‘Glee’s Darren Criss Does ‘Billboard’ Magazine

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 03:34 PM PDT

Glee break-out star Darren Criss, who plays Kurt‘s boyfriend Blaine Anderson, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Billboard magazine. In his coverstory interview, Criss talks about his introduction to musical theater (Disney animated films), the recording of a Warbler’s album, this Summer’s upcoming Glee Live! concert tour and the prospect of his own solo album. While I don’t really love the coverphoto (Darren‘s wide open mouth, again?), the accompanying interview is a cute read.

Why he got into musical theater: For me, it was Disney. I remember seeing people's reaction to "Aladdin" and thinking, "Oh, man, I want to be a genie when I grow up!" Robin Williams is a pretty big character in San Francisco. I was like, "I want to do whatever that guy does. What does he do, Mom? He's an actor? OK, I want to do that."

About possibly releasing a solo album with Sony music: We're working on it—we're really excited and it's something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I'm so thrilled that it's something that can happen because of "Glee," and like the Warblers album I hope I can do it justice and make it something that people can really enjoy.

Getting prepared for the 'Glee' tour: A year ago, I was so psyched that my first show in L.A. was at the Troubadour. Talk about so much for baby steps. It's like, "Wait—Staples Center, are you kidding me?" I was happy to drive around in a beat-up, crappy old van with my bandmates and just go to small clubs around the country.

I like Darren Criss, I really do … but please … can we stop with the open mouth photos? Please? That said, this interview is a great read. You can tell that he genuinely LOVES being on Glee and is very thankful for the opportunities the show has given him. He will deffo get his own record deal, no question. He really has the talent to make a real go of a real singing career. It just sounds like he is always having fun … and that feeling is really infectious. You can read Darren‘s full interview with Billboard HERE (you can pick up this issue on newsstands next Monday April 18), Glee: The Music presents The Warblers will be released on Tuesday April 19 and the Glee Live! tour kicks off next month.

Robert Pattinson Says He Would ‘Love To Have A Family’

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 02:34 PM PDT

Twilight star Robert Pattinson, who is currently promoting his upcoming new film Water for Elephants, gave an interview to The Chicago Sun-Times newspaper where he talked about a whole range of topics … including his desire to have a family. Now, before all y’all start getting super excited at the prospect of settling down with R. Pattz, he makes clear that he won’t be ready to start his family until “sometime in the future” but at least we know that he’s the settling down type.

A few years ago, Pattinson seemed uncomfortable with fame, but now seems to just laugh it off. "It's hard to walk down the street. You can't just do it in a regular way," he says. "I have to think about my moves. I can't just casually run out to the store to buy milk. I have to plan ahead and figure out if the paparazzi will be there." Of course, there are all those persistent relationship rumors, including that he's about to marry his "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart, settle down and have some bambinos — at least according to an Italian magazine. "I don't understand how they printed that. It's a completely made-up interview," he says. "I'd love to have a family — sometime in the future."

Rob also spills a bit about the “big scene” that will be featured in the next Twilight film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1:

Ask Pattinson about one of the most pivotal scenes — the birth of Bella and Edward's child and turning Bella into a vampire — and he pauses. He isn't sure how much to let out of the bag. Then he giggles and lets it rip. "It was insane intense," he says. Edward can either lose her or give her a bite and thus immortality. "It was a pretty traumatic scene for me to do as an actor and, frankly, horrible for me emotionally. Edward has tried for so long not to turn Bella into a vampire and now … well, it's very sad. He feels like he has let her down." Pattinson stops and laughs. "Now stop asking or I'll be in trouble."

And, of course, he talks a wee bit about Water for Elephants but the majority of the interview is about Twilight and the end of the Twilight film franchise and is, actually, a pretty interesting read. You can read the full interview HERE … and take heart … one day, R. Pattz will be ready to settle down and have a family. By that time, Kristen Stewart may be WELL out of the picture so … start planning now!!

Beyoncé Releases A Promo Photo For Her New Song

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 01:30 PM PDT

All week long we’ve been seeing photos from the set of the music video for Beyoncé‘s new song (HERE and HERE) and yesterday we got to hear a snippet of the track … but today we get to check out a fierce new promo photo for the song. It’s still not entirely clear what the official song title is but it, apparently, has the word girl or girls in it and refers to running the world. This new image looks a lot like the absolutely FIERCE Grace Jones. Check out the promo image below.

