Charlie Sheen And Brooke Mueller Finalize Custody Agreement

Posted: 02 Apr 2011 12:16 PM PDT

Finally some normalcy for these two.

We've got all the deets on Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's custody agreement for their twin boys, Bob and Max.

Here are some of the terms for their agreement:

*Charlie gets the boys every other weekend for the next 2 months. If both Charlie and Brooke remain drug and alcohol free, Charlie will also get to see them Wednesdays and Thursdays every other week.

*Charlie and Brooke must submit to random drug testing 3 times a month.

*They must have their regular nannies with them at all times when they have the kids.

*Charlie's goddesses are not allowed to show public displays of affection toward the kids.

*Charlie and Brooke can't be photographed with a romantic partner while they are with the kids.

As long as these two take things seriously and follow the terms of their custody agreement, they can hopefully provide some sort of balance for themselves as well as their twin sons. It IS all about their children, after all.

Sitting in the front row was the fabulous Raven Symone. Watch (above) as Morgan pulls Raven on stage and the two put on quite a show!

Ellen Gets A Good Scare Out Of Katie Holmes

Posted: 02 Apr 2011 11:00 AM PDT

LOLz.

These never get old.

Ellen DeGeneres is quite the prankster. She loves getting a rise out of her guests and when Katie Holmes visited her show this week, Ellen did NOT disappoint!

She got a good scare out of Katie by hiding in Mz. Holmes' dressing room and jumping out at her when she opened the door.

It's almost as good as the scare Ellen gave Taylor Swift! Watch it all go down (above).

Lily Collins Is The Brothers Grimm's Snow White

Yup. There are not one, but TWO Snow White movies coming out.

As we all know, Kristen Stewart will be playing the lead role in Universal's Snow White and the Huntsman, which also stars Charlize Theron as the evil queen.

But to make things more complicated, Relativity Media is making their own Snow White film, based on the Brothers Grimm tale, starring Julia Roberts as the Queen and Armie Hammer as Prince Andrew Alcott.

Relativity has officially announced who their Snow White is, casting Lily Collins, who is best known for her role as Sandra Bullock's character's daughter in The Blind Side and is Phil Collin's daughter.

Production is set to start in May for the Brothers Grimm version and has a release date for June 29, 2012.

Who do U think is the fairest one? KStew or Lily Collins?

Delta Goodrem And Brian McFadden Split

Another couple bites the dust.

Former Westlife member and Australia's Got Talent judge Brian McFadden and Aussie singer Delta Goodrem have broken up.

Delta reportedly called off their four-year engagement after months of drifting apart.

The two made a joint statement:

"This decision has been made with a lot of soul searching from both parties with the realisation that they have grown apart. They leave the partnership with respect for one and other, wishing each other success and happiness for the future."

It seems that Brian's reputation as a bad boy was taking its toll on Delta, while sources say he found it difficult to live in Delta's shadow.

"In some ways, it was hard for him to be the back seat to the Delta Show," one said. "No one could live up to that expectation."

Brian tweeted to his fans after the announcement of their split:

i love delta and always will. She is one of gods living angels. I thank her for giving me the best years of my life. Please give us time

It's heartbreaking to see a couple who has been together for so long go their separate ways, but their split seems like it was a long time coming.

We wish them the best.

Jada Pinkett Lashes Out At Those Who Claim She Exploits Her Kids

Posted: 02 Apr 2011 09:40 AM PDT

Jada Defends Accusations

Jada Pinkett has had to respond to negative-nancies who claim she and Will have been exploiting their kids by letting them enter showbiz at such an early age.

Rightfully so, she stands up for their decisions and her kids.

Here's what she had to say:

"Our children are allowed to stay in the paradigm of being a child. They don't have to take care of their families: become the complete emotional, physical, and financial focus that happens to many child stars. Our family structure is a little different and it's quite hard to comprehend because it's so outside what usually happens in a family, but the paradigm is the same.

"This isn't about fame or money. They were still going to have their trials because of who their parents are. As much as I wish I could figure out a way I could protect my children, they have their destiny. I'm not going to put brakes on that out of fear.

"I have a 10-year-old who can stand up in front of an audience of 17,000 and rock the house. I have to keep her grounded."

We completely get what she's saying here. Both of the kids are super talented, and the fact that the house-hold dynamic is not one based on how much money they're making makes a lot of sense.

Honestly, we don't think it's exploitative. We get the feeling that if the kids just decided they didn't want to do this, they wouldn't be!

How do U feel about the whole situation??

Traffic Fatalities Lowest Since 1949

Posted: 02 Apr 2011 08:40 AM PDT

Traffic fatalities lowest since 1949

Yayyy! People are learning how to drive better!

Traffic related fatalities have dropped to the lowest number since 1949 with 32,788 people losing their lives in traffic accidents last year, compared to 43,510 people killed only six years ago and 54,589 killed in 1972!

Don't get us wrong, we'd like that number to get to 0 if possible, but at least it's on the way.

Experts are saying the steady drop is due to numerous reasons including safety innovation in the automobile industry, campaigns against drunk driving/distracted driving/seat belt use, and even laws aimed at young people such as minimum drinking age and graduated drivers' licenses.

The economy is also playing a role in the falling number of vehicle fatalities.

Officials say high gas prices as well as the rise in unemployment rates in the United States have kept young drivers off of the road.

Well, that's one benefit of a recession! Ha!

This is great news and we hope the number of traffic related fatalities continues to drop!
