Jennifer Aniston parties with Chelsea Handler in Cabo Posted: 26 Nov 2010 08:54 AM PST Over the holidays, Jennifer Aniston and several of her friends flew down to Cabo, of course. One of those friends was Chelsea Handler - whom Aniston has claimed is not a close friend, although Chelsea Handler does obsessively maintain her "Team Aniston" status publicly, very often. And for that, Chelsea was rewarded with a trip to Cabo. Chelsea and Jennifer even did coordinating bikinis, although Aniston looked much better in her bikini, of course. There was also something about Aniston possibly having some romantic interest in Cabo too - she was photographed with this dark haired guy, and at one point, it looks like they're hugging…? But even in these telephoto pics, this dude is giving me "he's a gay BFF" vibes. Seriously, the dude looks like Johnny Weir is Johnny let himself go. Elisabetta Canalis continues to look mannish, has another “acting job” Posted: 26 Nov 2010 08:12 AM PST Elisabetta Canalis has a job, thank you very much. She has a part in an Italian film called A Natale Mi Sposo, and she's been promoting the thing over the past few days, including a leather-clad premiere (photos here) and a acid-washed jean-clad photo call (these are the photo call photos). Even before her recent appearance on Clooney's arm at a human rights gala, I had been wondering what Eli was up to. She and Clooney have been mysteriously quiet for several months now. What is up with them? Are they just hanging out in Italy, doing crazy sex stuff? In my mind, that crazy stuff would get boring after a while, you know? How many times can the leather hood and harness really be titillating? Anyway, Eli has a job and she's a real actress and everything. Do you think Clooney bought and paid for Eli's job? Could be. Let's hope she's a better actress in Italian than she is in English. Also - why do I always find her so mannish? Maybe it's the jacket - they make her shoulders look really big and powerful (just the way Clooney likes?). Pete Burns on his plastic surgery: pus squirting out, science fiction horror Posted: 26 Nov 2010 07:44 AM PST Nightline had a “Celebrity Plastic Surgery” segment on Tuesday, followed by a ABC Primetime “Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far” special on Wednesday. (You can watch the Nightline episode online if you’re in the US. That part starts at 8:30. Most of the segments from the “Celebrity Plastic Surgery” special are here, or you can watch it in several parts online.) Nightline spoke with a celebrity plastic surgeon named Dr. Garth Fisher who has been on Extreme Makeover, used to be married to Brooke Burke, and has fixed botched plastic surgery for Lisa Rinna and Bruce Jenner. They focused on celebrities who have admitted to the work they’ve had done, and even though we’re aware of these people it was still pretty shocking. Dr. Fischer estimates that around 70% of celebrities have had plastic surgery. Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison, Kourtney Kardashian, Jenna Jameson and Jordan are among the women whose breasts Dr. Fisher has done. He has a “teardrop” technique that supposedly makes cleavage look more natural. He also fixes a lot of overaggressive and unnatural looking surgery from other doctors, and advises clients against getting unnecessary surgery. Of Heidi Montag’s work, he said “she looked great before the surgery… if she came into my office I probably wouldn’t have offered those things to her. We turn down… probably 40% of the people who walk into here. You really have to be the good doctor and protect them no matter who they are.” Then they had that interview with Heidi Montag you’ve probably heard about, where she mildly trash talked her now-deceased surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, and said “I definitely think I should have been way more informed. I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it… Doctors, it’s like they’re selling you cookies or something… if I could take it back I would.” Radar has more on Heidi’s segment on the Celebrity Plastic Surgery Special if you’re interested. There was some coverage of Lisa Rinna’s lip re-do, which was shown on her TV Land Reality show, Lisa loves Harry, then we got to see Pete Burns. If you’re not familiar with this guy, he’s the British former lead singer for the band Dead or Alive (they had that big hit “You Spin Me Round” in 1985) and has been on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. Burns’ face is so outrageously distorted that he looks like a marionette. He’s had “dozens” of injections and procedures, including a botched nose job, silicone lip implants that got infected, steroids, filler and tissue reconstruction. He described some truly disgusting complications from his surgery. (Warning on this description, it turned my stomach.) There are also some quotes from Pete below that were shown on the Celebrity Plastic Surgery special. Pete may look completely unnatural to us, but he seems to either like it or not notice. He continues to get a ton done, and said that he has his surgeon on speed dial. On why his botched nose job didn’t stop him Sometimes you’re just unlucky and it was fixed. If it goes wrong and you can fix it, I don’t see why it’s any big drama. On why he continues to get plastic surgery & injections I see it as an artform. I see myself as my own clay, and I was remodeling it. On when the silicone in his lips got infected I developed rashes around the mouth, then I developed lumps. [The plastic surgeon] just kept injecting me [with steroids] My lip was at least 18 inches away from my face, the lower lip… When you wake up and your adam’s apple has come out… further than your jaw and one