She may have retired Sasha Fierce, but that doesn’t mean she’s any less fierce. Beyoncé’s promo shot for her girl-power anthem, possibly titled “Girls (That Rule the World),” has hit the Internet. In the close-up, black-and-white snapshot, Beyoncé looks as if she’s channeling Grace Jones. Her hair is pulled back sleekly, her mouth is slightly open and her black liquid eye makeup is done up in a funky cat-eye style. She appears to be nude and is wearing black nail polish. The shot first appeared on Twitter. The question “Who run the world?” appears on the poster, with the tease, “Coming Soon.” The photo comes as more and more shots of the music video for the song have hit the Web. On Wednesday, Beyoncé was seen on the set looking like the queen of her own country, with a gigantic crown and flag with the initial “B” on it … The video will reportedly be directed by Francis Lawrence, who worked with Beyoncé in her Destiny’s Child days. He’s also worked with Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and Pink. On Thursday, a snippet of the track leaked. It’s a feisty club-thumper about the power of being female. “Love it how we’re smart enough to make these millions, strong enough to bear the children, then get back to business,” she sings. “Please, you better not play me. Oh, come here, baby/ Hope you still like me, if you pay me.” The tease certainly fit Bey’s previous description of the album’s vibe. “Well, I wouldn’t say I’m inventing a new genre,” Beyoncé explained. “I’m mixing every type of genre that I love, and I’m inspired by every type of genre. … I’m not in a box. It’s not R&B. It’s not typically pop. It’s not rock. It’s just everything I love all mixed together in my own little gumbo of music.”

I am LOVING this promo image. It looks looks amazing … and it’s clearly an homage to the fabulousness of Grace Jones. Thus far, I am loving everything that we’ve seen from the video set and I really dig the snippet we heard yesterday. I want to hear the song in full … and I really want to know the official title, damnit. What do y’all think? Is this a hot photo or what? Are you impressed with what we’ve seen thus far from this new era of Beyoncé music?

A ‘Revelation’

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 01:03 PM PDT

Last night, David and I attended a performance of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion at the Music Center in downtown LA and I am happy to report that the show was utterly and powerfully incredible. I’ve only heard the best things about Alvin Ailey shows and I was so pleased to learn that everything I heard turned out to be true. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Ailey‘s masterpiece Revelations, that particular piece was performed last night … along with new and older pieces. It was truly a night to remember.

Our program last night featured the Ailey performance pieces Anointed (2010), The Evolution of a Secured Feminine (2007), The Hunt (2001) and Revelations (1960). We were also shown a film titled Celebrating Revelations at 50 which featured interview footage of Alvin Ailey and performance footage of Revelations over the past 50 years. It never occurred to me that a dance program could be so moving but I was literally swept away by the majesty performed on stage last night. Dance is just magic … it can just wash away everything else around you and completely overtake your mind, soul and body. I don’t know how I managed to stay in my seat the entire time but by the time the audience stood up for the standing ovation at the end of the performance, I was DYING to jump up and dance around. David and I had the best time ever … it’s a date that I will remember for the rest of my life :)

Plans for tonight … an early showing of Scream 4 (can’t wait) and then a concert performance by Janet Jackson! It’ll be the first time I’ve ever seen her live so … I am excited!! Woot!! Happy Friday!! Happy Weekend.

Watch: Eva Longoria Dances With Prince On Stage At The LA Forum

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 11:30 AM PDT

Last week we learned that Prince would be performing a 21 night residency of concerts here in LA starting this week and yesterday we got to see video of Prince performing on Lopez Tonight ahead of his first of 21 concerts here in LA last night. Today we get to see fun video from the show last night where Prince pulled actress Eva Longoria up on stage to dance with him! Watch below.

I understand that Eva attended last night’s Prince concert with her new loverman Eduardo Cruz … AND Eduardo‘s older sister Penélope Cruz and her hubby Javier Bardem were at the show as well. OY! I’ve only heard the most amazing things about last night’s show … it’s killing me that I missed it. As I said, I’ll have to wait until after I return from a week back East to see Prince at one of his 21 concerts. As for Eva, she rules … I’m so glad she used her opportunity on stage with PRINCE to dance and have fun. This is a cute video … and I only slightly hate her for being such a lucky duck.

