MUSIC FAB: Fans Asked To Help Janet Jackson Plan Her Biggest World Tour Ever

Janet Jackson is planning for a big escapade.  She wants her fans to help her pick the 35 cities for her "largest ever world tour" in 2011.  Get the deets inside....

 

Janet is reaching out to her fans and asking them to plan her tour, by picking the cities she goes to.  Fans can vote and map out the schedule at JanetJackson.com.

Also, Janet did an AOL posting today where she personally announced the specifics of her wide-ranging new schedule.  She asked media and fans to submit questions via @theboomboxblog on Twitter and The BoomBox on Facebook for a Q&A to be posted on Tuesday, November 30 on  http://music.aol.com.

Fans are encouraged to submit questions about her recent turn in movies, books and music.  Janet reveals more details in the video below.

Remember when Wesley Snipes was convicted of tax evasion back in 2008? Well it looks like Nino Brown is finally headed to jail. He has been taken into custody and is in route to a federal prison where he'll serve a three-year sentence for his crimes. Wes tried several times to appeal his conviction but clearly the attempts didn't work.

 

I wonder if Wesley will be an inmate in a Martha Stewart type prison?

Mama Tina Gets FAB For V Mag + Khloe And Lamar Cover People Magazine + Rihanna Turns Down Nude Offer

Khloe and Lamar covered the holiday edition of People magazine. We've got pics plus details on Rihanna turning down nude offers and Tina Knowles getting fab for a photoshoot when you read on...

 

Beyonce and Solange's mama Tina Knowles was fetaured int he new issue of V magazine.  And she's looking fab.  About her fashion sense, she says:

The 56-year-old admitted to once spending a whole paycheck on a suede jumpsuit, but said, “I have worn the same Chanel jacket for years.” Though she is known for sewing and designing clothes for Destiny’s Child and now House of Dereon, it seems Beyonce and Solange still offer their mom wardrobe advice. She says, “They are always telling me to experiment with more color…I may be a proud grandmother, but I don’t want to look like one.”

 

Loves it.

 

In other magazine news, the Kardashian sister and Laker star appear on the holiday edition of People Extra. This will be the couple's first Christmas at home. Inside the magazine, the two talk about creating their own holiday traditions and Khloe says "I hate receiving presents but I love, love, love to give".

Khloe also wrote about her feature in the magazine on her blog saying, 

"Hi dolls! I’m so excited to share with you part of Lamar’s and my feature in People Magazine’s Holiday Issue!! This is going to be our first Christmas at our new house so it’s a really big deal for us. Last year we tried to go all out in our temporary home at the SLS Hotel, but even with the decorations, it still just wasn’t the same. This year we’ve taken holiday spirit to a whole new level."

 

Sounds like they're really working to get that new reality show spin-off about trying to get pregnant.

I wonder what Lamar can expect from his wife this Christmas?

Although Rihanna loves showing off her body, she doesn't plan on going compeletely nude....yet. The red headed singer claims that she has turned down multiple offers to pose nude for Playboy. She commented, "If I’m gonna take my clothes off, it has to be in a classy way and my will, not a check. I wouldn’t take any money to do that."

 

Rihanna also talked about Drake's comments about being used by the singer saying, "I would definitely say, that was wrong, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. We just became friends and we left it at that. We get along really well. Drake has a youthful thing about him and he is very melodic with the way he writes and I felt I needed someone like that for ‘What’s My Name."

Hmmm, something doesn't add up with that. I think there was more going on between these two than just 'friends'.  But it's all water under the bridge now....

Oprah is considering moving to a multi-million dollar mansion in New Jersey. We've got the deets, plus pics of the house--well, ginormous palace to be exact--when you read on...

 

Since Oprah's daytime career is coming to a close, the queen of talk shows is looking into buying a new home.  To add to her collection of umpteen others. The home that reportedly caught her attention is a residence in the most expensive zipcode in America, according to Forbes magazine.

The 30,300 square foot mansion is located in Alpine, New Jersey with a listing price of $68 million. It's a five-story, English style manor mansion that holds 19 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms. Walnut and marble cover the floors of the house and there are also Venetian plaster walls.

Some other additional rooms include a library, ballroom, fully equipped movie theater, tennis court, pool, wine cellar, and  carriage house- not to mention manicured English gardens. The mansion sits on 63 acres. Sounds like a home fit for a queen.  And the perfect palace to come home to after filming your new evening talk show.

I wonder if Gayle asked for an exclusive guest room that's only hers.  Hell, I would.

Rappers Eminem and Lil Wayne will be performing “No Love” on Saturday Night Live's December 18th episode. This will be Wayne's first televised gigs since leaving prison.