side of your face is so swollen you can’t open your eye and there’s yellow discharge, not just leaking squirting with a hiss it would squirt from my face. It was like one of the worse science fiction or horror movies you could ever see. I went as far as LA and NY to see specialists and all they could recommend was amputation… Narrator: eventually [Pete's] lips were saved by an Italian surgeon who specializes in rebuilding faces eaten away by cancer. Burns endured two years of intensive treatment. On fixing the botched lip implants It was removing what amounted to pints of fluid that my body produced trying to fight this substance that was in me. I had 11 kidney stones, near liver failure, thrombosis, nearly lost sight in one eye, I couldn’t eat food.. so for two years like that. Burns received a $700,000 settlement from the doctor who gave him those lip implants and kept injecting him with steroids instead of properly treating him. He was unable to tour or promote his greatest hits album and admits that he was suicidal at the time. I was just talking to a friend today about this. She used to work at a plastic surgeon’s office and told me that the main concern that people have is that they will look very fake or will suffer terrible consequences. As for how painful various procedures are, she said that it varies by the person like anything else. Some people don’t think it’s a big deal afterwards while others (like Heidi Montag) think the pain is awful. We always hear these horror stories of plastic surgery gone wrong, and we see people like Pete Burns and this poor model (video below) who look plastic and pulled afterwards. We don’t know about good plastic surgery, though, because when people have minor procedures and don’t go overboard you often can’t tell. I know that I would love to look as refreshed and natural as say, Sandra Bullock or Meryl Streep. Don’t hate on me for saying either of those women had something done, I think they did and that it’s very subtle, but maybe that’s how gorgeous you look when you take care of yourself and don’t mess with nature. John Travolta’s team sends out a “blistering missive” to Gawker Posted: 26 Nov 2010 07:37 AM PST Description below is explicit and not for under-18 One week ago exactly, Gawker printed a particularly salacious and NSFW interview with Robert Randolph, author of You'll Never Spa in This Town Again, all about the Hollywood subculture of closeted gay power players and their gay spa adventures. One of Randolph's prime targets was/is John Travolta. Randolph claimed that he had witnessed Travolta doing all kinds of things on various dudes, from oral sex to mutual masturbation to penetration (Travolta is allegedly a bottom). Anyway, long story short, Gossip Cop is reporting that Travolta's legal/PR team has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Gawker, demanding that Gawker pull their story (they still haven't, as of yet). Also, Travolta's team has issued a statement "refuting" many of the Randolph's claims: Hours before his wife Kelly Preston gave birth to their son Benjamin, John Travolta's team shot off a five-page legal letter to Gawker, demanding it remove a post purporting to reveal the actor's so-called "secret sex life" with other men in Los Angeles spas. In the blistering missive, obtained by Gossip Cop, Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, calls out the site posting "false and outrageous" claims made by Robert Randolph, whose salacious stories Gawker ran in a post called "The Secret Sex Life of John Travolta." In a self-published book, Randolph alleges to have seen Travolta on multiple occasions in steam rooms engaging in sexual acts with men. Singer refers to Randolph's stories as "blatant defamatory lies" from a "patently unreliable source," and points out that the "author" acknowledged on his own website that he suffered "permanent brain damage" in 2003. Also hurting Randolph's credibility, notes Singer, is that his stories "go back fifteen years, yet inexplicably, he has waited until now to peddle these phony tall tales." Furthermore, Travolta's camp points to what they say is the absurd notion that a world-famous movie star would repeatedly commit adultery in public – casually, and in front of strangers – and that Randolph would bear witness each time. The idea that Travolta "engaged in multiple adulterous sexual encounters in different public locations in Los Angeles (where he does not live), and that each time, the (nonexistent) events were coincidentally witnessed by [Randolph], is absolutely ridiculous," asserts Singer. In repeating the sex claims that the site admits other outlets were "skittish about printing," Gawker is "significantly compounding the damages" incurred by Travolta, according to his lawyer. Travolta's side is demanding the immediate and permanent removal of the Randolph post and "publication of an unequivocal and prominent retraction of the false and defamatory statements." [From GossipCop] Did Randolph go overboard with his claims? Sure. Do I believe that Randolph personally witnessed all of this stuff? Nope. Do I still think that there's something there? Yep. In my mind, the words "John Travolta" and "international spa dongfests" are connected. I also think that if Travolta's team really wanted to nip this thing, they would be suing the National Enquirer, Star and Gawker right now, you know? If you care enough to send out "blistering missives" and attempting to refute Randolph's claims (but only partially), then it seems like Travolta would care enough to actually SUE. It seems like Team Travolta's argument is: "If Randolph didn't see Travolta getting boned by every dark, swarthy beefcake, how can he be telling the truth?"