First Look: ‘Abduction’ Releases A First Movie Poster Featuring Taylor Lautner

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 11:11 AM PDT

Yesterday we got our first look at the first movie trailer for Twilight star Taylor Lautner‘s new film Abduction. Today we get our first look at the film’s first poster. Clearly, the producers of Abduction want you to know that the film is ALL about Taylor Lautner … because only a close-up of his beloved face is featured in the poster artwork … which you can check out below.

Based on the trailer we saw yesterday, many folks are comparing Abduction to the Bourne Identity films … which I can understand but do not entirely agree with. If I’d compare this film with any other, it’d be the 2008 Shia LaBeouf film Eagle Eye. Putting young actors in spy-situations aren’t really that common because there aren’t many young actors who can pull off roles like this. I have every confidence that Lautner can handle the action scenes … but it’s the acting that I’m worried about. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if Taylor‘s got the skillz to carry his own film when Abduction hits theaters in September. As for this poster … what do y’all think? Do you like?

Mark Ruffalo Does ‘Details’ Magazine

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 10:46 AM PDT

Yesterday we read some comments from Mark Ruffalo about his upcoming role as a hairy Hulk in The Avengers in a new interview with The Advocate magazine and today we get our first look at Mark on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Details magazine. In his coverstory interview, Mark talks a bit more about his Avengers role (and how he is not training for the part) as well as his decision to quit acting … and then start acting again. Check out Mark‘s Details coverphoto, excerpts from his interview and photospread below.

On quitting acting in 2009: "I'd had it with L.A., and I really had it with the business side of acting, the machinery of it all. You're an artist, but then all of a sudden you're a product at the same time, and there's this company that's sprung up around you. I got depressed. I was losing my love for it. So I said, 'I'm done.' I fired everybody and moved my family out here (Callicoon, NY). I had to make a radical move." He goes on to say, "The Kids Are All Right was my swan song. I didn't know what I was doing next."

On struggling to make it as an actor: "It was brutal. The years are stripping away, but when you talking to anyone from home, you're saying something like 'Well, I'm just working on my craft right now,' when the truth is that I can't get a fucking job because no one will hire me. It was humiliating."

On deciding to continue acting: What brought Ruffalo back this latest time was sitting in the audience at Sundance, where The Kids Are All Right made its debut in 2010, and, after the first peal of laughter, "watching everyone's jaded, supercool Hollywood identities melt into the communal experience of filmmaking and storytelling. It reminded me: I'm an actor, and my whole life has been geared towards being an actor."

On acting in The Avengers, a computer-generated style movie: Ruffalo makes the counterintuitive connection between motion-capture acting and the theater. "It's the absolute perfect marriage because it relies on your imagination, your ability to project outside of yourself, to be the watcher and the watched. A stage actor has to be able to do that, because you're telling the story with your body as much as your face and voice."

On not training to be The Incredible Hulk: "No, no, no. Look, I'm eating guacamole and potato chips….You think Tom Cruise does this?"

I have always liked Mark Ruffalo and had no idea that he “quit” acting. It sounds like he was just disillusioned for a short while and his success with The Kids are All Right brought him back to the craft he clearly loves. I’m certain he will be making a nice chunk of change with his role in The Avengers and will likely get his own Hulk move afterward? Ruffalo seems like a real cool guy to me … I’m glad to see that he’s doing well and is enjoying acting again. Check out his photos from this issue of Details below. While many of them are pretty similar, he does look pretty hot in the black and white photo. Enjoy!

Julie Taymor’s ‘Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark’ Is Dunzo!

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 10:13 AM PDT

Early last month we learned that famed director Julie Taymor had been fired from her show Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark due to numerous cast injuries and across-the-board terrible reviews. Just a couple weeks after that news broke, lead actress T.V. Carpio was injured so severely during a performance that she had to leave the show, adding to the already long list of actors injured by the show. Today we learn that Taymor‘s vision of the show, the one that cost $70 million to produce, will end entirely this weekend. After the final shows play this weekend, Turn Off the Dark will close for 3 weeks so that the entire show can be overhauled. Without question, the end of Taymor‘s vision of the Spider-Man mythos will be the greatest failure of her career.

