Posted: 06 Nov 2010 04:40 PM PDT Omarion celebrated his birthday last night at Marbella nightclub in Los Angeles, and while B2K members J-Boog and Lil Fizz came out to celebrate with him, Raz-B’s brother Ricky Romance gifted him with a surprise of another sort! A restraining order!!! Just days after Marques Houston filed a restraining order against Demario Thornton aka Raz B, Raz’s brother Ricky Romance responded by filing restraining orders against Marques, Chris Strokes — oops we mean Stokes — and birthday boy Omarion: In documents obtained by lowKeY MeSsY, yesterday Raz B’s brother, Ricky Romance went to a downtown LA courthouse and filed his own set of restraining orders on behalf of himself and Raz B against Stokes, Houston, and O citing that he “fears for his life”. Romance cites that he has allegedly received numerous death threats, been stalked, followed, and even had someone jump over the balcony at his residence with intent to cause him and his family harm. While none of this has been validated, he even went so far as asking for relief from Stokes’ grandfather! Damn son, is Grandpa Strokes really that dangerous??? Posted: 06 Nov 2010 03:29 PM PDT Earlier this week in the city of Jerez de la Frontera Spain an unidentified 10-year-old girl gave birth to a baby, whose sex was also unidentified. According to Micaela Navarro, the minister of social affairs, the government is deliberating whether or not to allow the girl and family retain custody of this child. Under Spanish law, having consensual sex with someone under age 13 is classified as child abuse, an official with the Spanish Justice Ministry in Madrid said. But this particular case is complicated by the fact that the father of the baby is also a minor and it is not clear if he could be charged… Cotdamn! What the f*ck is going on with these kids nowadays!?!? To make the story even crazier the mother of the girl was reported to be very comfortable with becoming a grandmomma, because she was allowing this lil hussy to shack-up with her “boyfriend”-turned-baby-daddy back in Romania! Medical staffers involved in the baby’s delivery last week were shocked when the girl’s mother treated the birth as a commonplace event, describing it as “something usual in my country,” The Associated Press reported. “Another explanation given to us [for the mother's reaction] was that the girl lived with her boyfriend [in Romania],” the AP report said. For Discussion: Is Weezy’s ’3 Year Sober Sentence’ Probation Setting Him Up For A Return Trip To The Big House? Posted: 06 Nov 2010 02:25 PM PDT Lil Wayne is a free man, but he might not stay that way for long, especially after a judge in an Arizona courtroom (one of his first stops on the day following his release) laid down the terms of his probation for his possession of a dangerous drug — part of the plea deal stemming from his 2008 arrest in Arizona when ecstasy, cocaine and a handgun were discovered on his bus. According to TMZ reports Weezy: may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol” as long as he’s on probation … for the next 36 months. Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department. And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances. He’s also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept. If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation — he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term. The good news is, if Weezy finishes his probation without any incident his charge will be downgraded from a felony to a misdemeanor. But how likely is that? Isn’t half of Young Money usually hopped up on E and sizzurp??? And what about the dozens of bottles of champagne ordered for his King of Diamonds Welcome Home Party? He’s really not going to drink any of that??? Earlier this week Billboard.com published Weezy’s last letter home from prison. Inside, Wayne answered several questions leveled by the publication, including whether he planned on continuing his clean streak. He told the mag: I’m not nervous about anything and I have no choice but to continue this clean streak. He makes it sound much more simple than the issue really is. Gucci Mane was sent back to jail last year for similar probation violations last year, only to be released and arrested again just this week following a stint in rehab. And of course there’s T.I. who headed back to the same Arkansas prison where he spent most of last year thanks to his inability to stay away from syrup, ecstasy and other substances. Just how seriously these rappers are about staying sober remains to be seen. When Kid Cudi, who was arrested in possession of cocaine this summer was asked by VMan about when he gave up the yayo, the rapper replied, "The night I got arrested." And if you believe that we’ve got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. All that said, do you think Weezy will take the terms of his probation seriously? And if not, how soon do you think these rules will be broken? More importantly — how long til