Tom Cruise had a very happy and relaxing Father's Day by spending the day with his two favorite ladies, Katie Holmes and adorbsies Suri. The family had a nice day on a yacht out on a marina in Miami Beach. Earlier in the day, momma Katie and Suri had a fun-filled day on the beach before the family were seen relaxing on the back of the yacht under the bright Florida sunshine. Looks like Suri has had a long day already! The little one is already pooped! Don't worry though, Dad is near by to make it all better! Hope the Cruises had a happy, happy Father's Day! | Amy Winehouse Cancels Next Few Tour Dates Posted: 19 Jun 2011 01:00 PM PDT
Shocking. Earlier, we posted Amy Winehouse's disastrous performances from Saturday night's Serbia concert (above). Now, her reps have confirmed that she has canceled the next few dates on her European tour, including an appearance in Istanbul on Monday and in Athens on Wednesday. Good move, Team Wino. Her spokesman confirmed that the decision was made because "she cannot perform to the best of her ability." Yes, CLEARLY Amy is not ready to perform and it's not fair for her fans to shell out money to see a half-assed performance. Amy clearly needs help and her one week in rehab was obviously not enough. |
| Steven Spielberg Had Megan Fox Fired From Transformers After "Hitler" Comment! Posted: 19 Jun 2011 12:20 PM PDT Yikes!!! You do NOT want to get on the bad side of Steven Spielberg! Megan Fox did just that when she insulted her Transformers director Michael Bay by comparing him to Hitler. When Spielberg heard about the remark, he demanded that Fox was fired from the Transformers franchise. Bay said, "You know the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said, 'fire her right now.'" Even though Bay said he wasn't offended by the comments, he listened to Spielberg, who was the executive producer of the film. She was then replaced by Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whitely for the third film. Big mistake, Megan. Even if Transformers isn't the kind of movie you want to make, you don't want to be blacklisted from big time directors in Hollywood. Girl, you should learn to keep your mouth shut!! | Plans For New Apple HQ Look Awesome!! Posted: 19 Jun 2011 11:40 AM PDT Holy shiz! Above is a pic of what the new Apple Headquarters in Cupertino, Calif. will look like! Totally crazy! The building looks like a spaceship! Steve Jobs spoke in front of the Cupertino council, asking for a vote to approve the new futuristic new building, which will be four stories high and have an auditorium that will hold about 12,000 people. When a councilmember asked Jobs how Cupertino residents will benefit from Apple's new campus, Jobs replied:
Oh, damn! He does have a point! Apple employs thousands of people who Jobs says "ends up being affluent members of the community." This would be an extremely awesome opportunity for the city. And we'd LOVE to visit that campus one day! Construction on the building plans to finish by 2015. |
| Funky Cold Medina Gets Arrested For Domestic Violence Posted: 19 Jun 2011 11:20 AM PDT Tisk tisk, Tone Loc, tisk tisk. The '80s rapper was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with felony domestic violence after police were called for an alleged physical altercation with the mother of his child. Tone was arrested at an apartment complex in Burbank, Calif. and is currently being held on a $50,000 bond at a local jail. The Wild Thing and Funky Cold Medina singer has had a bad year. In January, he was arrested for a DUI after he was spotted driving erratically. Yikes. We hope you can get it together, man. At least, for the sake of your child. [Image via WENN.] |
| Amy Winehouse Gives Disastrous Performance In Belgrade, Gets Booed Off Stage Posted: 19 Jun 2011 11:00 AM PDT
This isn't exactly the kind of Father's Day Amy Winehouse's dad was hoping for. The troubled singer gave a DI-SASTROUS performance in Belgrade, Serbia on Saturday, which had the audience booing her off stage! Amy was seen stumbling across stage, forgetting lyrics, and even going so far as moaning into the mic, which she later drops, and then having to have her backup singer finish the song for her. Kicking off her European tour, critics called her performance "the worst [concert] in the history of Belgrade." Are we even surprised? Yes and no. Amy had just finished a week in rehab and her people were optimistic she was ready and willing to continue on the right track. Alcohol and drugs were banned from her tour, but it seems Amy still got a hold of a little drinky-drinky because after watching the (above) videos, it's very obvious that Amy is out of it. Check out her "performance" above. It's pretty hard to watch. |
| Phantom Sequel Love Never Dies To Close Posted: 19 Jun 2011 10:40 AM PDT Sadsies. The sequel to Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera will close on August 27. Love Never Dies opened in London's West End in March 2010 to some pretty poor reviews from critics. The show was then relaunched after some rewrites and a few tweaks, and was even nominated for seven Laurence Olivier theater awards, but unfortunately, it just never caught any momentum and bombed at the box office. While the Melbourne, Australia version received a much more positive reaction, Lloyd Webber says that he blamed his battle with prostate cancer on why the show flopped in London. Unable to give the show his full attention, he said, "With hindsight we should have said, 'Let's put the whole thing on hold until I'm 100 percent again'. Frankly I wasn't feeling very well." It's unfortunate to see another stage show close, but sources do say there is a possibility that the Melbourne version may be brought back to London. Let's hope so. The show deserves another chance. |

Just days after his fiance Crystal Harris dumped him and moved out of the mansion, it seems that a couple of Hef's favorite ladies have already moved in to take her place. Playboy twins, and Hef's exes, Karissa and Kristina Shannon have moved back IN to the mansion a year and a half after moving out. In fact, it seems that Karissa has broken up with Sam Jones III so that she and her twin sis could go back to Hef. Hmm, well, that didn't take too long.