History will be made on Broadway this weekend: The $70 million museum piece that is Julie Taymor's "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark," the most expensive musical of all time, will be on display for four final showings from Friday night through Sunday afternoon, then disassembled out of existence. Gone, when the show resumes performances on May 12 after a three-week overhaul, will be the Geek Chorus of narrators who were stand-ins for the show's creators: Bono and the Edge of U2, the playwright Glen Berger, and Ms. Taymor, whom the producers ousted as director last month over creative conflicts. Gone will be Ms. Taymor's vision of the spider villainess Arachne, now a central role inspired by Greek mythology, but one that will be reduced to a guardian angel character during the hiatus, according to members of the cast and the production. Gone, too, will be some of Ms. Taymor's head-spinning numbers like "Deeply Furious," where Arachne and her spider ladies-in-waiting became all-powerful by slipping shoes onto their many legs. Gone will be the Act I death of another villain, the Green Goblin, who will become an even bigger character when performances resume — reflecting the wishes of focus groups that "Spider-Man" producers convened this winter. And gone will be the Act II climax, a confrontation between Arachne and Peter Parker. In a statement, Ms. Taymor's spokesman said: "Julie feels that the early reviews that published before the show was ready to open sadly do not reflect the show that is closing this weekend. Most critics, in fact, will have never seen this latest version before they see one that greatly changes major threads of the story, choreography and songs." As some actors have prepared to depart, others have been rehearsing the new script written by Mr. Berger and his new collaborator, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, a playwright and comic book author. But even some of those who are staying said they were still struggling over the loss of Ms. Taymor. T. V. Carpio, who will remain in the cast as Arachne, described Ms. Taymor in a statement as "at the heart of this project" … The reconfigured creative team — the theater and circus director Philip William McKinley (Broadway's "Boy From Oz"), Mr. Aguirre-Sacasa and Mr. Berger — also declined to be interviewed through a spokesman for the production. More than 245,000 people have seen "Spider-Man" since preview performances began on Nov. 28, the first of about 140 so far — the most ever for a Broadway show … Theater critics roundly thrashed the show in reviews in early February; the producers now hope that the overhaul will yield a better production that will win praise from critics who come to review before June 14, the latest opening-night date.

What a complete debacle. No matter the success that Turn Off the Dark may end up enjoying if the changes work for the better, this show will surely go down in Broadway history as the biggest embarrassment of all time. The only reason the show isn’t being shut down entirely is because they already spent $70 million to bring it to life … there is no way they are not going to try and recoup some of that money. In the end, absent the serious injuries that just keep happening … the core of the show’s problem is that the story, the songs and the staging are just really terrible. All they have to do is fix the core elements of the show (and keep people from dying) and the show could still be a success. It’s pretty insane that Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark will be the first show to begin previews, end previews and begin new previews again all before the show officially opens in the first place. What a mess. If the new creative team is able to turn around this sinking ship, I’ll be happily surprised. I’m curious to see what the show will look like in its new incarnation … but I am very glad to know that the terrible show I saw last February is being put out of its misery. Spider-Man deserves a better Broadway show than this one. Here’s hoping he AND we Spidey fans finally get the show we all deserve.

Heidi Klum Loses Her Pants But ‘Stands Up To Cancer’

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 09:32 AM PDT

Stand Up to Cancer has released a new promo photo for their organization that features supermodel and reality TV star Heidi Klum modeling a Stand Up to Cancer sweat-jacket … and nothing else. In an effort to raise awareness for the cancer organization, Heidi dropped trou for the campaign … and she looks pretty good in the process. Check out her promo photo below.

Heidi Klum is not a fan of cancer — or pants — in a super-cute new PSA for Stand Up to Cancer. “If you don't want to be OUT, you can be IN by joining me and the Stand Up to Cancer movement in the fight against cancer,” Klum said in a statement echoing her “Project Runway” catch phrases. “Let’s all say Auf Wiedersehen to cancer together!” The print campaign made its national debut in People’s Most Beautiful 2011 issue, with cover girl Jennifer Lopez. Klum is one of countless celebrity ambassadors for the organization, which raises funds for cancer research and treatment. If you fancy the hoodie on Heidi, you can nab one at the organization’s official website. All proceeds go to the charity — Klum not included.

