Oksana Accuses Mel Of Making Baby Pay Rent! Posted: 18 Oct 2010 12:50 PM PDT WTF?! These two are playing out EVERY little detail of their break up in the media - and it needs to end! Oksana Grigorieva's legal team have had enough of Mel Gibson. The actor refuses to pay the $20,000 monthly child support ordered by the judge until he gets clarification whether the sum includes Oksana's housing costs. Mel has been paying $5,000 per month in addition to her housing and he will continue to do so until he meets with the judge in November. . A source close to Oksana said: "It's simple — Mel wants baby Lucia to pay rent. Mel is holding out on the child support that has been ordered by a judge because he wants to charge Lucia $6,000 each month for rent, even though she is not yet 12 months-old, to live in the home where she and her mother reside. What kind of a father would do that to his daughter?" Pretty dramatic, don't ya think?! Oksana's new attorney, Lisa Bloom, added: "He has a lot of excuses as to why he is not paying, but the bottom line is that, just like any ordinary person, who has to pay their court ordered child support, wealthy celebrities also have to pay it too. Locklear's daughter, Ava, is well on her way to a career as a model at only 13 years old, and she's looking more and more like a younger version of her mother. Ava sashayed down the WTB catwalk last night, and looked fabulous! She was cheered on by her mother, as well as her father, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. It's great to see Heather out and looking good, after a tough run lately including a rehab stint to treat a prescription drug addiction. Randy Quaid And His Wife Blow Off Court…Again! Posted: 18 Oct 2010 12:35 PM PDT Looks like Randy Quaid and his wife Evi bailed on yet another mandatory court hearing. It's getting to the point where it would be more of a news story if they actually ATTENDED a court hearing. Here's what Deputy District Attorney Anthony Davis had to say about the Quaids' absence: "It wasn't until bail was set at $100,000 that they finally showed. The 'People' are asking to increase bail to get the Quaids here. We ask that you raise it to $100,000. $20,000 doesn't seem to do anything to get them here." The Quaids had attorney Robert Sanger appear on their behalf, even though he hadn't been officially retained by the couple as their counsel. Bizarre. As a result of the Quaids' absence, the judge raised their bail to $50,000 each, and ordered that they appear in court on Tuesday, October 26 as if it even matters. Assuming they actually attend the October 26 hearing, the following charges will be addressed: -Evi Quaid's violation of a PRIOR probation, due to the most recent arrest -Evi Quaid's second misdemeanor for "resisting obstruct delay of peace officer or EMT (emergency medical technician)" -The couples' charge of "Felony vandalism exceeding $400 and a misdemeanor of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house" Quaids - We hope you'll attend the October 26 hearing, face your charges, and make the effort to stay out of trouble. Jackson Kids To Buy Back Neverland Ranch?! Posted: 18 Oct 2010 12:30 PM PDT So is their plan! Many children over the years were invited to visit the wondrous playground built by Michael Jackson known as Neverland Ranch, but only two were privileged enough to live there. Those kiddies are now looking into plans to buying back the property when they're old enough. Sources claim that Jackson's eldest children, Prince Michael and Paris, are looking to build a "shrine…community park and center for animals" on the property when they inherit their fortunes left to them by their father. Reportedly, the children remember fondly their rooms at the ranch and even young Blanket enjoyed his time spent there last summer. The property was sold off while Michael was still alive to pay off some of his massive debt, but we're sure the money left to the kids should be more than enough to buy it back. Katie Waissel's Mom Complains That X Factor Contestant Mary Byrne Is Getting Unfair Promotion! Posted: 18 Oct 2010 11:50 AM PDT We think this woman needs to calm down! X Factor contestant Katie Waissel's mother, Diana, is reportedly furious that finalist, Mary Byrne, is getting plugged unfairly because of her employment at Tesco supermarket, which has promotional deals already in place with the reality competition! According to reports, the supermarket chain sent e-mails out to its 300,000 employees to vote for Byrne, which Waissel thinks is unfair! She explains: 'It's not fair – 300,000 is a lot of supporters. If it goes by that, it means Mary's going to win.' Oh, boo-hoo! It's not like the employees are being FORCED to vote! Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Tesco counters: 'She has reached The X Factor finals on her talent alone. Any suggestions that the references have anything to do with a supply deal for the X Magazine are absolutely untrue.' Exactly! We think it's lovely that Tesco is being so supportive of Mary! And we sincerely hope that some people choose to focus on the COMPETITION and their performances, instead of getting wrapped up focusing on potential disadvantages and whining to the press about it! Yesterday, Snooki finished up her community service sentence from her July 30 arrest by working at Seaside Heights police station. Here are some of the Snookeriffic tasks that the South Park Jersey Shore star was told to take on: -Filing paperwork -Cleaning around the station -Assisting with clerical work -Vacuuming the station and court house Good job, Snook!
