SPOTTED: YBF Folks Courtside At The NY Knicks Game

There were lots celebrity spottings at the Philadelphia 76ers vs NY Knicks Game at Madison Square Garden yesterday.  Celebs like Chris Rock, his fam, and Tracy Morgan kick it courtside inside...

 

Chris Rock brought along wife Malaak Compton-Rock, their daughters and friends to the game.   

Awww Chris seems like he takes the time to explain the game to his girls.  Daddy duty with the girls is always cute.


 

Spike Lee was in his usual front-row spot.

 

He brought along son, Jackson Lee, who's already picking up the camera.

Like father, like son.

Tracy Morgan was also front row.

Star Jones was spotted with her boo Herb Wilson.  Wonder how her "Celebrity Apprentice" stint went.

We have a new single, new tv performance and a new video for you inside.  Check out Chris Brown's new single with Kevin McCall "Between The Lines," Kanye West's performance of "Power" on the MTV 2010 EMA's and the new vdeo from Rick Ross And Gucci Mane "MC Hammer."

 

Chris Brown's latest single, "Between the Lines," features his "Deuces" collaborator Kevin McCall.   The song is about breaking up and making up with a girlfriend. 

One lyric goes: "We spend time fighting over s--- that don't really matter / Wish I could start on a brand new chapter." 

The song "Between the Lines" appears on Chris' upcoming mixtape, In My Zone Pt. 2 dropping on Black Friday.

 

 

 

At the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid, Spain, Kanye performed with 30 Seconds to Mars before leading into the first verse of "Power."  Watch it here:

 

 

It was a big night in Madrid.  Besides Kanye being in the house, Eminem won the award for Best Hip Hop Act at the 2010 MTV EMAs. 

 

Rick Ross has released a video with Gucci Mane for their collab "MC Hammer."  And no it's not a left-over diss track from Jay-Z.  Watch the video here: 

Rihanna & Matt Hit The MTV EMAs Afterparty, "Raining Men" Song With Nicki Minaj Drops

Rihanna celebrated her MTV EMA performance by hitting up the afterparty at a swanky Italian restaurant in Madrid with her beau Matt Kemp.  Her bestie Katy Perry arrived before her as well.

PARTY FAB: Folks Come Out For Weezy's Miami Welcome Home Bash

Weezy was only out of jail for less than 3 days before the Welcome Home bashes began in Miami this weekend.  Last night, the Young Money crew and scantily dressed in costume chicks hosted the "Welcome Home Tunechi" party downtown, then the afterparty at the King of Diamonds strip club (and we hear there was a $100 cover).  And all the labelmates came out to play.

Following judges' orders, he swapped out his usual illegal smoke for a cigar.  We haven't heard much from Wayne's own mouth since he's been out, but last night, he told MTV reporters how overwhelmed he's been feeling by the love:

"I just wanna thank everybody," he said before the festivities began. "Not only MTV fans, but the fans across the whole world. Most of all, my family. I couldn't do it without them and I would never do it without them."

Of returning to the stage with Drake, Wayne said, "It's unexplainable. Words can't explain. I'm good with words and I can't explain."

For the first time, BET aired the 5th Annual Black Girls Rock! Awards started by DJ Beverly Bond.  You've seen the pics, now check out some of the performances from Jill Scott, Ledisi, Monica, Keri Hilson, Keyshia Cole, and more that aired last night when you read on...

 

 

 

Four of my fave TRUE singin' chicks Kelly Price, Marsha Ambrosius, Jill Scott & Ledisi all performed "Four Women," which appears on the For Colored Girls soundtrack.

 

Jilly also took the stage to rock out a performance of "Golden". Looooooves her.

Keyshia Cole is back and looking fab.  She hit the stage and performed "I Remember".

 

 

Monica performed her track "Still Standing."

UK chick VV Brown hit the stage to perform her hit "Shark In The Water."

And Keri Hilson performed her brand new single "Breaking Point" for the audience.  She's sounding great these days.  Much improvement.

PICS & VIDEO: Rihanna Gets Floral Happy At The 2010 MTV EMAs

Rihanna hit the stage at tonight's MTV EMAs show in Madrid.  And we've got pics and video of her floral fetish of a performance dress and her fab red carpet gown when you read on....

Redhead Rih donned this gorgeous blush one embellished shoulder tulle and organza detailed gown from the Marchesa Spring 2011 collection:

I absolutely adore the toulle and mesh detail of this.  Beautiful.

She kicked it with the Kings of Leon.

The swept up hair, sheer back, and girly pink makeup made the look pretty much perfect. 

 

But as for her peformance look:

There's a lot of organza flowers going on.  The dress would have been nice without the floral detail around her bottom half.  Looks like she got into a fight with a field of fake flowers and they whooped her ass--literally.

She posed with the fellas from her "Only Girl" performance.

Chick's leg game is serious.  But is it as good as her performance:

Ashanti & Nelly Kick It Courtside With the Bobcats, Party It Up For Nelly's B-Day?!