I have to say … it’s an effective ad. Most people are commenting on what Heidi isn’t wearing rather than what she is wearing … thereby drawing attention to sweat-jacket itself. If you would like to buy this Stand Up to Cancer jacket, with the proceeds going to the organization, you can do so HERE. I would recommend that you wear pants with the jacket, tho … unless you look like Heidi Klum and then, wear as little as you like ;)

Watch: Britney Spears, ‘Till The World Ends’ (Dance Version Video)

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 08:25 AM PDT

Last week we got our FIRST LOOK at Britney Spears‘s new music video for her single Till the World Ends and we were told that a second dance-only video would be released for the song as well. That second video was not released last week … but it’s here now. As you may recall, the first video featured dance scenes inter-cut with other scenes depicting the “end of the world”. The second video we get to see below is all dancing, no apocalypse. Watch the video in full below.

Yes, there is much more dancing in this video but I’m pretty sure it still won’t be enough for haters and detractors. IMHO, the video is fun and infectious … it makes me want to dance around — Enjoy:

I am SO excited for Britney‘s upcoming Summer tour and I can’t wait to see this song and the rest of the tracks from her new album Femme Fatale performed live on stage! But … I gotta ask … what do y’all think of this second video for Till the World Ends? Do you love it?

Courteney Cox & David Arquette Share Details About Their Sex Life On ‘The Howard Stern Show’

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 08:03 AM PDT

Back in October, David Arquette opened his mouth and spilled his guts on the radio program The Howard Stern Show about the problems in his marriage that led to his split from wife Courteney Cox … which he immediately apologized for afterward. Since that time, Arquette has made frequent appearances on The Howard Stern Show and managed (for the most part) to refrain from over-sharing. Yesterday, Courteney decided to join David on Howard Stern so that they could promote their new film Scream 4 AND to share more intimate details about their failed sex life. If you want to know all about Courteney and David‘s sex life, then listen to them share all the TMI deets with Howard Stern and his listeners below.

Courteney Cox has revealed that estranged husband David Arquette was so sex-obsessed he became aroused even when he was comforting her about her dying father. The Friends star made the admission as she joined her estranged husband for a surprisingly candid interview on Howard Stern’s radio show today. It comes a day after the 41-year-old confirmed that she rejected the actor when he tried to sleep with her on a recent family holiday to Disney World. Cox, who has a six-year-old daughter, Coco, with the 39-year-old, told the radio host: “It was really not the place for it. It was early in the morning. This is one of our problems in our relationship whenever I would need consoling from David he could not literally put his arm round me for one second without completely getting a boner!’ It was like ‘Oh I’m so sorry your dad’s dying. can we fuck? That’s the truth!’” Arquette butted in: “That time I was good.” To which Cox replied: “Maybe that one time.” Arquette insists he now a changed man, saying: “I know I’m more in touch with what she needs now. She takes one sort of thing or a couple times and she clumps it and that’s what happens all the time in our relationship. It’s not really true.” In what turned into something of a therapy session, Cox went on to discuss their core differences. “The truth of the matter is that we love each other so much. We have such affection for each other, but we are very different,” she said. “I’m a homebody. I like to have people over, but I’m a little socially… – I don’t love it. David – he doesn’t drink anymore, he’s completely sober – but he likes to go out and dance. He really is a very gregarious guy. He’s very outgoing. I’m much more of an introvert.” Stern also asked the actress about rumours she is romantically linked to her ‘co-stars.’ The star, who recently holidayed in the Caribbean with Cougar Town’s Josh Hopkins, stopped short of a denying a relationship, but did say her co-stars didn’t ‘want to get involved’ in the ‘mess’ that is her personal life. When asked by Stern if she had been intimate with another man since her separation, she said bluntly: “I have not had sex.” The pair’s bedroom secrets have been a hot topic for both as they promote their new film, Scream 4.

These two have a very complicated relationship. They are not together, I believe, but they still enjoy one another’s company … and are working toward a reconciliation? Just last week, Courteney enjoyed a family vacation with her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins and her daughter Coco Riley and then a few days later enjoyed a family vacay with David and their daughter at Disney World. You can tell they love one another but they seem more like friends than anything else. If you have the time and inclination, you can hear Courteney and David on The Howard Stern Show below — the audio is prolly NSFW and kinda long so … enjoy:

Part 1:

Part 2:

Part 3:

Honestly, I have no idea how things will turn out between these two … they could never get back together and remain friends or they could easily get back together and keep doing whatever it is that they did before the split. They seem like SUCH an odd pairing … but love is love … and you can’t help who you love. Are these two not the craziest couple ever? Do you think they’ll end up back together?

