Debbie Allen Claims $1 Million Embezzled From Her Company

Posted: 06 Nov 2010 04:11 PM PDT

Choreographer and FAME director, Debbie Allen, is suing her former business managers, Keepers Financial, Nigro, Karlin, Segal & Field LLPs, claiming they stole $1 million from the bank accounts of her production company, Red Bird Productions.  Get the deets inside...

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Debbie Allen's lawsuit claims Diane Schumacher, who is named as one of the defendants and worked for Keepers Financial, often paid Allen’s credit card bills late, if at all.

"Records show that Plaintiff’s bills were regularly paid late, resulting in excessive late fees to Plaintiff’s detriment. Sometimes bills were not paid at all, causing Plaintiff’s accounts and credit cards to be suspended and/or terminated."

The ish hit the fan in September 2009, when Debbie was informed by Nicole Katz, the owner of Keepers Financial, that Diane Schumacher had been,

“fraudulently embezzling, co-mingling, converting, and transferring monies belonging to Allen and Red Bird Production for several years, and that this fraudulent activity had gone undetected or willfully ignored by the other named Defendants.”

Nicole filed a police report for identity theft against Diane after it was discovered she forged Nicole’s signature on many checks.

The court documents go on to state,

"the fact that such an embezzlement of over a million dollars went on over the course of several years and was undetected by the company, supervisors, or employers that are paid by Plaintiffs to prevent such misuse of Plaintiffs' accounts themselves or someone else clearly shows the disregard for reasonable and obligated measures of professional diligence and oversight in handling the affairs of the Plaintiffs."

Debbie is suing for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and deceit, breach of contract, unjust enrichment and is seeking the costs of the lawsuit as well as $1 million in damages, with interest.  And I hope she gets her money because the fact that this went undetected means the company was really slacking when it came to protecting their clients.

SHOTS FIRED: Lil' Kim Responds To Nicki Minaj's "Roman's Revenge"

Posted: 06 Nov 2010 09:51 AM PDT

Lil' Kim must have heard Nicki Minaj's "Roman's Revenge" and felt some type of way because she had a few choice words for Harajuku Barbie.  She went back to Nicki's hometown of Queens to let off some steam.

Find out what the Queen B had to say when you read on...

And the Lil' Kim vs. Nicki Minaj saga continues. Lil' Kim went off on Nicki Minaj last night in her hometown of Queens. She said  “I will erase this b*tch’s social security number, first of all I don’t even need a record right now and I’d kill that b!tch with my old sh*t.” Lil' Kim went on to say, “My records ain’t just enter the charts, they made history. WTF is this bullsh!t, this sh!t come and go.”

Well damn. Sounds like this ish is getting real.