Lindsay Lohan spent Thanksgiving with her dad, in California Posted: 26 Nov 2010 07:13 AM PST The big news on Wednesday was that Dina Lohan was trying to crack hustle Lindsay Lohan out of rehab for a few days, so that mother and daughter could spend Thanksgiving in a coked-out, boozy haze in Long Island. But at the end of the day, the Betty Ford Clinic wouldn't let Lindsay spend the holiday in New York, but they did okay an outing for Lindsay in-state. Yes, Lindsay got to leave the clinic for 13 hours or so to spend the holiday with her father, Michael Lohan. Ugh. Lindsay Lohan is a free woman … for around 15 hours - LiLo got a one-day pass at Betty Ford to celebrate Thanksgiving … in L.A. … with her dad. Sources close to the actress tell TMZ, she’s leaving her sober living facility in Palm Springs this morning to make the 2-hour drive … but she has to be back by late tonight. We’re told a bunch of Lindsay’s friends are coming to dinner … along with Michael Lohan. We’re guessing Dina Lohan will cook her turkey with the steam blasting from her ears. Yes, I do think Dina is just as bad/dangerous as Michael, but we're setting the bar so low now, you know? I can't even imagine what a Michael-and-Lindsay Thanksgiving looks like. Jessica Simpson didn’t suck during Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade Posted: 26 Nov 2010 06:55 AM PST You know how I spent my Thanksgiving? Slathered in ham and turkey and mashed potatoes, in between viewings of the last three episodes of Dexter (ZOMG Jonny Lee Miller!!!). So I kind of missed the big Macy's parade. Thankfully, I was able to catch up on some highlights this morning. Like this appearance by Jessica Simpson, who seemed to be making pains to A) Not look pregnant and B) Not screw up. In earlier interviews, Jessica said something about lip-syncing, and I think that's probably why her vocals weren't screwed up. Granted, it was a short song. See? It wasn't bad at all. When I think of cheese fests like holiday parades, I think of people like Jessica, so all in all, it was a solid appearance for her. Well done, Jess! But you've got to love that she was basically opening for the Pillsbury Doughboy. Excellent.

