Tina Fey And NBC Entertainment Chief Respond To Tracy Morgan's Anti-Gay Rant Posted: 11 Jun 2011 01:20 PM PDT Preach it, sister! In light of Tracy Morgan's HOrrific, hateful tirade against the LGBT community during a stand-up comedy show in Nashville earlier this month, both his boss and co-star on 30 Rock, Tina Fey, and NBC entertainment chief Robert Greenblatt have issued statements apologizing on his behalf! Greenblatt says: "We will always recognize an artist's freedom to express him or herself, but not when reckless things are said no matter what the context. Unfortunately, Tracy's comments reflect negatively on both 30 Rock and NBC – two very all-inclusive and diverse organizations – and we have made it clear to him that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated. I speak for NBC and myself personally when I say we do not condone hate or violence of any kind and I am pleased to see Tracy Morgan apologizing for recent homophobic remarks in his standup appearance." And Fey follows up: "Stand-up comics may have the right to 'work out' their material in its ugliest and rawest form in front of an audience, but the violent imagery of Tracy's rant was disturbing to me at a time when homophobic hate crimes continue to be a life-threatening issue for the GLBT Community. It also doesn't line up with the Tracy Morgan I know, who is not a hateful man and is generally much too sleepy and self-centered to ever hurt another person. I hope for his sake that Tracy's apology will be accepted as sincere by his gay and lesbian coworkers at 30 Rock, without whom Tracy would not have lines to say, clothes to wear, sets to stand on, scene partners to act with, or a printed-out paycheck from accounting to put in his pocket. The other producers and I pride ourselves on 30 Rock being a diverse, safe, and fair workplace." God, she hits the nail right on the head, just as we'd expect her to! We're just as baffled by this behavior as they both seem to be, as Morgan never seemed to come off like this hateful a human being, so who knows exactly what's going on? But we're thrilled to know that not even those closest to him are tolerating that kind of despicable, ignorant and violent thought process, and sincerely hope that this has been a huge wake-up call for him! Anthony Weiner Taking A Leave Of Absence From Congress! Posted: 11 Jun 2011 01:05 PM PDT After it was revealed that he had been in contact with a 17-year-old girl via Twitter messaging, Anthony Weiner has announced that he'll be taking a leave of absence from Congress, "to seek professional treatment to focus on becoming a better husband and healthier person." According to a statement from his rep: "[Congressman Weiner] will request a short leave of absence from the House of Representatives so that he can get evaluated and map out a course of treatment to make himself well. Congressman Weiner takes the views of his colleagues very seriously and has determined that he needs this time to get healthy and make the best decision possible for himself, his family and his constituents." This is probably for the best. Such an unfortunate shame, but this latest development goes beyond being a horndog, and w truly hope he's taking this time to take a long and hard look at his behavior, so he can better himself in the future.