one-time catches him up again and sends him packing? It seems like Thanksgiving is starting to become an annual Beyoncé Knowles night of entertainment as the pop star returns for her second Thanksgiving night special.The new 90-minute special called ‘Beyoncé I Am…World Tour’ pieces together performances from over 90 of the singer’s most recent 32-country, 6-continent world tour stops. Cameras followed the 16-time Grammy Award-winner from March 2009 through Feb. 2010 as she traveled the world to places like China, Africa, Australia and Abu Dhabi. Viewers will get an inside look at the work behind the over-the-top production, including creating choreography, backstage moments, costume creation, not to mention dynamic performances of her biggest hits. Unlike last year’s ‘I Am…Yours: An Intimate Performance at Wynn Las Vegas’ this time around, the ‘Single Ladies’ diva took a step behind the camera and produced, directed and edited both the special and a full-length theatrical film of her tour for her own Parkwood Pictures film company. Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, and Kanye West also turns up in the concert special. Their four day state visit has been the subject of lots of controversy because of an anonymous and, according to the White House, untrue report that the trip would cost close to 200 million per day. The trip is expected to help create more US jobs (some 54,000 gigs!!!), with Obama declaring deals worth $15 million and promising to remove restrictions on high tech exports to help international trade. The trip has drawn criticsm from shady conservative Obama haters like Michelle Bachmann, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and other known unscrupulous characters who have been running rampant with this unconfirmed Indian press story (which used an anonymous source) that Obama’s trip to the far east would cost some $200 million dollars per day, with expenses including an entourage of thousands, military ship detail and more random ridiculousness… The White House press correspondent has already attempted to squash the bull-dookie by denying these reports. Interestingly enough, Tyler Perry, the filmmaker that everyone loves to hate, is getting mixed reviews from unexpected places. For the first time in Tyler Perry history, his film has been been branded a "critic's pick" in the New York Times. One of The Times' toughest critics, Manohla Dargis,  gave the film a favorable review. The fact that the Times even considered the film for a proper review is a departure, for they have often relegated Tyler Perry's films to 300 word summaries done by contributing reviewers. How many of ya’ll would have given this kinda money back in a recession?? An honest New Jersey man who found a backpack stuffed with about $18,000 worth of jewelry and $5,000 in cash at a Ramapo State Forest parking lot tracked down the woman who owned it — and returned it to her. “I thought I would try to do the right things through life, and that was the right thing to do,” Joseph Monto, 33, a substation mechanic for PSE&G, told The Post yesterday. Monto, his pregnant wife Ilmadeliz and their 15-month-old son, Frank, of Ringwood, were driving along Skyline Drive at 6 p.m. Sunday when he spotted a blue backpack at a parking lot used by hikers. “I thought maybe someone left their wallet, and I could do them a favor and call,” said Monto, who was shocked when he found a case inside the backpack “stuffed with money and jewelry.” “I said, ‘Oh, my God!’ ” I thought it might be a burglary,” said Monto, who took the backpack home for a closer look. He saw notebooks and papers with GPS coordinates and what looked like codes. “I thought, ‘Oh my goodness, hopefully it doesn’t have to do with terrorists,’ ” he said. Monto soon turned up contact information that led to the woman’s brother — and then to a grateful Rebecca Knox. “She was like, ‘Thank goodness you found it! You restore my faith in humanity. There still are good people out there,’ ” Monto said. The Maine woman was in New Jersey to help her parents move into a retirement community, and the $5,000 was a down payment for their new home, according to The Record newspaper. The Record said she takes the jewelry pouch — which held a platinum watch, a pearl necklace and gifts from her husband — when she travels. The GPS coordinates and “codes” are part of a treasure-hunt game called “geocaching” that uses the coordinates to look for hidden “treasures.” She spent part of Sunday in the park, and must have lost the backpack when she took it out of her car to look for her cellphone, she told The Record. That very night, Knox and Monto met at the parking lot and he returned the backpack. She later sent him a thank-you note and a check for $1,000 that Monto says he’ll use to finish a bedroom for the couple’s second child, due in early March. Don’t get us wrong, returning lost valuables to the rightful owners is definitely the right thing to do, but that’s one hell of a decision to make isn’t it? Source