Enquirer: Eva Longoria’s husband Tony Parker cheated with seven other women Posted: 26 Nov 2010 02:17 AM PST This week’s National Enquirer has an exclusive story that Eva Longoria’s estranged husband, Tony Parker, cheated on her during their three year marriage with up to seven other women. Tony, 28, is a point guard for the San Antoni Spurs and has spent plenty of time on the road away from 35 year-old Eva. It looks like he’s been busy with more than just sexting other players’ wives. We heard early in Tony and Eva’s marriage that he’d been cheating with a French “model”/prostitute named Alexandra Parressant. (Tony sued, and many people believed his side of the story. Of course the cheating claims are much more believable now, but Parressant hired a finalist from Germany’s Top Model to record videos posing as her and claiming to have had an affair with Tony. It was all very strange and suspicious, although it’s possible that Tony messed with the wrong hooker and she was just trying to hide her identity.) Both Eva and Tony have filed for divorce in separate states and this divorce may get ugly, especially once Eva hears about this. According to the Enquirer, Tony cheated with several other women besides this Parressant person and Erin Barry, the wife of his former teammate Brent Barry. His texts to Erin were more than just proof of an “emotional affair” as Eva allegedly found naked photos of both Erin and Tony among the messages. Eva Longoria’s husband Tony Parker cheated on her with up to seven different women, The Enquirer has learned exclusively. Eva found naked photos of Erin Barry on Tony’s phone “Eva found not only sexual text messages, but graphic photos that Tony and Erin had been e-mailing each other,” a source told The Enquirer. “Erin had e-mailed pictures of her breasts and other body parts to Tony, and he’d sent her cell phone shots of his private parts.” The sexting had been going on since at least February, said the source. “Eva discovered everything on his iPhone…” Tony confessed to cheating once A close friend of [Tony] told the Enquirer he’d confessed to Eva that he’d cheated on her, “but only once - three years ago,” and blamed the amount of time they spent apart for the breakup of their marriage. The woman - an aesthetician in her late 20s - bears a striking resemblance to Eva, said the source… There were whispers that Tony traded sexts with the wives of other teammates besides Erin Barry, sources say. “One name that frequently came up was that of a beautiful wife of another former Spurs player. It’s probably worse than that though. There’s also the British model who alleges that Tony sent her sexy texts messages in a lame and unsuccessful seduction attempt. Tony of course denies this despite the photos and text messages the woman offered the press. In Touch has a similar story titled “It’s Worse Than She Knows” that chronicles Tony’s strip club habit. He’s a regular at a place called “The Palace” in San Antonio, and would often head to the “VIP Room” with his favorite dancer, who is described as “a diminutive, Mediterranean-esque beauty who looked a lot like Eva.” A source tells In Touch “Many of the dancers have seen him enter the VIP room and spend a long time in there with the girls. He would make friends with the girls and even buy them gifts.” It looks like those sexy text messages and nude photos that Eva found were the tip of the iceberg. Eva is said to be anxious to remove all the tattoos she has for Tony, including a tattoo on her neck of Tony’s jersey number, nine, one on her wrist with her wedding date in roman numerals, and Tony’s initials in a secret place. Removing all those tattoos will be painful to say the least, but probably not as devastating as what she’s going through now. It hurts to be married to a dog.

Britney Spears feels ‘betrayed’ by her parents reconciliation Posted: 26 Nov 2010 02:06 AM PST Here’s a sad story from The Enquirer that claims that not only is Britney Spears not happy that her parents are reuniting after their 2002 divorce, but that she suspects they’re doing it to get more of her money. Britney’s father Jamie has been her conservator since 2008, and she’s been trying to get out from under his thumb ever since. Britney used to think of her mom as an ally, and enlisted her help to try and end the conservatorship. Now that her parents are back together, Britney feels that no one is on her side and that they’re conspiring to control her - and her cash. Here’s part of the Enquirer’s story: You’d think Britney Spears would be thrilled to see her divorced parents get back together - instead she’s furious! The troubled performer believes the reunion will destroy her chance to gain her freedom from court-ordered supervision… Until the recent reconciliation, Britney shared her complaints about her father’s supervision with mom Lynne, 55 - and she was convinced that Lynne would help her win back her freedom. “Britney feels completely betrayed,” revealed a source. “Britney used to be able to confide in Lynne about all the problems she had with her father. “Lynne gave Britney hope that she could get out of the conservatorship and be on her own again. She even promised to speak to Britney’s doctors and lawyers on her behalf. Now Britney realizes Lynne was going behind her back and telling Jamie everything she said. Britney, who turns 29 on Dec. 2, believes that Lynne was working with her father all along to manipulate her into being more cooperative - and that she did so for financial reasons. Dad Jamie, 58, earns $16,000 a month for his role as Britney’s conservator. “If Jamie were no longer her conservator, the money