CANDIDS: FLOTUS & Sasha & Malia Receive The Official White House Christmas Tree

The Obamas received the Official White House Christmas Tree yesterday and we have candids from their holiday moment.  See pics inside....

 

 

First Lady Michelle Obama along with daughters Sasha and Malia Obama were spotted in front of the White House full of holiday cheer yesterday.

 


 

An after Thanksgiving Day tradition, Mrs. O and her daughters received the 18 1/2-foot Douglas fir that will become the Official White House Christmas Tree.  The fir comes from a farm in Lehighton, Pa., belonging to Christopher Botek. This is the second time that a tree from the Botek family farm has become the Official White House Christmas Tree.

The tree was hauled through the White House gates by horse-drawn carriage and will go on display in the Blue Room.


 

I wonder if they started decorating last night.  Loves them.

EVENT FAB: Nicki Minaj's BOOTYFUL Thanksgiving Concert With Fabolous + Fabolous Buys Himself A Huge Bday Gift

New York's Hot 97 threw a concert for Thanksgiving with Fabolous and Nicki Minaj as headliners.  And the stars were joined by such guests as Rihanna, Drake and Busta Rhymes. See pics from the concert inside plus find out what Fabolous bought himself for his bday...

 

Yesterday Hot 97 threw a "Thanksgiving Thank You Concert" with Nicki Minaj and Fabolous at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.  And Nicki Minaj showed her ass....literally.

Proving she can bring out the big names, Kanye West hit the stage with her.

And then...

Her bestie Drake and his cheeks hit the stage.

 


 

Then he hit the stage with Nicki's cheeks.

Oh, looks like she brought along Onika, Roman and Barbie too.....

 Rihanna came out to perform with her too.  

I see everybody's cakes were on display last night..

Fabolous was the other star of the evening.

Juelz Santana hit the stage. 

 
 

Busta Rhymes was at the concert.
 

 

And Keyshia Cole was in the audience as well.

And speaking of Fabolous, he recently had two birthday parties....though he got stuck outside at one of them.  He couldn't get into his own birthday party at Greenhouse because it was at capacity.  But he did manage to hit the Black Book magazine party at the Gansevoort Park Hotel with Keri Hilson, Amber Rose and Adrienne Bailon spotted.  So what did he buy himself?  A black Aston Martin valued at about $250,000.  Must be nice.

Wesley Snipes & DMX Jail Updates + Eve Covers "Inked" Magazine

Wesley Snipes and DMX both had recent updates in their cases. We've got the deets, plus Eve's Inked magazine cover pic when you read on...

 

 

Eve landed the cover of the December/January edition of Inked Magazine. Inside, she says that her mother hated her famous claw print tattoos. She says, "My mom said it was the tackiest thing she'd ever seen, yet years later it was her mom who insisted she not remove them. Hey, you don't mess with your trademark, right?"

Eve also reveals that she's trying to erase her bad girl image with appearances on 'Glee' and a new VH1 reality show 'Single Ladies'.  SHe had a bad girl image?  Oh.  She commented, "I hate it when people say, The old Eve, the old Eve. No! I can't pretend to be that girl anymore, if I did people would see that and be like, Why is she trying to be that same person?"

Since her TV show 'Eve' debuted, seems like she has pretty much replaced her old 'bad girl' image.   But whatevs.  The magazine hits stands November 30th.

 

In other news:

Wesley Snipes asked his judge to order that Snipes remains free on bail while appealing his latest tax convictions.  The judge has ordered prosecutors to respond to Snipes newest appeal by Tuesday. Snipes attorney's say that his 'ongoing and successful movie projects' are a major reason that he should remain free on bail.

Snipes' bail was denied last week when a judge ordered him to go to prison after he lost another appeal. The deadline for his next appeal is December 28th. After being convicted in 2008, Wesley has always managed a way to avoid jail time.

 

 

 

DMX appeared in a Phoenix court Wednesday to defend charges about violating his probation. Prosecutors claim that X violated his probation by using cocaine, Oxycontin, failed to submit a drug test, and drove with a suspended license.  

The rapper was arrested last Thursday and held without bond. DMX denied violating his probation Wednesday and his next hearing is set for December 9th. 

Dude always seems to be in and out of prison smh. Let's hope he get's it together before he's locked up for good.
