Christina Milian Reaches $4 Million Divorce Settlement With The Dream

Christina Milian and her daughter Violet can finally move onto the second phase of their lives as she has finally reached a divorce settlement with ex-husband The Dream.  Get the deets inside...

 

In a recent statement , Christina's attorney Randy Kessler revealed that the former couple reached their agreement in a "peaceful" manner. 

Now, the Chicago Sun-Times reports that Christina is expected to get a one-time payment of $4 million dollars plus $5,000 a month in child support for their daughter Violet in exchange for an ironclad promise to never say one word about The Dream or their relationship.  Sounds peaceful enough to me.

Kessler said, "Ms. Milian strongly believes that peaceful resolution is better for their child and that she is very pleased with the settlement and that it was accomplished out of court."

The couple officially split up last January, with The-Dream releasing an emotional statement claiming that their relationship was "unsuccessful," and Christina saying that he was guilty of adultery.

And though The-Dream claimed that he attempted to commit suicide in July, because he was so distraught over their divorce, photos later surfaced of him and his personal assistant Melissa Santiago vacationing together.  SMH.

Seems like Christina has the support of her mom so she won't be totally alone as a single mother.  Good luck Chris!

Beyonce hosted a night of sparkles for her good friend and jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.  Last night was Lorraine's 2BHappy Jewelry Collection event at Lavo in NYC.  And Bey showed off her $5 mill flawless 18 carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond wedding ring.

Report Says Fantasia Drops A Doozy In Court: I Aborted My Lover Antwaun's Baby!

Didn't see this ish coming.  Fantasia took the stand yesterday in the court case involving Paula Cook--the wife of her lover Antwaun Cook.  Paula is suing her husband for cheating, and Fantasia was frced to take the stand to prove she indeed knew Antwaun was married when they initially got together.

 

Details on the bombs Fanny dropped on the stand when you read on...

Fantasia admitted yesterday, after denying for several months, that, upon initially meeting Antwaun, she indeed knew he was married and still living with his wife, Paula.  CNN reports:

The singer testified that she knew from the first day of her relationship with Cook that he was married and still living with his wife, according to two sources who were in the courtroom. The sources asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the information.

Barrino publicly acknowledged the relationship last summer, but she insisted then that she did not know Cook was a married man.

Paula Cook alleged in a court filing that her husband and Barrino engaged in a year-long affair in which her husband enjoyed "the lavish benefits associated with the high-profile relationship."

That's a problem not only because of a moral issue, but because Paula has now proven Antwaun cheated--which means that thanks to North Carolina law, she can sue both her soon to be ex-husband 'Twaun and Fantasia.  And, let's face it, we broke the story about Antwaun being married and details of how they met (back when everyone called us a liar) last year, and we know Fanny reads the internets.

But that's not all that went down.  According to Radar Online, Fantasia revealed that she and Antwaun had gotten pregnant, and she aborted the baby:

Fantasia Barrino has admitted she got pregnant by her married lover Antwaun Cook and had an abortion around the time of her failed suicide attempt...

We held off on reporting this part yesterday as we wanted to await the actual court transcripts to surface, but they are yet to be found.  Goodness.  I need a cigarette and I don't even smoke....

We knew this was only a matter of time.  Monica (@MonicaMyLife) hit up the Lakers game last night with her new friends Khloe and Kim Kardashian. Monica was there cheering on her fiancé Shannon Brown, Khloe was being a supportive basketball wife for her husband Lamar Odom and Kimmy was googly eyed with Gabriel Aubrey on the sidelines.  Mo tweeted “@kimkardashian GO HAM... lol. Beyonce and her mama Tina Knowles discussed women's fashion and what it takes to make women from sizes 2 to 22 look beautiful.  And while some people hate or think she may have gone under the knife, I thought Tina looked good today.  She has lost some weight and looks great in her $18 black dress from her new collection.  Bey's dress is cute too.

Get your cell phones ready and program your speed dial because tonight is the season finale of "DWTS."  They may have eliminated Brandy, but we can still help Kyle get to the finish line. 

Kyle is best known for starring in the Disney Channel sitcom "That's So Raven," and in the Disney show "Cory in the House," a spin-off of "That's So Raven."   He has been killing it all season long on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" with his partner Lacey Schwimmer and they're in the final 3.

SPOTTED: Jill Scott Splashes It Up With Her Baby Boy Jett In Hawaii!

Singer/actress Jill Scott and her uber cute 1-and-a-half-year-old-son Jett Hamilton hit the beaches of Hawaii this weekend.  And we've got the rare pics of mommy Jilly and her little one having some fun times on vacay when you read on...

 

Look at that little face!  We haven't seen baby Jett since right after he was born over a year ago.  But him and his talented mommy were spotted making a splash in the Pacific ocean in Hawaii:

Awww.  Jill's been a single mother since she broke up with her child's father and her drummer Lil Jon (not the rapper).  But she seems to be handling it all with grace.

Two months after baby Jett was born, Jill dished to Essence mag about the meaning of his name saying, "I named him after a black gemstone that my makeup artist in Africa had; it was simply called Jet, and I fell in love with it and the name because I thought my beautiful baby is a gem." 

We agree!
