Oksana Hires 39 Lawyers To Fight Mel Posted: 17 Oct 2010 12:40 PM PDT That's a bit excessive, dontcha think?? Oksana Grigorieva has reportedly hired a total of 39 lawyers to help her fight domestic abuse and child support issues against Mel Gibson. She's using several different firms, including Trope and Trope and Freid and Goldsman, however none of the attorneys specialize in family law. All of her previous family law reps have been either fired or quit. And what's crazy is that almost half of those lawyers have slapped Mel with the legal bills, which total to around $1 million. We understand that Oksana needs a big, strong team to battle it out with Mel and his legal camp, but this is really getting out of control! [Image via WENN.]

Even though Nelly's latest single Just A Dream is doing well on the Billboard charts, we have a feeling some people might be hesitating on buying the whole album after seeing the album cover for his upcoming record 5.0. What's with the unbuckled belt that's hanging off his pants? We're not sure what's going on, but it's making us laugh.

Michael Isn't Good For Lindsay's Mental Health, Says Dina Posted: 17 Oct 2010 11:40 AM PDT Although Michael Lohan has said that he wants Lindsay to heal with family therapy, Dina does not want him to participate because she feels that it will do more harm than good. Dina said: "We have given him chance after chance after chance. And at this point, it's not lucrative to Lindsay's mental health to participate at family week or in family therapy. I think the facts speak for themselves. And the facts are that there are many, many reasons why we don't feel he should be involved in family therapy." We're sure Michael does not agree! Leave It To Beaver's Mom Barbara Billingsley Passes Away Posted: 17 Oct 2010 10:40 AM PDT Barbara Billingsley of Leave It to Beaver died Saturday at the age of 94. Billingsley was most known for her portrayal of the classic TV mom, June Cleaver. Judy Twersky, a family spokeswoman said that Billingsley had died of polymyalgia, a rheumatoid disease, at her home in Santa Monica, CA. The actress had spoken fondly of Leave It to Beaver, saying that her character "was a loving, happy stay-at-home mom, which I think is great" and that "it was a happy experience for me, and very timely." She is survived by her two sons, Drew Billingsley and Glenn Billingsley, Jr. So sad. We'll miss America's favorite mom. [Image via WENN.]

Justin Bieber is in some trouble after a 12-year-old boy complained that Justin had punched him in the face at a laser tag center in Richmond, B.C. Staff from the Planet Lazer Entertainment Center said that "Bieber was being followed around and heavily targeted during the game." Sources have confirmed that the 12-year-old boy was hurt, but also says, "I can not confirm the identity of the other party." A news station is now saying that he "might be under investigation." This doesn't seem like the Justin we know. Maybe it was all just a big misunderstanding or someone is lying??? Update: We've spoken to sources close to the situation that tell us…. - Bieber is NOT part of any police investigations! - Justin did not lay hands on anyone.