Newlyweds Reese Witherspoon & Jim Toth Enjoy A Romantic Dinner Together

Posted: 15 Apr 2011 07:25 AM PDT

We saw the couple get hitched, we learned that they honeymooned in Belize and now we get to see newlyweds Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth out for a romantic dinner together in public for the first time since they became husband a wife a few weeks ago. Now that the couple have returned home to SoCal from their family honeymoon, they are settling into married life … and enjoying their new life together.

The honeymoon is clearly not over for Reese Witherspoon and her new husband Jim Toth. The happy couple were spotted together for the first time since tying the knot just last month in a lavish wedding at the 35-year-old’s Ojai estate. On a romantic dinner date at trendy restaurant, The Tasting Kitchen in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Venice, the newlyweds looked the picture of marital bliss as they smiled and gazed lovingly at each other from across the table. Jim, 40, looked smitten with his new bride, beaming whilst the two appeared to be locked in deep conversation. Both were dressed elegantly for the occasion, with Reese in an all-black ensemble consisting of trousers, a top and a smart blazer, while Jim slipped into a dapper navy pinstripe suit for the occasion. Reese and Jim also proudly showed off their wedding bands which they had only exchanged weeks prior to the outing as they left the eatery. And it seemed that the pair were eager to get home, as Reese took some of her food to go.

As you may recall, we learned from Reese herself in the pages of the new issue of Vogue magazine that she sometimes “mourns the loss” of her privacy but, again, celebs really have to take the good with the bad. I suppose a quite night out with her new husband — and the paparazzi — is about as normal as it’s gonna get for Reese. The woman deffo has it all … wonderful children, a new husband, a very successful career and fame & fortune. I think it’s prolly a better idea for her to celebrate the blessings in her life and just enjoy the wonderful life she is lucky to live. Besides, she’s an ol’ married woman again … she’s got more important things to worry about :)

The End Of ‘Harry Potter’ Is Featured On The Cover Of ‘Entertainment Weekly’ Magazine

Posted: 14 Apr 2011 05:30 PM PDT

Entertainment Weekly is featuring Harry Potter on the cover of this week’s Summer Movie Preview issue of their magazine. With the coming end of the Harry Potter franchise happening this Summer, EW has started it’s first of many features (I’m sure) where they will say goodbye to The Boy Who Lived. Check out the cover of the new issue of EW below and read some deets from the accompanying coverstory.

Potter fans, take heart: The top-grossing movie franchise of all time will not end with a whimper. "The new film is just a relentless action movie," says Daniel Radcliffe of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2. "It Just. Does. Not. Stop." In this week's cover story, we visit the stars and filmmakers on the set and learn secrets of the final, climactic installment, which hits theaters July 15. Such as? Well, for one thing, the final showdown between Harry and evil Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) in a wand duel at Hogwarts will be a little different from what author J.K. Rowling described in her 2007 novel. This time, the chase leads through Hogwarts and culminates in a very physical brawl as the two foes "apparate" (i.e., teleport) toward and away from each other. Speaking of action, Deathly Hallows — Part 2 features the long-awaited first kiss between Harry's pals Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson). "It has be to the most anticipated moment between the two of them in the whole series," says Watson. "In general, though, Part Two is just plain hell-raising and scary. I get to get my Lara Croft on." For Radcliffe, one of the biggest challenges this time around was relishing the moment and taking nothing for granted. "I've become particularly aware on this film that I'm not always going to be able to play these action-hero-type parts," says the actor, who's currently starring in the Broadway musical revival How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. "You really have to enjoy it, make the most of it, have fun with it."

Sigh. All I know is that if movie theaters do not have many, many, many boxes of tissues on hand for the legions of Harry Potter fans who will be BAWLING their eyes out throughout the entire final film then they run the risk of flooding in their theaters. I’m not ready. I know it. Thankfully, July is still a few months away but … I don’t want the end to come. I always look forward to EW‘s Summer Movie Preview issue but … this particular coverstory is not one that I will relish reading. Sigh.
