La La rocked a cute silk strapless black and white pantsuit for her birthday party at TAO Las vegas last night. We've got pics of her partying the night away with her hubby Carmelo and friends and fam inside....

I actually love this look.

Nice ring.

La La doesn't turn 32 until June 25th, but she got in some early celebrations last night at TAO.

Her cousin Dice and Carmelo partied it up.

And she stole some kisses.

Melo's former teammate at the Nuggets Al Harrington was there.

Her fam was there to party. Interestingly, Kim & Khloe K. were partying in Vegas friday night for Khloe's birthday. But they headed back to L.A. and were spotted partying there last night.

FOOLISH ACTIVITIES: Tone Loc ARRESTED!+Shaunie O'Neal Offered Shaq Sex Tape With Mistresses!

Remember that alleged sex tape reports came out about of Shaq and jump-offs that was allegedly filmed while he was married to Shaunie? Now, Shaunie says the same guy shopping the tape (and who Shaq supposedly threatened), also tried to shop the tape to HER.

Deets on that, plus Tone Loc got arrested for domestic violence, when you read on...

Last week, reports spread that Shaq had a man named Robert Ross pistol whipped and threatened all because of a plot to release a sex tape of Shaq and his mistresses.

Now, Shaunie confesses to TMZ that this Robert person approached HER about the tape as well...trying to sell it to her. Shaunie says she "wanted nothing to do with it" because she knows Ross is a liar who can't be trusted, so she didn't give him the time of day. She also said she can't confirm there even is a tape as she didn't see any footage.

How does she know he's a liar? Because Ross also tried to publicize a relationship between he and Shaunie after she divorced Shaq....a relationship Shaunie says they NEVER had.

Last week, Ross claimed that Shaq hired his best friend and a gang of 7 men to attack him, kidnap him, and do other things to him all over this alleged "sex tape." Too much for me....

In other news:

Rapper Tone Loc was arrested yesterday afternoon on charges of felony domestic violence after an argument with his child's mother.

Tone--government name Anthony Smith--was arrested at a Burbank, CA apartment complex and booked right after. Reportedly, there were reports of physical violence during a fight with the woman.

He's still in lock-up on $50,000 bail. Damn Anthony! Not a good look. Wild Thing indeed....

Antonia "Toya" Carter's BIG DAY finally came and went. She and fiance' Mickey "Memphitz" Wright wed Saturday night in a beautiful ceremony in Atlanta in front of several of their celebrity friends and family. Even her ex-husband Lil Wayne tweeted well wishes to the couple.

Toya sparkled it up in her reception dress--but is keeping pics of her wedding dress under wraps...for now. Her girl and "ATL Housewife" Kandi snapped this pic of all the ladies--Rasheeda, Kandi, Toya, Nivea, Lauren (Did she really wear white/off-white to a wedding? Or is that "blush" colored?), and Tamar Braxton--partying at the reception as we type.

Toya's former "Tiny & Toya" co-star Tiny served as Matron of Honor and Polow Da Don and more were also in attendance. And singer Kelly Price sang as Toya walked down the aisle.

By the way, Lloyd rocked an impromptu (according to Polow da Don) performance of his song "Cupid" for the newlyweds after the ceremony. Sweet!

Toya tweeted that she's "as ready as [I'm] gonna be" when she was asked several days ago if she was ready for her big day. And she went on a self-inflicted twitter break last Wednesday stating she needed some time to herself. And now it's a done deal.
