While Halle Berry's tauting all over the U.S. with her new boyfriend Olivier Martinez, her ex and baby's father Gabriel Aubrey found some time to kick back courtside at the Lakers game last night.

 

Oh, and he even found someone to keep him company while doing so--Kim Kardashian.  Pics when you read on...

Kim was also there with her mom and sister Khloe, so maybe it was just a coincidence both her and Gabriel Aubry were at that game and decided to chat it up.  But I'm sure if chick had a choice of which seat to plop her famed booty in...

T.I. Covers VIBE + Waka Flocka Skips Out On Charity Event?!

T.I. did an interview with VIBE before he went away to prison. We've got the cover and interview highlights, plus deets on Waka Flocka skipping a charity show in Florida when you read on...

 

T.I. talked about his drug habit, being treated unfairly, and Eminem in the upcoming issue of VIBE. The rapper covered the December edition and here's a few highlights:

 

VIBE: I’ve heard you mention how the good that you’ve done is easily forgotten. Do you feel that you’ve been treated unfairly?

T.I. "If I place my value in the way humans treat me, then maybe. But they’re human, man―they can’t help themselves. They do that to people they know personally. So how can I expect them to treat me, only knowing me through television? They did that to Jesus. They did that to Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali. They did it to every great person you could possibly think of. When it was all good, they was with them. When things got bad, then they was against them."

 

VIBE: But in this case things didn’t “get bad.” It’s something you did.

T.I. "Let me just say this: [he sits up on the couch] If you look at a guy who came up, no pops in the house, moms on welfare, food stamps; started selling dope when he was 12, 13 years old, came up handling guns, being in shoot-outs; started going to jail when he was 15. In all of this chaos and this mischief and lawlessness, the person who was just in jail for machine guns and silencers turns his life around. And now you want to crucify him ―for what? Three pills. I mean, of course it’s wrong and unacceptable and inexcusable. No problem. But in the grand scheme of things, it’s rather petty. It’s rather petty to hold someone’s feet to the fire for something so small when they have overcame things that were so big. All that could have been going wrong―if I was riding with more guns, or if I had gotten into a shoot-out and killed somebody, then I could see that. But just think about it. I’ve gotten it down to this much."

 

VIBE: How did you get a drug habit?

T.I. "I had a lot of work done to my teeth. Oral surgery, extractions, six, seven, eight root canals. Between January to February. As soon as I got out, I had a lot of stuff done. In the joint, you eat shit that is unhealthy for you. I had fillings that fell out and stuff that had to get dealt with. Of course for the pain they gave me oxycontin and hydrocodone. And, mind you, on October 13, 2007, I had cut off everything―weed, alcohol. Then I get these pills and I start taking them for the pain at first. And then I’m like, Wait―this shit makes me feel good. And it’s legal. After the pain went away, I kept taking it. I had like five, six prescriptions. So I had, like 80 pills. Everybody else might have a drink or smoke a blunt, I took a pain pill. Times when I had 18-, 20-hour days, I’d take a pain pill. And eventually I developed―I guess―the beginning stages of dependence."

 

VIBE: Have you talked to Eminem about addiction?

T.I. "Sure. We got a record together, and we talked a lot. I asked him how he knew he was an addict. Basically if you put yourself in harm’s way… if you risk that, you’ve got to assume that there is something fundamentally wrong with your thought process."

 

Let's hope T.I. can get over his drug addiction during his stint in prison. The issue hits stands November 30th.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

250 fans were disappointed when Waka Flocka Flame failed to perform at a charity event in Florida. The rapper had a dispute with the promoters over $10k in cash.  The promoter claims that there was nothing in the contract that stated he had to pay Waka $10k.

 

He also claims that Waka Flocka didn't make any of his scheduled appearances during the day. The promoter is looking to sue Waka Flocka to get their deposit back and work something out for the fans who showed up. 

This isn't the first time Waka Flocka has been the subject of lawsuits with promoters. This Florida event is another in the long lists of disputes Waka has with promoters. It's a shame he couldn't perform a charity event over $10k.

The 2010 American Music Awards were held last night and we have on-stage photos and performances for you from Usher, Ne-Yo, Diddy and others inside....

We've got more pics and performances from last night's AMA's in L.A.  Nicki Minaj and Trey Songz were among the presenters. 

Usher received his award for Favorite Soul/R&B Male Artist and Favorite Soul/R&B Album for Raymond v. Raymond.

Willow Smith introduced Justin Bieber on stage in this interesting outfit.

Justin Bieber went on to win Favorite Breakthrough Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, Favorite Artist of the Year and Favorite Pop/Rock Album for My World 2.0.   Goodness.

Rihanna won Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist.


 

The Black Eyed Peas hit the stage to perform.
 

And Diddy hit the stage with Dirty Money.  Why was his performance hard to watch though?

Christina Milian looked great on stage.

 

Ne-yo performed a medley of hits including "Champagne Life."

Guess Which "Atlanta Housewife" Is Pregnant...