Real Housewives Of NYC Castmember Accused Of Discrimination! Posted: 11 Jun 2011 01:00 PM PDT Uh-oh! The newest castmember on The Real Housewives of New York City, Cindy Barshop, has been slapped with a discrimination complaint because a former employee at one of her Completely Bare spas claimed that she was not only verbally abused by the reality star and her co-workers, but fired because she was African American! According to Altovise Collier, she relocated from Atlanta to New York for the job after being interviewed over the phone, and once her employers discovered she was black, she was harassed on a regular basis, and would only get half of her $700 weekly salary in cash, so she couldn't lease or rent an apartment! Furthermore, she goes on to claim that other employees would tell her that she was only hired to "inject some color," and no one would would teach her the proper waxing techniques, which caused her customers to complain. When she addressed the way she was being treated with Barshop, she was let go a week later! Awful! Collier says in a statement: "They were very impressed with me — until they saw me. I was treated like trash and thrown in the gutter, damn near sleeping in the streets. Everyone treated me badly, like I was in some sort of sorority hazing." Barshop, on the other hand, asserts that Collier was let go "because of the quality of her work." Well, if this woman is telling the truth, then whose fault is that?! We sincerely hope that these claims are false, because if not, gurl is going to have some SERIOUS explaining to do! Especially if she wants to keep her spot on the reality series! Weiner Investigated For Exchanging Twitter Messages With 17-Year-Old Girl! Posted: 11 Jun 2011 12:52 PM PDT Oh, for goodness sake! This man! Police have reportedly been in contact with a 17-year-old Delaware girl this weekend, after she allegedly started a Twitter relationship with Anthony Weiner when the shamed politician spoke at her High School. Although police were concerned about the nature of their interaction, especially given the Congressman's history, but according to both the girl and her mother, nothing in the messages was deemed inappropriate! According to New Castle County Police authorities: "Detectives have conducted an interview with the teen and she has made no disclosure of criminal activity nor inappropriate contact by the Congressman." Phew! However, this seems to be the last straw for Democratic leaders, and Nancy Pelosi, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chair Steve Israel and Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz have all released statements urging Weiner to resign. Pelosi says in a statement: "I urge Congressman Weiner to seek that help without the pressures of being a Member of Congress." What an absolute mess! We're glad that police have determined that nothing shady was going on, but this whole development has certainly raised some serious flags about Weiner's judgment-calls - as if they weren't already called into question, as it is! Awkward! Jake Pavelka & Vienna Girardi Will Reunite On Bachelor Pad 2 Posted: 11 Jun 2011 12:40 PM PDT Oh boy! ABC is not fooling around! They want ya'll to watch this season! Yesterday, it was announced that Jake Pavelka would be joining the cast of the second season of Bachelor Pad, the spin-off show where former Bachelor and Bacherlotte stars get a second shot at love 15 minutes of fame. Today, we learned that Jake is in for a bit of a surprise when he moves into his pad - his ex, Vienna Girardi, is moving into the mansion too! Yes, the famous Speidi-esque duo who swore after their last volatile interview in 2010 that they would never speak to each other again will now be spending the next few weeks living together! Oh, and guess what? It gets better because Vienna's new BF, Kasey Kahl, is also going to be on the show this season! Par-tay! Ha! Smooth move, ABC! UBoo! Upcoming U2 Album Delayed Until 2012! Posted: 11 Jun 2011 12:20 PM PDT Way back in November, we were pumped to hear that U2's new album was almost complete, with the help of key collaborator Danger Mouse. While the main album sounded like it should be pret-ty good, we were especially excited for the additional dance CD release, which we learned would "run as an additional album," featuring collaborations with will.i.am, David Guetta, and RedOne. Now, we're bummed to hear that not only is the album delayed until 2012, but U2 is dropping the "futuristic" tracks they put together with RedOne! Here's what U2 bassist Adam Clayton had to say about it: "We had to have a meeting and look at the schedule to see if we could pick up any extra time to work on it. We just realized that we couldn't. To be honest, everyone was a bit gutted. But it was the only sensible decision." "We have to focus on what we do best, and the work we did with Danger Mouse came closest to that. In the end, the thing we did with RedOne doesn't feel like the right fit." So what about the rest of the dance stuff? Is that not happening anymore??? That would be such a shame! Law & Order SVU News: Ice-T Returning, Jennifer Love Hewitt OUT! Posted: 11 Jun 2011 11:40 AM PDT We're sure this has nothing to do with RottenTomatoes.com's recent announcement that Jennifer Love Hewitt is The Worst Actress of All Time. Looks like that even though there have been some recent rumblings that she could be joining Law & Order: SVU, it's been confirmed that J. Love will be not coming on to the show. The GOOD news though is that Ice-T WILL be returning. He tweeted: I've just locked in my new SVU deal. So I'll officially be back for the next 2 years at least. DONE. INSIDE SVU: At this moment no one else is locked as new members of the show.. So, there you have it. J. Love HAS not signed a deal to come to L&O. However, sources do say that there still could be a new female detective coming to the show. Hmm…we vote for Ice's wifey, CoCo! She would be the most bootylicious detective ever, no??

The American Family Association was in contact with Home Depot recently to file a complaint with the company. They attended a board meeting to implore the company to stop - wait for it - supporting people "in the clasp of Satan." In other words, people in the gay community. One of the AFA members went on record (above) to say that the company should stop supporting gay rights, a "lifestyle" not supported by God and his true followers. Blah, blah, blah! You guys are really starting to bore us now. Haven't you gotten tired of this BS yet? It has to be so exhausting to be so hateful, doesn't it??? Now, if you'll excuse us, we suddenly have the urge to go buy some tools! To the Depot we go!!!

According to sources, Edwards reached out to her daughter, Cate, in December of 2010, and forced her to agree that if anything were to happen to John, she would take care of their younger children. That's when shiz got real! The insider explains: "Elizabeth wanted to exact revenge against John for destroy­ing their 33-year marriage and family by cheating with Rielle. It was Elizabeth's idea to secret­ly record a video and tell what knew of the affair and John's horrific betrayal. It was then – without Cate's knowledge – that Elizabeth turned the video camera on herself. She passed the video to a close friend and asked that it be sent to prosecutors.
