Lily Allen Rushed To The Hospital For Blood Poisoning Disease Posted: 06 Nov 2010 12:46 PM PDT This poor girl! Just days after suffering a miscarriage, Lily Allen was rushed to the hospital Friday night and is now being treated for septicaemia, which is a bacterial infection of the blood. Septicaemia is said to be possibly life threatening and is caused by bacteria invading the bloodstream of an infection. Her publicist says she is "responding well" to the treatment and that her "condition continues to improve." He also added: "Lily thanks everyone for their messages of support and again asks that she and partner Sam Cooper be left alone whilst she recovers." Lily has suffered such a traumatic week and we just hope she has a speedy recovery. She and Sam are in our thoughts. [Image via WENN.]

New Arrest Warrant Issued For Michael Lohan Posted: 06 Nov 2010 12:45 PM PDT And he doesn't even know what it's for! WTF?!? A judge in Suffolk County, NY has issued an arrest warrant for Michael Lohan from a woman who claims that he's the daddy of her child. The warrant is said to be issued from a child support case in Montana, where the woman sued Michael and won an uncontested judgment because he never opposed the claim. When Michael was asked about the arrest warrant though, he apparently knew nothing about it and claims that he was a day late on his second child support payment so he thinks the warrant stems from that. Actress Cathy Moriarty Investigated In Hit-And-Run Posted: 06 Nov 2010 12:45 PM PDT Oops! Actress Cathy Moriarty, who is best known for her Academy Award nominated role in Raging Bull, is currently being investigated for a hit-and-run car crash in New York. A witness claims that he saw the actress rear end a Volvo with her silver Chrysler after she drove through a stop sign. She then allegedly drove off without stopping. When police tracked her down at her home, they saw the silver Chrysler that looked like it had damage to its front bumper, however, Moriarty denied that she was involved in any sort of accident. R.I.P. Posted: 06 Nov 2010 12:45 PM PDT Oscar-nominated actress Jill Clayburgh passed away at the age of 66 on Friday. She was best known for her portrayals of strong, independent female roles, including the role in 1978's An Unmarried Woman, in which she was nominated for an Oscar. Her recent TV work included guest appearances on Law & Order, The Practice, Nip/Tuck, and as a regular cast member on Dirty Sexy Money from 2007-2009. She once said, "I guess people look at me and they think I'm a ladylike character. But it's not what I do best. I do best with characters who are coming apart at the seams." Lil' Wayne Not Allowed To Drink For Three Years! Posted: 06 Nov 2010 09:20 AM PDT Oh, shiz. He is so effed. Lil' Wayne may be out of the slammer, but according to the terms of his probation - which he signed - he "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" for the next 36 months…AKA 3 YEARS! He's also prohibited from associating with any anyone engaged in criminal activity, anyone with a criminal record, and must submit to random drug and alcohol testing. If he violates any terms of his probation, he'll be sent to prison to serve the remainder of his time! Wow. They are not messing around here. We sincerely hope that he can behave himself, but we have a sinking suspicion that it's only a matter of time before he's back behind bars! [Image via WENN.]

Hangover 2 Director Talks More About Firing Mel Posted: 06 Nov 2010 09:00 AM PDT Zach Galifianakis seems to have gotten the brunt of the heat for smoking a fake joint on TV causing Mel Gibson to be fired from The Hangover II. Here's what the film's director, Todd Phillips, had to say about Zach Galifianakis' involvement in the Mel firing: "There's no truth to it being any singular person. The truth is, if it was one person it wouldn't have gone down that way, and I can promise you that. But when you have a rupture in this little family you create — especially on a sequel with a lot of the same actors and 99 percent of the same crew — you have to think about the big picture as much as a two-minute scene. I think we're on the verge of making something truly special and I'm really excited about that." It doesn't surprise us at all that there could have been MORE than one person who didn't want Mel to be involved in Hangover II. What do U think? Did everyone want Mel out equally? Zack Snyder's Superman Will Be "Different" Posted: 06 Nov 2010 08:40 AM PDT Zack Snyder is promising us that his version of Superman will be "different" than all the others. Here's what he's had to say about it: "It's a different story. I won't say there's a break from the canon or anything like that, but there is definitely an approach that makes you go, 'Okay, that's a way to get at it.'" More from Snyder on David Goyer's script: "David is very respectful of the canon and stuff like that. It has its roots in the canon and again, like I say, it has a point of view about who he is. I'm being cryptic, I know, but it's the best I can do." Here's what Snyder had to say about whether or not the movie will deal with Superman's early years: "I think it's early to say. I don't know." They write: "Wednesday night, Courtney Love decides to play an impromptu concert in the lobby of the Mercer Hotel cause she's dating Andre Belazs. She was wasted, and terrible! She wasn't even playing the guitar, she had someone playing while she sang. She was trying to cover 'Maps' by The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but she forgot like half the words. Even though she had the sheet music in front of her! And no one is supposed to know that she's fucking the owner cause I'm pretty sure he has a girlfriend.