Just friends, eh?  Funny that we've been seeing Nelly and Ashanti together more now after their weird public pleas that they're not a couple.  The duo kicked it courtside at the Charlotte Bobcats game last night with Ashanti's lil sis Shia in Noth Carolina.

 

We've got the pics and the deets on how they celebrated after when you read on...

Looks like somebody had their feelings hurt after Nelly disclaimed them on the radio recently.  Because he's been oddly spotted everywhere with Ashanti after all that hoopla.  That's one way to make it up to someone.

The two, plus Ashanti's lil sis Shia, watched the Charlotte Bobcats, Nelly's team he has part ownership in, lose to the Orlando Magic last night.  Then they headed over to Fifth Element nightclub in Charlotte to party at Nelly's b-day celebration.

Traveling to North Carolina to chill all weekend with just a friend?  Well then Ashanti's got the best jump-off role possible.  Very interesting...

 

Omarion's Birthday Bash + Nia Long And Beverly Bond Visit "106 & Park"

Omarion's Birthday Bash went down at the Marbella Nightclub in Hollywood last night.

As well as former Floetry singer and new solo artist Marsha Ambrosius.

PICS: Barack And Michelle Obama Dance Through India!

President Obama and First Lady Michelle are in India this weekend discussing trade agreements in an effort to drive the economy and create jobs in America.  And while that is serious stuff, Barack and Michelle still found the time to dance with the locals and enjoy themselves.  See pics inside...

 

 

 

President Obama started a 10-day tour of Asia yesterday.

 

 

In his speech, President Obama unveiled about $10 billion in new contracts for US exports to India.

He told the crowd, "The United States sees Asia, and especially India, as a market of the future."
 
 

Afterwards, the first couple visited the Holy Name School.

While there, President Obama and Michelle spontaneously rose and began performing the traditional fisherfolk dance with the children.  

The audience loved it and the television media replayed the tape of the dancing duo every few minutes with the scrollbar changing from “Wah, Michelle, Wah,” (Wow, Michelle, Wow) to “The Dancing Obamas.”

YBF KIDS: Zahara and Baby Louis Out With Their Parents

It was a weekend of family fun for Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock.  Our fave YBF kids like Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Louis Bullock made the most of city life.  See the celebs out with their young ones inside...

Louis Bardo Bullock was born in New Orleans and adopted by Sandra in January this year.  His royal cuteness is quickly becoming one of our favorite YBF kids.

Bow Wow Wishes For Death On Twitter+Ryan Leslie Offers $1Million Reward For Return Of Laptop

Over the weekend, we came across some disturbing tweets on Bow Wow's twitter. The rapper must be going through a rough patch because he talks about wishing for death. Get the deets inside, plus info on how you can get $1 Million dollars from Ryan Leslie...

 

 

This weekend, Bow Wow tweeted some very disturbing thoughts.  First, he tweeted that he wished for death sometimes because it's the only way he can find peace.  Then, he complained about the music industry and how he had to put his "real life" on hold. 

And with so much of young Hollywood in crisis--whether it be body image issues or drug addiction--we must pay attention when people reach out for help.  Hopefully Bow Wow is taking his health and life seriously and will seek help if he needs it.  We ALL go through hard times--celebs and non-celebs.  And maybe both should try to remember that sometimes....

 

 

Ryan Leslie is desperately trying to get his stolen laptop back.  He's now posted that the reward for its return is $1 million.  The laptop was stolen from inside a black Mercedes on Oct. 23 while Ryan was touring in Cologne, Germany. 

The "Diamond Girl" singer initially offered $20,000 for the return of the stolen items (laptop, hard drive, $10K in US dollars and US passport); but when that failed to get him anywhere, he decided to up the offer.  Yesterday, he tweeted and released a YouTube video announcing the $1 million reward and vowed he'll continue his European tour, which includes upcoming stops in France, Belgium, Holland and London.

Rihanna Hits The Madrid Concert Stage For A Duet With Bon Jovi

Rihanna hit the stage with legendary rock band Bon Jovi this weekend.  It was all for a secret pre-MTV EMAs concert in Madrid.  We've got the pics and video of Rih rocking out for "Living On A Prayer" when you read on...

 

Not loving this get-up.  But not many folks can say they hopped on stage with Bon Jovi to perform one of his biggest hits.  So rock on...

Rih and frontman Jon Bon Jovi and the band all rocked out to "Livin' on A Prayer" at Teatro Circo Price in Madrid as the crowd went insane. It was all for a secret concert to kick off tonight's MTV EMAs.

She hits the stage around the 2:00 minute mark.  Rihanna will be performing "Only Girl" at tonight's MTV EMA's as well.  It airs at 9/8c on MTV2.

REUNITED: Drake Welcomes Weezy Back To The Stage In Vegas

The Young Money clan has been reunited as their leader Lil Wayne is officially out of the slammer and back on the stage.

It's Weezy's first performance since being a free man.  He and Drake took over Vegas last night much to the crowd's pleasure.  Check out pics and video:

Looks like Weezy really may be off that stuff...and maybe hit the weights a bit in the slammer.  He's looking and sounding more healthy than usual.  And that's a good thing.

He's back.
