnered a mere 1.2 adults 18-49 rating with 4.42 million viewers. Though the show can exclaim that its adults 18-49 demo grew by 30% from start-to-finish, no one at NBC or on 'Team Swift' should be bragging about that performance.

The show finished fourth in its timeslot behind the NFL overrun/"The Simpsons" movie on FOX, re-runs of CBS' "The Big Bang Theory/$#*! My Dad Says" (1.6 rating, 6.21 million) and another airing of ABC's "Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" (1.5 rating, 4.99 million viewers).

Of course, Swift was not the only music superstar to disappoint on television. Though her 90 minute special drew slightly better in the demo, Beyonce's "I Am…World Tour" was far from a runaway success.

Over the course of the broadcast, the ABC show garnered a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating with 4.13 million viewers.

For its part, it was behind re-runs of CBS" "Mike & Molly" and "The Mentalist" and FOX's "The Simpsons Movie" (only for the first half or so) for a second/third place finish in the 9:30-11PM slot.

So there you have it: all the more reason for Taylor to disappear back out of our stream of consciousness.

Court Proceedings Against Bishop Eddie Long Stroke Still On And Poppin

Posted: 29 Nov 2010 05:00 PM PST

Just because we haven’t heard anything about it in a couple weeks doesn’t mean the fire isn’t still lit under the a** of Pastor Eddie Long. The Plaintiffs lawyer BJ Bernstein says that she’ll soon begin the deposition process for her clients Anthony Flagg, Jamal Parris, Maurice Robinson and Spencer LeGrande.

Bernstein would not let Flagg talk to Channel 2's Tom Regan, and only spoke briefly about the Long case.
“We were in court last week. Discovery is happening right now. We’re setting up deposition dates, so the litigation is proceeding," said Bernstein.
"We're talking about getting forward and going through the case and planning for deadlines the judge set," added Bernstein.

This lawyer sounds like a pitbull, and that b*tch coming to take a bite outta dat a**.

The Hood Life: No Cash To Support Your Habit? Pull Out Your Food Stamps And EBT Card!!!

food stamps

There comes a time in everyone’s life when your career needs to be reevaluated. We think this drug dealer has reached that point.

A recent drug bust in Wellston, Missouri led detectives of the town’s police department to a drug dealer who was accepting means of welfare in return for his supply of crack cocaine. Food stamps and child support on debit cards were all used for purchasing drugs, as well as cash, jewelry, and electronic items.

According to a Fox News affiliate, the Wellston detectives raided a suspected drug home in the 6400 block of Hobart and, along with 6 grams of crack cocaine, fifteen grams of marijuana, four guns and several knives, they discovered more than 60 of the cards.

Wellston Police Chief G. Thomas Walker has begun a full investigation of the fraudulent crimes. “It hurts and infuriates me to think it’s my tax dollars they’re using to buy drugs.”

An undercover detective even states that the dealer may have been producing pornography in his residency.

The drug dealer has not been charged yet for these crimes and is not in police custody.

We have no words for this mess.

La La Vazquez Gets “Deep” With Fearless Magazine

Posted: 29 Nov 2010 03:06 PM PST

la la vazquez fearless

Here’s La La Vazquez on the cover of Fearless magazine’s Winter 2010 edition and speaks on her life’s purpose, etc:

We are all here for a reason. Why do you think you are here?

That's a deep one. I think I am definitely here to be a mother to my son and to be a good example to him of how men should treat women.

You're a new bride tell us about that experience. Do you feel any different than before?

You know I think overall I feel the same in the relationship. It's the same even though inside of me there is that place that knows, "OK, you're married now.

What does being "Fearless" mean to you?

I've learned in this business someone's not going to like it. Someone's always going to have something to say. So I think that being fearless is not trying to please everybody but just pleasing yourself because at the day end of the day if you're happy that's all that really matters.

This is a great pic of La La…definitely a good look.