would stop and Lynne and Jamie would both again become dependent on Britney’s generosity for money. Britney doesn’t want her parents back together. You like to think that her family has her best interests in mind, especially since her dad was able to help Britney turn her life around after her breakdown. Her mom Lynne was not there for her when she was growing up, and she made a lot of excuses about it during her book tour two years ago. It makes sense that Britney thinks her parents are motivated by money. They’ve arguably used her to make a living for most of her life, although her dad genuinely seemed to want to help her these past few years. We also know that he supported himself as a chef after the divorce and before he was called in to be Britney’s conservator. Hopefully Britney’s parents got back together for love and no other reason. Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift’s romantic London getaway Posted: 26 Nov 2010 02:00 AM PST We haven’t heard news of Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift in a couple of weeks, but they’re still going strong. This week’s US Weekly has a story about their romantic semi-secret rendezvous at a London hotel for three days earlier this month. Right after the Country Music Awards, Taylor headed to London to meet up at a suite in a five star hotel with Jake. Taylor, 20, and Jake, 29, didn’t leave their room for two days, and ordered Chinese food delivered. Those kids. In the middle of her busy Speak Now press tour, Taylor Swift jetted from Nashville to London on November 11 - and promptly holed up at the Dorchester. Already checked into the five star hotel? Her new beau, Jake Gyllenhaal, who had a suite on the same floor. “Taylor came early to be with Jake,” says a Swift source. “It was a love-in!” The tryst also marks the fourth weekend in a row [Taylor and Gyllenhaal] have spent together… Not that they want anyone to know. Swift’s arrival in London was so stealth even members of her own camp hadn’t heard about the last-minute itinerary change. “It was a secret” says a Swift source. Neither ventured outside the luxe hotel, and on November 12, Swift ordered in Chinese food. “It was enough for two or three people!” says a hotel source. Not even staffers caught a glimpse of them together before Gyllenhaal left for NYC November 13 (Swift flew to Japan the next day). But the romance is definitely heating up. “He’s crushing on her,” says a Gyllenhaal source. And Swift, says an insider, is “excited. This story reminds me of when I was young and in love and just wanted to shut out the world with whatever new boyfriend meant the world to me at the time. Nothing is quite like new love when you’re young. And this story is cinematic in a way - young singer meets movie star for a weekend getaway at a hotel in London. They almost manage to avoid the press, but they can’t keep their love a secret. I’m sure I’ll feel differently once these two hit their first red carpet together and Taylor pens a bunch of sappy love songs about Jake. If they’re smart they’ll keep it quiet, though, and try to preserve this time as long as they can. It usually doesn’t last for celebrities and commoners alike. Jake is shown on 11/17/10. In Touch: Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick are getting married for the cash Posted: 26 Nov 2010 01:49 AM PST In an all too predictable move, Kourtney Kardashian’s sociopathic baby dad, Scott Disick, reportedly proposed to her in early November. He didn’t do it for love or commitment reasons, according to In Touch, but conceded to an ultimatum by Kourtney to marry him or get kicked off the family’s reality show. Kourtney’s pimp mom Kris is of course on board because she knows how much money they can make off the wedding rights. This sounds like a disaster: Scott Disick [proposed to Kourtney] in early November - but the act was as devoid of romance as the couple’s relationship. According to sources close to the family, the “engagement” is nothing more than a calculated business decision intended to drive up ratings for their new show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, and feather the Kardashian nest… Explains a family friend, “It’s more of a business opportunity than true love. Scott and Kourtney are going to make a fortune off their wedding - E! has already offered more than $500,000 for the wedding rights, and that is only one of the many deals. It’s all about the endorsements, and their business machine is already in overdrive. It may seem shocking that Kourtney, 31 - mother to Scoot’s 11-month-old son, Mason - would want to make a lifelong commitment to the man who has let her down, time and time again. But apart from the cash, she has her reasons, says the insider. “Kourtney is very tradition. She did not want Mason to have unmarried parents. When Kim and Scoot were at a bar together recently, the insider says Scott pulled her aside and whispered: “You and I would be so good together…” “[Kim] was disgusted by Scott hitting on her…” “I think he’s bored with Kourtney and decided that he’d be better off hitching himself to Kim, who is the family’s biggest star. “Never in a million years would Kim consider dating Scott. Instead of realizing that she’s better off without the guy, she’s supposedly marrying him for the money! You get what you ask for, and this girl will never learn. I hope this story isn’t true, or at least that Kourtney gets a good prenup. You know why Scott has stayed with her this long, and we know his motivations for marrying her. Money rules in this family and dictates their personal lives. They know how Scott is, and he’s one of their own.