I'm baffled to say the least.  After last night's "Watch What Happens" "Real Housewives" aftershow with Andy Cohen...Kim Zolciak denied she was pregnant and says she took offense to people thinking she's "fat".

 

But look who just revealed she's preggers with her football playing boyfriend afterall...

Sigh.  "Atlanta Housewife" Kim Zolciak is now claiming she's preggers.  After denying it for months, she's snapped some flicks of her baby belly with her NFL Falcon player boyfriend Kroy Biermann are expecting their first child.

I see Kim is playing along with her usual track record of finding a man with some money and dropping a baby so she can subsidize her life for another 18 years.  Who needs to focus on marriage when you have 18 years of guaranteed money...right Kim?  Smdh.

Last night Kim said she was drinking tea because she was following Kandi's voice "rules" and since she was singing that God-awful "Google Me" song live during the after show. 

But now, Kim tells Life & Style mag--complete with pics of her protruding belly--that she's 3 months pregnant now, so she can stop denying the unplanned pregnancy:

“I was surprised!” Kim, 32, tells Life & Style about the pregnancy. “While it wasn’t planned, God clearly has a bigger and better plan for us and we’re excited.”

At first, Kim denied reports that she was pregnant when a jealous ex leaked the news back in October. “I was appalled and disgusted by that,” she says. “I wasn’t through my first trimester — you never know what could happen.”

But now Kim is three months pregnant and ready to share the wonderful news, telling Life & Style: “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.”

Kim, who has two daughters from a previous marriage, Brielle, 13, and Ariana, 9, has been dating Kroy since May – viewers saw her meet the 25-year-old Atlanta Falcons defensive end on the Nov. 14 episode of Housewives. “He makes me a better person,” says Kim. “I love everything about him.”

The couple has yet to find out the sex of the baby, but boy or girl, Kim can’t wait to start a family with the football star. “I definitely don’t want to get married while I’m pregnant,” she says. “But I can see myself marrying Kroy in the future.”

If you haven't been watching, Kim met Kroy by walking up to him at Sheree's "Dancing Stars of Atanta" show and telling him his ass is so incredible and gave him her number.  It was one of Kim's ~classier~ moments.  So since Big Poppa is now broke and out of the picture, it's Kroy time and pimp-my-pregnancy-and-first-baby-pics time in the Kim Zolciak household.

The AMAs were tonight in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre L.A.

Rihanna rocked a long red Elie Saab couture fall 2010 gown with floral detailing, accessorized with Christian Louboutin heels, curly red hair and Neil Lane jewels.


 

And she went home with he favorite R&B/Soul Female Award.

She later posed with Usher.

He does look good....but the "mohawk" for dudes was over a few years back.

He also won tonight for Favorite Soul/R&B Album for Raymond v. Raymond.

Christina Milian got gorgeous for the carpet in this lacey and revealing black and silver sequin number:

Leg makeup does wonders.

 

Keri Hilson rocked a short and blackless croc skin Sammy B dress.  She accessorized with House of Harlow gold and black bangles, Noir earrings and Francesco Sacco shoes.

Rihanna opened tonight's AMAs with a nine minute performance that starred her voice and her long legs.  She then won the award for Best Soul/R&B female.  See pics and the performance inside...

 

The 2010 American Music Awards were tonight at the Nokia Theatre in L.A.  And while we're feeling Rih's new curly hair, her voice during this performance was a while other thing:

Beyonce and her fabulousness hosted her "I Am...World Tour" DVD screening in NYC at School of Visual Arts Theater tonight.  Media and her celeb friends had the chance to view the DVD before it hit shelves, and before she shows snippets on ABC Thanksgiving night.

EVENT FAB: JHUD & Quincy Jones Support Happy Hearts Fund + 2010 CNN Heroes

Last night in New York, Quincy Jones, Jennifer Hudson, and a few other celebs came out to the Metropolitan Pavilion to support Happy Hearts Fund's Land of Dreams Thailand.  Over in Los Angeles, stars flocked to honor everyday people changing the world for the "CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute." Read on for the pics...

 

Happy Hearts Fund is a non-profit organization that aims to improve children's lives through education.  The event offered  an  opportunity to experience the magic of Thailand without ever leaving New York through traditional cuisine and  entertainment. 

The extra slim Jennifer Hudson smiled for cameras in a maroon cocktail dress that was gathered at th waist.

Singer Edge, model Petra Nemcova, Quincy Jones, and JHud, posed for a group shot.

When American Idol winner Jordin Sparks was invited onstage by superstar Usher during a recent concert in her hometown, Glendale, AZ, I'm sure she had no idea what to expect.  Jordin, who famously wears a purity ring, was seated on the stage and then "worked over" by Usher.  Weird moment?  You decide...

In television news,

Ice-T and his wife CoCo were spotted at Covet lounge in midtown Manhattan.  They'd just hopped out of a Cadillac filled with a film crew. Club-goers said the couple shot footage inside the lounge for about 30 minutes and stuck around afterward to relax. Rumor has it that the show was for the E! television network.  Hmm....seems like they would be interesting to watch and this could be a guilty pleasure.  I think I'd check it out.  Would you?
